Internet, home phone and cable were still out all day today. A tech named Omar assisted w ticket via @RogersHelps on Twitter. There were unresolved issues in my postal area/many households impacted. All fixed now. Tech support folks have been beaten up. Be a gentleman. It helps!

According to CP24, @Rogers entire network went down when their brain trust attempted a maintenance update. Wasn't that the same reason their network went down last year? Again I ask, @RogersHelps, how incompetent are you?
