  @GeesDubb @Rogers I have spent the last 5 days trying to get through!!! Over 7 hours of waiting on the phone with no one coming on! I just don't know what is going on. I need to talk to someone with an issue I'm having!! As soon as my plan is up I'm leaving Rogers! I've had enough!!

  @RogersHelps There is only one, we tried calling and logging in and the self help thing is saying we don’t have an account, even though we got the modem etc, we don’t know what to do at this point lol.

  @RogersHelps I know you hours of operations. But I am not always available to call early in the morning.With the price of your service you should be able to provide better service. I was not in pressed with waiting that long from 2:30- 4:30 to have the call dropped.
