    @RogersHelps This doesn’t even seem like a real response. It seems like a bot. Yes I am “frustrated”. The status of the outage isn’t my problem. I KNOW the status of the outage since IM EXPERIENCING IT. The issue is you guys not doing ANYTHING about it.

    @Rogers @redcrosscanada Forcibly been with rogers since it’s the only one in my area with 1gbps speed. If I had a choice I’d leave so fast for a service that’s even 500mbps. You have no customer service, the worst outages, ignorant to any issue but you have time for twitter. Just a waste. Fix your wifi.

    . @RogersHelps there is something that Rogers executives need to realize. Old people use cable because it works. Your service is ****. If it doesn't work, no one is going to pay a fortune for this ****. Fix that service. Fix it.

    @RogersHelps @CRTCHearings please tell your senior management that when customer buying phone without SIM card ....for hardware upgrade .....customer MUST not charged one time activation fees 50$ , unless meaning of activation is different in ROGERS company

    How @RogersHelps know that if a customer order online they never go to store for device set up ?? @CRTC why don't you make policy that service for store or online ...charges should be same...not on based of assumption that online customer never go to store for set up
