    I’m not one to use SoMe to complain. But @rogers provides truly terrible service. After a fraudulent purchase made on my account, I’ve spent 5 hrs waiting online and inexplicably an hour in the store and it still isn’t resolved. Looking for a new provider. @telus ?

    @RogersHelps It’s been much longer than that and has now happened twice. Is there actually someone I can talk to without being on hold for close to an hour? The customer service portion of the app is sadly lacking with ways to get help

    After 2 hours and speaking with a management from retention named Danial , he put me on hold for 20 min then the line got disconnected! @RogersHelps #customerexperience just bad
