    @RogersHelps I already have and there has been no response and no updates. What century do you live in? In the 21st century a simple storm brings your network down and you cannot fix it - check your inbox and give an update for Westboro Ottawa if you have a single shred of integrity left!

    @RogersHelps another day another internet outage. Iv lost count at how many there have been in the last six months. It’s criminal that my household pays for an unmet service. Why does rogers hate their customers?
