    @kolpanic @Rogers We drove up from the East Coast with no cell service. Fun! I’ve never used Rogers wired service since the cleaning lady at the Rogers HQ unplugged the cable in the 90’s! Thankfully the Tim Hortons truck stops don’t use Rogers either.

    Tho they will NEVER see one penny from me. Have to ask myself, "what else are they up to?" What other types of revenge does @rogers take on their former customers? They have all your information. They refuse to delete it. Do they even, "protect" it anymore? I doubt it.

    I will never again use any services from @Rogers! Had their home internet service on a contract after trying a few different providers and was pretty happy with the service, until I had to move to another province. They said I couldn’t transfer the account and ...

    @RogersHelps It always amuses me that the standard response is “check the website” - if your internet and phone service is out, and like us, you don’t have a smart or cell phone, that’s not a thing one can do easily.. have you though of an IVR message that informs of outages?
