    @RogersHelps I keep calling in and talking to people. Unless you are a senior manager that will actually help me, I’m not talking to more people. This happens to too many Canadians by your company and I’m tired of Rogers taking advantage of us and treating us like just another profit.

    @Rogers I can't believe I am going to leave Rogers after 45 years over a late payment billing issue. But I am. If you can't get the basics right we can't trust you on other things. 4 days to post payment is unacceptable.

    @Rogers did you not engage a focus group for your recent commercial?! CLEARLY not! “Wrapped in red”, it’s something out of a torture handbook. The watering down of Christmas to appease the masses is overrated. It’s holiday season, make it such. #fail #christmas #holidays

    @RogersHelps The issue is that first run of Episode 1 was not scheduled with adequate time in the EPG so the DVR recording ends but the episode still has a few minutes left (judging portion) of the episode. I just checked Crave on demand through ignite and the episode is still cut short

    Day 3 of no wifi in our house. I’ve spoken to now 6 people at @Rogers and this company is 100% not customer friendly and does not care about their customers. Why do we put up with this company? Every person at Rogers says something different then transfers you! @RogersHelps
