@RogersHelps Tips and tricks? How about my payment goes to you updating software to prevent spoofing calls. FIX YOUR SYSTEM. AT&T, Version even cricket prevent spoofing calls getting through. And we pay triple what those customers do.

@RogersHelps Good morning. My cable is not working. Went to Live Chat and spent over an hour while getting kicked out of the queue twice. Called for help and was told there's over a two-hour wait. I've come to expect this.

@RogersHelps The appointment is 2-4 p.m and is given to all neighbours. Internet is down since 11 am yesterday for all. Is the technician here to troubleshoot as I am told or to fix a known issue? That’s a big difference. You lost 24 hrs already
