@kolpanic @Rogers We drove up from the East Coast with no cell service. Fun! I’ve never used Rogers wired service since the cleaning lady at the Rogers HQ unplugged the cable in the 90’s! Thankfully the Tim Hortons truck stops don’t use Rogers either.

@RogersHelps @RogersHelps you can avoid a insane lawsuit if you just credit your customers a month worth of service because EVEN THEN the damage you have caused is beyond a months worth, especially to some people who lost thousands of not more from the outage,Ike my family for example.

@CP24 @Rogers you should give everyone one free month of service for every account they have with you. Anything less feels like slap in the face. You know your service is still not back up to normal. Ignite TV glitchy, “5G” spotty.

@Rogers My mobile service is intermittent and my callers are going directly to voicemail. Rebooted phone multiple times. #RogersOutage2022

@adolwyn @RogersHelps @SaskTelSupport We have Shaw mobile and the coverage in real Saskatchewan was abysmal. Although I couldn’t even get coverage in Regina so I’m wondering if my phone was having a hard time connecting to the network for some reason.

@Rogers says they will credit customers with 5 days of service for the recent massive #InternetOutage. Is this enough?

@7Flash7 @RogersHelps @Rogers Us too, as well as landline and internet issues. Been writing in "DM" for a few days now and no replies. Thinking of cancelling all. They don't care to retain any clients let alone long term clients. Smh

@CBCNews @RogersHelps how about taking some of that 1.56 billions in profits form last year to help out your customers instead of this insult. So glad I switch!

My bf, a few kms away, & at least one neighbour, are STILL without wifi. Since Friday. It’s Tuesday. How is @Rogers still in business? Why haven’t telecoms companies made agreements w/each other to ensure service during outages-it works for travel, why not at home?? It’s 2022.

@CanadaOllie @CTVToronto @Rogers It isn't a matter of just their phone and internet users, is it though? They shut down all of us from our banks and shopping..not having internet costed me more than a few bucks and I'm not your customer
