@RogersHelps Spoke to the ignite team yesterday and they confirmed my bundle included Canada wide calling and I could use it right away but my service agreement says local calls only. I have the ref number. Would appreciate it in writing.

@RogersHelps Recently changed my plan online. No indication of the change in my account. Invoice NOT emailed to me. My visual voicemail has disappeared without my authorization after the requested change. Chat support said they added it again. Restarted phone. Nothing yet. #MAD

@RogersHelps I’m told my older rental modem I have is the cause of my internet issues. I have to pay for the “self install” option for a new modem to resolve these issues. So I have to pay to do the work myself to allow me to continue to pay you for a service that “kinda” works?
