@Sgfor43 @Rogers just pretend you are a new customer and that 3 hour waittime that has been happening for the last two weeks will turn into a 10 minute callback #BELL

  • ducnguyen1907 Duke Nguyễn (@ducnguyen1907) reported

@RogersHelps Thank you Rogers technician for coming and install internet for one of the unit in my building. The guy is generous enough to also remove a coaxal cable splitter and interrupt my internet connection. Any chance you guys would come by and fix it to the original state!?

  • wileyvic Vic Longo (@wileyvic) reported

Cancelled my order from @Rogers for a new sim card after I discovered they only support Apple Smartwatch not the Galaxy watch I already own. Why they would restrict their user base and consumer hardware choices to just Apple is beyond me. They lost my business right there.

  • khurst77 Kathy Hurst (@khurst77) reported

I’ve been a @Rogers customer for 30 years. So frustrated with their customer service. Looking at switching to @BellMediaPR any recommendation’s?

  • canmd1971 Charliehorse (@canmd1971) reported

@RogersHelps @billyians Useless option how do we know if there is an outage in our area

  • downt0wn John (@downt0wn) reported

@david_labelle @RogersHelps @Sportsnet Want my opinion fwiw. Cancel cable, and whatnot. Get a fire stick from Amazon and just subscribe to the sportsnet app. And DAZN..

  • MichaelLipka Michael Lipka 🇨🇦 (@MichaelLipka) reported

@TorontoStar Starlink achieved excellent rural internet service without taking taxpayer money to do it. Unlike @rogers and other Big Telco players in Canada.

  • Miss_vick_ Vicky Fo (@Miss_vick_) reported

@Rogers Are you gonna do something about your internet service? 3 days in a row now I've been struggling with connectivity issues due to outages in my area. Either you pay my phone bill for having to work off my hotspot or come take your modem back. This is redic.

  • Lisagsamps Lisa Sampson (@Lisagsamps) reported

@RogersHelps is service out in Etobicoke..kipling/eglington area?

  • LordTridus Chris Eaton (they/them) (@LordTridus) reported

I swear @RogersHelps had the worst website. Twice trying to fix my mother in laws plan on the phone, wrong both times. Twice trying on the website, just "technical error". Really shouldn't be this hard for a senior to get TV service set up properly.
