I swear @Rogers executives huff paint thinner before making the rules you can't upgrade if you change your address within the last 30 days however you can buy and add a new phone to your line no problem

@RogersHelps what's wrong with your roam like home service by phone. No one is answering the phone and the wait times are unacceptable. Why isn't there a call back number at which an agent can be reached?

@RogersHelps Hi, our Rogers internet service is down again. Checked the service status page, our city/neighborhood isn't shown. It's been down for more than 5 minutes. It isn't the wifi, as the ethernet connection is also down.
