@RogersHelps And by worse I mean I rarely hear more than a couple sentences before it freezes, goes slow mo, loses sound, or goes to a black screen for minutes. It's impossible to watch anything so I essentially have no TV and the recordings either won't play or have the same problems.

Hey @Rogers nothing like calling technical support because our tv worked all day but is now completely not working more than actually working and after 4 minutes of following prompts being hung up on. #badcustomerservice #unhappy

@GurpreetDeol1 @RogersHelps @SukhdeepDeol5 I don't have a problem with it being down..I understand there are circumstances but the fact that we are paying nearly double here in Canada for half the services,I would expect much more reliable service and performance as well as clear and proper explanation as to what happened

@RogersHelps we’re still experiencing a issues with the tv boxes. Spotty services, long pauses and nothing will load off the PVR. Are you still having wide spread issues? We’re in Ontario, just outside of London.
