Never has & never will & there can't be an expectation of perfection. If it was wilful that's a different story but it wasn't. **** happens

@RogersHelps @shanstu It's not the internet - I'm currently accessing on Starlink internet, and I have the same issue - the links go nowhere, so no information about outages in my area. What terrible service.
