    @RogersHelps "We have many many areas in Ontario currently. I am not able to confirm via postal code of any service issues. We would have to deep dive into the account. May I send a form to gather account details." you need a deep dive to tell me if I'm in an affected area? why not map it?

    , @RogersHelps so after going through the 'automated' help about the outage in Whitby Ontario all it tells me is that there's an outage. Any useful information? ETA? Area affected? Anything. I figured out the outage part all by myself

    @Freakaverage4 @RamblingMoth @Rogers If you can log in to your account , they can check and then you get the option for an email when it's up when Anna asks you to log in say yes.... Use your phone's data if need be. That's what I did and got told issue in the area and I had the option for a phone call
