@GraceThrasher @Rogers 4 years not fixed extremely low wifi & cell and very slow downloads network drops ongoing streaming is difficult. unfortunately it’s the only isp in my building I’m considering moving to get away from them.

@Rogers no response from customer support after service appointment never showed up today…2 weeks without any wifi and no explanation or timeline for repair from any customer service..yet still paying full price for a service we aren’t even getting

@jrodgers @Rogers I really think the gov't should own part of the cellular spectrum, so they can offer budget infrastructure access to competitors. That could help break the oligopoly pricing and horrid customer service of the incumbents.
