    @RogersHelps 7 hours over two days with a dozen people from your support team only to be told that the plan I had for a year was actually not supposed to be available. Ended up canceling two lines. Very disappointed.

    @RogersHelps Notifications don’t mention that the only way to get additional data after going over is by changing my monthly plan. That’s a load of crap to have me upgrade my plan and and pay more monthly. 🍌 @Rogers

    I am curious to know the root cause of #rogersoutage. If you are telling me that it is because of an upgrade, you have the most incompetent networking team in the world. It is utterly baffling to see this kind of outage without extreme external factors. @Rogers

    @RogersHelps Yes, I was using the app and only got error messages. I got the modem set up finally after nearly 3hrs, 1hr hold yesterday, and multiple days trying. Your support member was amazing though once I got through. I spend a lot on your services, hire more people.

    @RogersHelps Hubby and I are on the same plan, same wi-fi, different iPhone models. His wi-fi assisted calling works, but mine recently stopped functioning. I got dropped from on-line help yesterday (after 2 hrs waiting, I was 4th in the queue). Been on hold for 1:15min.

    @RogersHelps I need help with registering my online account. I don't have access to my account number & I don't have any way of retrieving it from any of the online services. Also, when I insist on getting in touch with a customer service person, the AI assistant disconnects the call.

    @Rogers Wanted to change my plan for 4 lines and purchase 4 new phones. Have been overpaying the lines for years $300/month +tax with shared 65GB, and was I told I could not benefit from promotions because I am not a new customer.
