Looking at switching internet and TV from @Bell_Aliant because it's disgustingly expensive too @Rogers but the fact that Rogers website doesn't work and can't properly select Newfoundland as a province is making me think twice about them as well... Anyone with Rogers? How is it?

@Rogers Your customer service has degraded to a useless entity. Spending an hour+ on the phone twice to change phone plans because your website fails to clarify certain details. Both times the CSA assured me the changes were made. Both times they weren’t.

@Rogers ...the #Internet/ #TV has crashed in our office 5 times today alone. I thought you would have your act together by now following the #RogersOutage. @CRTCeng This is not the only time since the outage that we have complained to you about this.

@RogersHelps The sound came back on Global and the picture is again bigger from top to bottom on Global and smaller on CBS. Who is flipping switches there? This really sucks. Do your CEOs in your commercials read these Tweets? They should.
