I transferred the number to the new phone but the old provider (Fido - you/Rogers) does not have any confirmation that the number has been transferred to a new service provider.

Call me Sully 🇨🇦 (@paul__sullivan) reported@RogersHelps I have wasted more than 7 hours trying to deal with this on behalf of a 90 yr old relative who, unfortunately, is not returning home from the hospital. This is turning into the kind of story that earns Rogers a terrible reputation and loses customers for life.

Brendan Bresnahan (@brezvideo) reported@RogersHelps My Rogers bill is around $1000 a month. I went to a Rogers store with a hardware issue, they told me I have to call on the phone. I have been on hold for 90 minutes now on the phone with Rogers, still holding. Is this the best you can do?
