I swear @Rogers executives huff paint thinner before making the rules you can't upgrade if you change your address within the last 30 days however you can buy and add a new phone to your line no problem

@RogersHelps Any updates re resolution? I am a doctor and on call and need to be able to use my cell and call the hospital. For the moment I am in the office and have a landline. But don't have this after 5 pm. I generally love your service so hope we can get back to it very soon!

@nlatchx @Rogers Most of the contracts we sign, in the fine print, state otherwise. We had the same issue a couple of months ago with Cogeco internet crapping out.
