  @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Totally agree with you! And unfortunately we can’t do much about. Big companies care about big profits, particularly these days! I’ve moved to small companies in telecom, internet, etc. as they provide more affordable services and better customer service.

  @RogersHelps @Rogers One of the most unprofessional ways to get in contact with customer service. I need to talk to customer service to discuss a few things about my account. And they decided to hang up on me, because they said, there's high volume calls at this time.
