Tim Mitra 💉x4 ❤️🇺🇦 (@timmitra) reported from Mont-Saint-Hilaire, Quebec@kolpanic @Rogers We drove up from the East Coast with no cell service. Fun! I’ve never used Rogers wired service since the cleaning lady at the Rogers HQ unplugged the cable in the 90’s! Thankfully the Tim Hortons truck stops don’t use Rogers either.

Michael Mahoney (@MikeTheNavyGuy1) reportedPretty disappointed to see this from @Rogers Been a customer for over a decade. Not sure I'll stick around with them after seeing this.
-
Andrew d. (@Werdnah) reported@Rogers It’s absolutely inexcusable how LITTLE your company actually gives a **** about customer experience outside of anything related to the Jays. Just take your customers’ money & provide ZERO “give a ****” when a customer has an issue or opts to leave for another company.

Red Wine (@ChappellTardis) reportedMy internet out at 1PM on a Thursday **** you @Rogers

-
Harry (@Harry22202683) reported@RogersHelps I have no cellphone service hence I am unable to call customer service to understand what is happening. I tried to use Rogers Business chat and that is unavailable as well. I am currently completely stranded. Please help

tiredsotired (@sotiredsotired) reported@RogersHelps @BawlingOnBloor You will be sucked into a time wasting vortex that will enrage you and not solve your problem. Speaking from experience. The absence of humans now to deal with the endless billing errors is enraging. But good luck!
-
Terf of the north (@terftasticwoman) reported@RogersHelps Too late. One day maybe I'll follow up on my money. I seriously cannot be bothered because my cancellation experience was so terrible. I want nothing to do with you. Nothing.
-
Darcy Selke (@DarcySelke) reportedAs God as my witness i’ll cancel my @rogers subscription
-
Bridgeland YYC (@BridgelandYYC) reported@RogersHelps The last mile is provided by Rogers, and upstream power levels are too high. Time to take responsibility, and stop passing the buck. What is the Rogers SLA? One 9? Outages are far too frequent, connection is down now for 40 min, no WFH. Time to repair the infrastructure?

tiredsotired (@sotiredsotired) reported@RogersHelps Great! Will I get a human to address the $200 overcharge? Honestly the fact you have no human (though I assume TB are a human’s initials) to help customers is the fundamental message.
