shawna (@shawnasativa) reported@RogersHelps i waited online for a rep just to be disconnected after 2.5 hours as soon as i got to the front of the line. just send me the link to simply cancel it ONLINE without having to talk to anyone. i know this is possible because i’ve done it before. or did you remove that option??

My latency is 400-700, it takes 5 mins for Google to load. Please work with them when they call for a tech!!

I missed the whole overtime. I know nothing can be done now, but wanted to call attention to it so it hopefully never happens again.

First yo I send me a faulty phone, then you lose it while being repaired. This has been going on since October. Absolutely ridiculous
