All the other streaming apps like Netflix, Prime were perfectly fine. This is a constant problem I have with your Sportsnet app.

Stubborn not to declare an outage, but we got a tech call for Saturday afternoon, and the 2nd chat agent diagnosed a lack of speed to the modem. This should be a must-do for TODAY, not Saturday.
