    @RogersHelps Entering the second day without service! Still can't receive or make calls and no text! Start regretting to be a loyal customer of Rogers!

    @Rogers Now that Rogers owns Freedom mobile they have unethically shown their arrogance by knocking out all mobile data, texting, calling and interrupted 911 emergency phone calls due to the outage yesterday. There is no news as to why. The CRTC should review what happened.

    Hey @RogersHelps I still don’t have any cell service (thank God for wifi) any eta of when it will be restored and when I will get a credit for 2 days and counting of no service? I can’t call you or anyone else.

    @Rogers If I’d been a bell customer I would have been able to book a vaccine yesterday. Because I was a Rogers customer the earliest appointment I could book is 1-September.

    @RogersHelps are there any Ignite internet or TV problems right now? I'm trying to watch the Ignite TV app on my phone and it's super stuttery. Worked fine a few hours ago. I'm not on data I'm in the same room as the router.
