  @RogersHelps i never got the box nor would i even want one to begin with. The only thing i wanted was internet and the only thing i got was internet. Where did this magical box come from? i talked to your live support and they dont help. Now im on the phone waiting and its been 47 minutes.

  We were to have a @Bell tech come to our house today to hook up our wifi. Appointment was made at store level by Sales person on the phone to Appointment desk. Yes, between 8 and 12. Up early...waited..no show. We had to go back to @Bell because @Rogers took 2 months to call us to say did we want someone to come out to assess the problem, with the contract we signed up in march or cancel the order. We kind of had enough. Missing out on the stanley cup games , my only regret.

  I do not ever recommend @Rogers /shaw for TV, internet. Customer service is a nightmare… on hold yesterday 1 1/2 hrs and disconnected… this morning on hold 57 min and disconnected… All their call centre staff is Filipino… in the Philippines 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

  @RogersHelps I will be proceeding to hook up to a normal plan probably with freedom given Unlimited data 5 gigs upload speed and even better unlimited roaming which you doubt me $12.50 for when I was in Palm Springs and never used my phone. And between the $38 on the $45 that offer
