    So disappointed with @Rogers We were sent a letter saying our new promotional price will be a >20% price INCREASE, where “all other aspects of your service will remain the same”. What other company in Canada can gouge consumers like this?

    @Rogers @RogersHelps I was wondering if you ever thought of moving your main office from 333 Bloor St E, Toronto, ON. To some where else in Ontario where the property tax is much cheaper so that way it will help rogers, and customers at the same time.

    @RogersHelps I used 23 GB's between me and my kids, I'm away from home & need WiFi for work. It's excessively slow to the point where sites barely load if they do. 40$ for 10GB no sorry that's too much money not good enough when Freedom offers 50$ for 50 GB's.

    @Rogers We got it back and it is now down again - in the middle of a virtual meeting. Do we have an ETA for a full, uninterrupted return of service?

    @Bell_Support really to need to work on your customer service. Ordered a new phone May 27th. Told 3-5 days it would ship. Ask on June 4th, told it would be June 11th. Now on June 13th, told June 18th. This is horrible customer service. @Rogers mightve been quicker

    @RogersHelps Finally found someone who could understand and help immediately but it took me 1.5 hours on the phone yesterday 5 months of trying and so many hours.
