@RogersHelps 7 hours over two days with a dozen people from your support team only to be told that the plan I had for a year was actually not supposed to be available. Ended up canceling two lines. Very disappointed.

Switched to Bell 8 months ago and haven’t had any issues. Rogers is the worst ISP I have ever experienced. They’re nodes are always congested
