    Unfucking believable. Went to @Rogers to cancel our account. We were told cool its canceled. We just got a bill and now rogers is telling us we have to pay for a phone we haven't had or used for the past 1.5months and that they cant cancel it. You've got to be ******* kidding me.

    @RogersHelps . i have had the worse experience with rogers. it has made my life so much worse. I have been with this company for a while now, we have the highest plan possible and I play with ethernet. since summer I have had the same issue I get 10 downloads, we pay for 30.

    @RogersHelps What a joke of a company. I cancelled a service on Mar 2. Mar 3 ambassador team called and gave me an offer I agreed to. Since then billing increased to $254 lol, and service is not what was agreed to. No modem sent to my house. 10 phone calls later, nobody cares.
