    @RogersHelps I've had nothing but constant problems with Rogers and I hate Rogers ignite because you have a TV service relying on the unreliable internet I miss the DVR cable boxes when you can hook a hard drive up to them instead of this ridiculous cloud storage

    @RogersHelps in-laws live in Ajax On and have Ignite and the TV is pixelating and freezing and the sound is sputtering. By comparison, their devices (Iphone etc) are working without issue. Can they get an ETA please? They are house bound mostly and depend on the TV quite a bit.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers This was 9 hours ago and I STILL have NOTHING. My phone says I have signal, but I have no phone, text, messaging or internet. Nothing. 2 DAYS with no phone service if I’m not at home on my TELUS wifi. W T F
