@UnderHisEye6 @RogersHelps 💯 agreed! We are expected to pay high rates and on time regardless of our situation but when **** hits the fan for them, they are like oops looks like it’s all fixed now sorry but no one ever gets anything in return

My wife’s cell service is through @Bell, our home Internet is through Bell, also - my cell service is through @Rogers @RogersHelps ...I’m the only one with no service today, and have a contract renewal coming up soon.

@RogersHelps No cell, no connection on my cell started intermittently on Saturday full off on Sunday and now Monday. I for one will be demanding a rebate. Rogers your wireless charges are high we should not be experiencing these issues. Get it together. Cells are used for more then social

@Rogers Saturday had to wait on the phone for 4 hours. By the time I could talk to an agent the phone call dropped. Today I waited on the line twice for one hour. Both times the phone call dropped. I’m sure there are better internet customer service out there
