Hey @RogersHelps once again your **** smart home monitoring won’t let me unarm my house from my phone while armed night. Wife kids sleeping. What you expect me to do? Open the door let the alarm go off while they sleep and scare the **** out of them as if someone has broken in?

@RogersHelps I’ve called several times the wait times are insane half an hour plus.Last time I called with this issue your technical department told me they couldn’t do anything on their end.I reboot the machine following the first Incident and it only worked few days later. Im done with this

@Rogers Hey Rogers—how is it taking over 2 hours with your reps just to transfer a number from one Rogers plan to another Rogers plan? You should set the expectation with customers from the get go that they should cancel their plans for the day to get anything done with you.
