    @Rogers I was hoping i will get reduced bill after 24 months. But now I get the same bill. Can you please address this issue. 2. Received a 240$ credit for being a loyal customer. Now with this, I purchased accessories.

    @Rogers Hello team,  I am extremely frustrated for being a loyal customer. Let me explain you: 1. I completed 24 months contract , I paid 72.97(inclusive of taxes). Also this includes plan+device. This could be a promotional offer, but how can  24 months(plan + device ) = 72.97

    @RogersHelps tried to transfer services since Sept 1 & it's been a NIGHTMARE! Waiting on phone twice for over 1 hr! 2 tech came & can't help!! AC suspended even though we pay in full & on time! My son started virtual school & I'm almost out of data because I need to hot spot 😤😡

    @RogersHelps is there an outage with Rogers yahoo mail? I got email at 6:15pm and now I can't send out receive any emails. It says my password is incorrect.

    @RogersHelps The internet was working fine till 1230pm and has been down for 2.5 hours now, my account details don't matter.... check the service area and see how many reports you've gotten so far.... I've seen that you're getting reports from Ottawa, Toronto and Montreal and that's not all
