Hafeez Noorani (@feezy_does_it) reported@RogersHelps I'm now on hold on chat for 2 hrs to get a SIM card activated. It's a biz account. I don't have the old sim and the self service won't work without the old sim. This after 3 to 4 calls just to get a phone shipped to our new hire.

Clement W (@TheClementW) reported@RogersHelps Hi, all recordings made today have issues with the audio, as well as the fast forward feature and other functions. It’s pretty much unwatchable, and leads to an error message eventually. Very disappointing. Is there a way to salvage the recordings?
