@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Telus is the worst, their call center is in which I would assume Mexico and they just keep bouncing you around to different departments because no one wants to help you.

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Never talked to any in Africa before but many other countries. I don't think there's any that aren't overseas anymore. Even many banks

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Totally agree with you! And unfortunately we can’t do much about. Big companies care about big profits, particularly these days! I’ve moved to small companies in telecom, internet, etc. as they provide more affordable services and better customer service.

@RogersHelps That would be great because we recently did renovations and the internet cables are not working which is why we need a technician to help with the install.

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Bell also - when I changed providers I thought I was being scammed because the customer service rep sounded nervous. I asked her 'what location she was working from' and she said The Philippines.

@SzydloCarol @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers its just a name like a triage team setup to prevent damage to the rogers image via case escalations to the CRTC

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Yes, exactly. They make millions or billions, but their customer support is often outsourced or centralized, so the person handling your case may not understand the specific local rules, regulations, or problems in your country/province.
