@RogersHelps Here’s the lowdown. Again. June 15. Called Rogers to sign up for a new 24 month bundle. Have an email with start date of bundle June 15. A new modem was sent. I called tech support, they said the new modem was not necessary and to send it back. Done.

@RogersHelps If you can definitively state it is or isn't a scam, that is the problem.. your processes should give clients a clear way of determimimg why @Rogers is calling. Or a log on our online account that shows When, How, and Why a rep tried to contact the customer.

@RogersHelps I just waited 2 hours for online chat tech support to have Yassine end the conversation abruptly. How do I get tech support on mobile without waiting another 2 hours?

@RogersHelps Rogers internet is horrible. Constantly down. Lost count of the number of times Rogers has tried to fix it. At what point can I ask for a refund?

@RogersHelps Do you have service reps calling and offering discounts? I got a call from 416 532-4106

@RogersHelps I'm not a customer and the account has been past 12 months. So Rogers can just keep my phone locked forever? That doesn't seem right.

@RogersHelps Tell you what why don’t you have someone call me so I don’t have to spend over an hour on tech-support hold??

@Rogers I just got hung up on while trying to buy from you. Not "stay on hold" or "we're going to call you back" which is the nice new thing companies with real customer service do. Just "we're busy. Call back later." Must be nice to have that much business. @Bell are you busy?
