They are cancelling their service (cable/internet/family of 5 cell phones)tomorrow if you can’t fix it.

You said they RUN on the same network, not that their owned by those telcos. PC Mobile runs off Bell's network but is owned by Loaws. Petro Canada has service but its run off Rogers. Their own company tho.

Restarted modem, unplugged box, still not working. We were told it would be much more reliable than cable, we are extremely disappointed. Been happening for a couple months....

Clearly, being proactive with your loyal customers about promos or opportunities to reduce plan fees is not in your best interests. It will eat into your profits.
