Val B (@vasiliki0323) reported@Jim_Bowie @Rogers I feel you! I spent 5.5 hrs with @Rogers to transfer line from corp to personal. A txn that should take 15 mins. Then another 2.5 hours on a call back to fix ab error from that initial call. On that 2nd call, I lost the initial pkg I was offered for a lesser but more $$ one.

dias (@StockSniperDrew) reported@RogersHelps My land line isn’t being forwarded to my cell phone anymore. Your call queue says “427 minute” wait time… maybe hire some more agents since you increase our bill every year but the service gets worse and worse

dias (@StockSniperDrew) reported122 minutes on the phone waiting for @Rogers technical service and the call on their end disconnects. Wait another 1 hour on the line call disconnects a second time on their end. Now currently at 37 minutes.. worst customer service in the industry hands down

Val (@vasiliki0323) reported@RogersHelps These weren’t wait times, it was 5.5 hrs of incompetence, passed from 1 agent to another and spending 3 of those hrs with the agent who ended up creating my account with the wrong phone #. Horrible service, no apology or comp for the time, package and money lost. Unacceptable.
