    @RogersHelps Moved to a different device. It froze for no reason. Are you using typical devices? You know, that regular consumers would use? You guys know this is a problem. It’s not user error. Seriously. Please stop ignoring the problem.

    @RogersHelps I don't want to be sarcastic with you, you are clearly trying to help. But the time for #Rogers to help was during the 3+ hrs I was on the phone. It's not my job to teach Rogers CustServ. I wasn't cranky for the first 2hrs45min. Not a bit.
