    @JDintheskies @Rogers I'd support that, Judy.

  • TORHABSFAN TORHABSFAN (@TORHABSFAN) reported

    @BlueJays @Rogers @Brookfield #SaveSkyDome renovate don't demolish we don't need more God damn condos

  • pamjb1 Pam B (@pamjb1) reported

    Hey @Rogers @RogersHelps why do you only offer Black Friday deals to new customers? What about your loyal customers who are wanting to add a service? Does our loyalty not mean anything?

  • TheRealSimpson Vauxhaul (@TheRealSimpson) reported

    @ReportsDaNews @Rogers @chatrmobile We all just got an increase in fees and their service is getting worse. But send them a DM so they can try to sell you some BS excuse and more service. No thanks.

  • Toddalio Todd Bee (@Toddalio) reported

    Thanks for the $3/month increase on my home phone bill @RogersHelps. I'm going to be buying an @Ooma because your service is overpriced at $20/month let alone the $31 I'm now being charged. #Ciao

  • Simplyaishaaa A🕊 (@Simplyaishaaa) reported

    @rogers @rogershelp my house phone has been down for 3 whole days and my internet and TV is isnt working properly. #FIXIT even had a tech come to my house and he didn't fix the issue. Y'all are useless.

  • tim_whitey Tim James (@tim_whitey) reported

    @mikeinboston @michaelgrange Basically They got the stadium for free after taxpayers had put 600 million $ ? Into it, maybe they could just build a ballpark instead of turning it into a cash grab, it’s not like @rogers can’t afford it!! Not sure how much public support a real estate play will get...

  • JDintheskies Judy Davidson (@JDintheskies) reported

    @MollyMiksa @Rogers Handing out better rates because someone complains online doesn't seem like a transparent way to treat customers. Feels more like dealing with a shady used car dealer. I propose creating a Rogers Customers Bill of Rights and sharing. Thoughts?

  • gothicwanderer judith fletcher (@gothicwanderer) reported

    @RogersHelps Your customer service is appalling! I really want to know why my internet/cable phone/bill went through the roof. Especially since I negotiated with one of your agents for a better deal. But it’s a 2 hour wait to get through to you.

  • JDintheskies Judy Davidson (@JDintheskies) reported

    @MollyMiksa @Rogers CSRs I've spoken to are very polite, nice people. But the system is ridiculous. Customers should be able to order the products (cable, internet, phone, etc.) online, like almost all other retailers. Contacting a CSR should be the last thing a customer needs to do, not the 1st.
