    @Rogers My husband is on the phone again to your Park Royal, West Van store because they have essentially stolen his previous phone! He was told he could trade it in and receive a credit on his bill. This was never received! #Theft

    @RogersHelps I've been dealing with someone in the management office before filing CRTC complaint and the agent hasn't responded to voicemail or email in over 10 days. Live chat no help.. says to call main number with an 80 minute hold time.

    @RogersHelps They are saying it is a bigger issue and pretty sure they have escalated. If the issue lies with Rogers, you should be communicating this.
