    @RogersHelps 7 hours over two days with a dozen people from your support team only to be told that the plan I had for a year was actually not supposed to be available. Ended up canceling two lines. Very disappointed.

    @RogersHelps having billing issues for past 3 months, for smart home monitoring device that we returned and rogers can’t locate!! Spend total of 9 hours waiting on the line and talked to 6-7 different agents, but no luck to solve the issue!!!!

    @RogersHelps After waiting 2hrs for a rep, I got a rep that clearly displayed she didn’t know what she was doing. It took her over an hour for information a very direct issue.. furthermore I asked to escalate and instead was transferred to another live agent….. that hung up.
