Dear @RogersHelps why can I not upgrade my phone within 30 days of changing my address? I’ve been a customer for over 15 years and that loyalty is worthless apparently. This is not how you keep customers. @telusmobility might be getting a new customer tomorrow

@Rogers This is the third time this week your shotty internet services are down. It's impossible to work from home like this. Your partial credit for every day that it's down doesn't cover mine or my spouse's lost wages. Get it together, please!

Good thing I switched to @VMediaTV which runs on the @RogersHelps infrastructure, now I'm paying 65.00/mo for no service instead of 120.00/mo for no service.

@RogersHelps When I go into downtown Moncton with my new iPhone 12 it switches to 5G but I can’t seem to load any data when I’m on that network. Do I need a new SIM card or something?

@ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers That’s easy: Bell. I once moved and had Bell ship me a modem. They sent it to my old address. I called and asked WTF. They apologized and sent it to my old address again. Called again. Oh oops our bad, how about we send it to old address again? I’m with the cable co now.

@ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers There are too few internet service providers in Canada to have a "worst run" competition.

@rbulnes1 @Rogers I can’t say I’m surprised! We’ve never used all our cell phone data before…I’ve been a customer for long enough that they could forgive a month of overages but no one seems to know how to do anything when you call.

@ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers Scotiabank. Customer service is dead. It has left the building.

Katie Ross

@briansendtweet @Rogers The challenge is with our home internet being down. Cell service is fine but we’ve capped out on data so our speed has been drastically reduced to a snails pace.
