@RogersHelps How do I DM on here? Are your systems down? David Harary. No rogers sign in's are working. Is it me or you? I need this fixed asap and why can i not get a hold of technical support?

  • ShannonEtoronto Shannon E (@ShannonEtoronto) reported

@Mreworld @Rogers They are doing it because they want to force everyone to switch over to Ignite. Source: my Roger's customer service rep.

  • Lexirio1 Lexirio (@Lexirio1) reported

@Rogers I just reviewed my bill to see that rogers thinks that 33 cents is a fair compensation for their incompetence regarding April's national blackout. What a joke

  • SharkbaitSherri Sherri Ray (@SharkbaitSherri) reported

No bars/cell service since yesterday around 6pm??? When is this expected to end??? #rogersoutage @Rogers

  • trevor_cole Trevor Cole (@trevor_cole) reported

@zoewhittall @RogersHelps @crave No logic to it at all. It’s either bad software or administrative incompetence.

  • yugotme Paul Pinkerton (@yugotme) reported

@RogersHelps is there a problem with ignite tv???

  • Layno27 Layne Pennington (@Layno27) reported

@RogersBiz Seems like an easy decision to add service to Missezula Lake, 200 homes, 500 residents in need of cell coverage and high speed internet, unless you want Starlink to beat you

  • colleenosaurus Colleen (@colleenosaurus) reported

My latest @Rogers bill is over $700. They charged me over $200 within 8 minutes for data overage I wasn’t using, because it wasn’t functioning. Almost 2 hours of being on the phone with support and I still have yet to be given an explanation on how this occurred. I’m furious.

  • MyHappyFace0 Don’t worry, be happy! (@MyHappyFace0) reported

@BarryColson @Rogers I was a Roger’s customer for 25 years (2 lines). I called C/S and asked if there was any good deals as I was looking to cut my costs and that I was looking at moving to Shaw and I was told no… They called me several times after I moved with great offers, I told them no thanks!

  • derykhouston Deryk Houston - artist (@derykhouston) reported

@Rogers Good for Rogers. However, I don't want to be stuck with the bill as a taxpayer. @elonmusk can provide the same service with his starlink. I believe....at a much cheaper price also.
