    I swear @Rogers executives huff paint thinner before making the rules you can't upgrade if you change your address within the last 30 days however you can buy and add a new phone to your line no problem

    @Rogers I’m subscribed to Sportsnet through my Cable TV package. It doesn’t matter though. Rogers routinely doesn’t get it right. I’m ALWAYS getting pushback (instead of assistance) from Sportsnet+ support when your service constantly errs & I report it.

    Ummm… @Rogers and @RogersHelps: If customer is on hold for more than TWO HOURS and THEN your system says "Too many on hold…" and ends call, the least you could do is set up a call-back service. [Expletive deleted.]!!!😡 #CustomerServiceIdiocy #RogersHangUps #RogersHangsUp

    @6ixbuzztv One more reason to leave @Rogers service super expensive, market monopoly and still greedy at the order of the table.

    @RogersHelps 2.5 hours on the phone today. The agent says she will get someone to help as there does seem to be an issue, comes back and says..we are very busy today, call back tomorrow. HANGS UP!!! TWO AND A HALF HOURS!!! FIX YOUR SYSTEM
