@TorontoHydro @Rogers is saying that the reason our entire neighbourhood has been without wifi or TV for over 28 hours now, as hundreds try and work from home, is your issue. If so, could you please give a timeline as to when this will be fixed. (Avenue Road and Wilson area) TY

  • alexisaconrad Alexis Conrad (@alexisaconrad) reported

@Rogers You have responded with the exact same bot response to all DMs. Even your AI tools are dollar store quality. I have gone through the exact same process several times now, to try to access real assistance. This is hardly customer service reflective of any decent corporation.

  • alexisaconrad Alexis Conrad (@alexisaconrad) reported

@Rogers By all means schedule, but this contradicts the info I was given about the outage and the fact that others in my neighbourhood are still without service. Are you certain that this is the issue? How quickly can this service can be scheduled? I need to inform my employer.

@ItsDeanBlundell @Bell @Rogers Too bad them what's posted on the Internet, lives on whether they like it or not. The Internet rarely forget.
