@RogersHelps The message does not interrupt the programming — the program doesn’t get stuck — but the message appears at the top of the screen while the program plays. Will unplugging both the power and coax cable, and then plugging back in, actually help? Why does this resolve the issue?

@RogersHelps tryin to reach customer care fr problem 3 hours for 3 days no answer. Decided to cancel, ur showroom doesn accept cancellation, returned the modem 3 days ago again waiting everyday fr 2 hours to cancel. I’ve been paying w/o using ur service. Is this right in any way?

@ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers Bell has to be close if not tied with rogers for the worst. Personally I find Telus to be the best of the worst but only marginally.
