Hey @Bell @Bell_Support what the deal @Rogers is offering unlimited 5G data for $80 and $55 for the additional line and I am paying $75 per line for 2 lines and only 20 gigs !!! WTF !

hey @rogershelps. I'm looking for new internet services. Because your service to check availability isn't accessible to blind people using screen readers, you won't be getting me as a customer. Good thing I have other options.

@Rogers customer service guaranteed there was an Ignite TV app for @AppleTV… but there is not! I should had kept my FibeTV by @Bell then! Certainly changing it back as soon as possible!

Why is it so hard to do business with @RogersHelps ? If only they had some way to identify if a feature like the checkout button wasn’t working and instantly turn it off so their CX team can help out …

@Rogers Thank you for the offer, but we just got off the phone with Rogers. My father has a Rogers Cable TV account in the same house as my TPIA internet, so we called in and spoke to an agent who was able to help arrange to get a technician back out here to finish the job.

@Rogers helps what a misnomer. For the second consecutive month Rogers has failed to properly input my credit card security code to enable me to pay my accounts, denied responsibility, falsely blamed the bank and given me hours of grief waiting on the phone. Rogers sucks!
