    @Rogers Rogers broadband is the worst broadband connection I have ever used. My broadband constantly goes offline and I have to use mobile data. I have contacted Rogers customer care numerous times but the problem still persists.

    After 34+ hours we finally have our service back! @RogersHelps looking forward to at least a two day credit, maybe something more as a goodwill gesture

    @RogersHelps your internet connection is so glitchy in my area 😑 with people working from home these days you should really get your s*it together!! My neighbours and I have called to report problems many times with no resolution. I’ll be switching to another service provider.

    @RogersHelps Experiencing an internet outage at L6X3M9. Working from home today and need my internet connection. Everything was working fine until 30mins who. Reset my modem twice but that did not solve the issue. The @ symbol is no long lighting up either

    @Rogers we still have problems with WiFi in my area For the absurd amount of money we pay for service these disruptions should never happens. Do you think one day credit will suffice for all the problems this is causing? Get your act together and fix this #rogersoutage still on!!

    @freedomsupport You need service in more places because every time I go to a city up north or out of town it says β€œnationwide” or β€œno service” and that is a huge inconvenience when I left your competitor @Rogers because you offered a cheaper/affordable plan

    On the phone for an hour with @RogersHelps just to be told to go to the store. Guy at the store looked pissed off to have to open the door for me (locked for security reasons) then was so rude I ended up walking out. It shouldn’t be this hard to try and purchase an Apple Watch!

    @AngryPossum69 @Rogers Really the only way I’d financially support Rogers is by going to Jays games, but that’s more out of the love of the team not them. My family switched to Bell years ago, not even morally just cause their product sucks. Monopolies lead to bad products for everyone.

    One thing I can count on is to not count on Rogers cellular coverage on the ferry between Sidney and Fulford and the 5G just goes out for about 10 minutes. Can’t even watch Rogers sports network @rogers
