@RogersHelps @s_postico So, how big is the outage? Your automated chat bot says it's definitely an outage. We're working from home, you know, and we would like to know when we can get back to it 🤷

  • mgiosi89 Mg (@mgiosi89) reported

@Rogers I would like to know why you are discriminating against customers who do not have access to the internet and you won't send them their cable bill in the mail? But you will, at a charge of 15.00! Nice customer service. I have already told my sister to cancel

  • grantfrost grantfrost (@grantfrost) reported

@Rogers I am attempting to help my elderly father-in-law. We have been on hold waiting for a support agent for an hour and 45 minutes so far on the phone and 2 hours simultaneously on chat. No one is helping us and your chat agent "Anna" gave us instructions that do not work.

  • amandazucaro Amanda Zucaro (@amandazucaro) reported

@RogersHelps tv and internet is not working in Vaughan ! Please advise it has not been working since last night !

  • duke622 Packer Fan (@duke622) reported

@Bell I would never go back to @Bell for anything. The service was only slightly better than @Rogers . I'm sure there are many that know how damning that is.

  • poppy_ascher Poppy Ascher (@poppy_ascher) reported

@RogersHelps I already did reset my modem. Your AI Anna said there’s an issue in my area but fails to explain the issue or how long it’s going to take

  • SkapeGote SkapeGote (@SkapeGote) reported

@Bell I noticed I don't have fibre optics connections to my house. I really want to get the better upload speeds and finally put @Rogers terrible upload speeds to rest. Any ETA?
