@kolpanic @Rogers We drove up from the East Coast with no cell service. Fun! I’ve never used Rogers wired service since the cleaning lady at the Rogers HQ unplugged the cable in the 90’s! Thankfully the Tim Hortons truck stops don’t use Rogers either.

Hey @CRTCeng how do I go about filing a claim against @RogersHelps for adding stuff to my account without my consent and then not backdating the removal when I complain. Not only that, but they can only cancel it 2 weeks into the future to coincide with my billing cycle?

@Rogers 4/x I asked him to just schedule an onsite technician instead to troubleshoot, which he did. The technician came, explained him the issue, looked at my cables, already saw the issue. You know what?
