@Rogers Every day our #Rogers #Internet and #TV crashes. I have contacted their Customer Support each time. They acknowledge there is a problem near the Avenue Rd/ Lawrence area. I asked for reimbursement. They gave me a 1 day credit. What a joke. RT:@CRTCeng

@RogersHelps Yeah @rogers doesn’t generally monitor the health of its network nor take customer inquiries seriously, so I’m not surprised you are also unable to help. I’m sure you can be very effective when it comes to asking me for more money, or donating my time and efforts to QA, however.

Hey @RogersHelps I’m trying to share data between my phone plan and 5G iPad and your rep on the phone is refusing to, saying I need to buy an iPad from you guys to have that available to me. I’ve been on the phone for an hour. Nobody has time for this ****.

So frustrated with more than 24 hours now of no internet with @Rogers. Called yesterday, on phone for an hour, got a temporary reprieve but off again shortly after ending the call. Called back this morning, 30-minutes later, no luck, there is a problem in the area. 🤯😖

@Rogers @AmanGrewal_19 This company is unreliable. Without a court judgment, she restricts her client's data service and still makes him pay for the service at full price. She appears to be sharing client file info to a third party without permission. Business People DO NOT TRUST Rogers #Sharing #bad
