    @RogersBiz you should be ashamed of yourselves, a $2.50 credit for a full day of service lost. Your customers lost money, we use your service for our business... so no business that day but only a $2.50 credit SMH do better

    @RogersHelps Your Rogers worker was on our street, climbed up a pole, did something to the wire, and the wire is now hanging about 10 feet off the road. Pls advise - how do we report this. Technical support is 45-60 min wait on the phone.

    @205mph @RogersHelps @_phos3 I was told you have to call Rogers in order to receive the compensation so if that's the case good luck calling in. I just got my service back and running and I been calling non stop and waiting. Lines are stupid busy🤬😭

    @RogersHelps NOT TRUE no way VAST MAJORITY has service!! 100s customers at Yonge St Clair after 25 hours still have no service restored no Internet no ignite television no landline No interac ATM Cell can’t receive calls but can access apps and texting works WTF is going on!! Lost

    @RogersHelps I am not a tech person but wasn't it easier to reboot the systems to the last working settings? Even an hour after you discovered the problem, the lost of a few transactions would cost everyone much less and why Rogers didn't open Bell's network for us to use, even as roaming?
