    .@RogersHelps needs to get their **** together. This is the 3rd time this month that their failing services have impacted another aspect of my life. 1/ July 8: 24+hr outage 2/ July 16: Service interruption in my area 3/ July 24: can't receive OTP b/c their service is down

    15 mins and still no engagement from a chat agent from @Rogers ...you would think after the blackout they would be a bit more crisp

    @Rogers why does your internet stop working everytime there's a thunderstorm in ajax. The Dominican Republic has thunderstorms and I never lost internet at the hotel. @Bell internet is working fine in the area.
