    @RogersHelps if I don't hear that you are taking the constant outages on my street seriously, and fixing this, by the end of today, I will be a FORMER Roger's customer along with all neighbors! This is ridiculous.

    @Rogers I have called you 3 times now to fix your billing error as a new customer. Twice promised I’d get a call back in 48 hours, neither of which happened. Today I called again, got a call back, then was put on hold mid-sentence. Is this how you treat new customers? Frustrated!
