    @kolpanic @Rogers We drove up from the East Coast with no cell service. Fun! I’ve never used Rogers wired service since the cleaning lady at the Rogers HQ unplugged the cable in the 90’s! Thankfully the Tim Hortons truck stops don’t use Rogers either.

    I better get a ******* refund on my internet bill. I’ve had no internet connection since this morning. Your ****-*** AI support hasn’t helped with anything. It has only added to my frustration. I wasn’t able to WFH today because of this @Rogers

    @RogersHelps Thanks for replying. The issue isn't that cancellations have to be done by phone—it's that I've been on hold for well over an hour trying to reach someone. Sales answered immediately, but customer service hasn't.

    @RogersHelps call center support is utterly useless! Called to try and resolve an ethernet issue with my XFiniti router and somehow got some that could barely speak or understand English, let alone provide any technical support. No supervisor available.

    @Rogers I have now been waiting for 1 hour 17 minutes just to look at changing my mobile plan and get a new phone for one of the numbers. If you don't fix this 100%, basically kiss my ***, then I am walking away form you and pray that you go under....
