@Rogers with it being announced that there is a stand alone 5G network. Is there anything that needs to be done on 5G phones? Will there be a new logo on our phones like 5GSA or will we not notice a difference as consumers

@RogersHelps Its a sad day when you just sign up and get a modem dropped off at your door. A tech stating plug it in and place cable in the back. Then when you do you find out the service is down on day one of the service. LOL WOW. Not looking good.

@RogersHelps this is the 5th time in 3 weeks my internet has gone down for "maintenance in my area." Why does Rogers refuse to give us an advanced warning? We work from home. Every Monday. Your automated message tells us when we call in, why can't you send an automated email.

@RogersHelps Thats wonderful, but I understand that Rogers changed the policy on March 9th so that no customer can get a pod included in their plan. All customers must pay $5/month for the privilege of having the "Corner to Corner" wifi that is advertised in your "promise"

@RogersHelps @Skimch1 If it is a known issue, why is it not posted on your ‘service interruption’ link? Are your team aware that exists? There is a pinned link at the top of tweets and replies, in case your guys can’t find it…
