@RogersHelps You don’t seem to be understanding is the wifi is slow. My console is 3 feet from my router. It should be downloading games faster. I don’t need a “newer computer” or ethernet cables to tell me Rogers is bad.

@RogersHelps I really don’t understand why we can’t have reliable internet service. At least once a week we lose service, have to reboot the modem etc and yet my costs go up and up. Do better.

@RogersHelps I don’t understand. Biggest cellphone carrier in North America and nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone or chat. Terrible customer service!!

@Rogers Was with Rogers. Went to Bell. Now trying to switch back to Rogers. After 55 minutes & 3 reps. Still can’t find anyone to help me. Still on hold. I am sorry but this is terrible service. Now I’m regretting coming back to Rogers. Bell was much easier.

@Rogers Not one service rep is able to help out. How is this right? Having someone wait for an hour to switch over. So regretting this move. How do people put up with this kind of service? How is this acceptable?

Hey @RogersHelps I am in Barbados and my phone is missing - but can only call on “a Rogers device”; instructions on My Rogers do not look like reality as in impossible - no wonder everyone hates you- no service

@RogersHelps Rogers Problem has been solved. Bell will have internet/TV/mobile installed before the weekend. We will finally have our internet and TV working again. Thanks again Rogers, for nothing.

@Rogers just had a terribly awkward conversation with one of your street sales reps. Wouldn't leave. Insulted me. Tried to sign me up without permission. Wouldn't leave. Had to ask him to get off my property. You're a terrible company. Do better.
