    @RogersHelps here we go again. Waited 25 minutes, got a call back, that was good, associate could not help me, puts me through to credit,sorry I can't help here is the number who can, the stinking general number again. Wait is now 1.5 hrs. All I want to do is can a dig terminal

    @Rogers Nope. Just talked again to a rep, 6x since last Wednesday. She said that all my options are exhausted, they don't know what's wrong,they've escalated. Blahblahblahblah. 10 billion dollar Corp that just ***** us over again and again. You can't fix anything.

    @RogersHelps I realized u are charging me 4 smart home monitoring & it was automatically done once free offer(that I didn't even want originally)ran out. Live Agent won't offer refund as I missed it on bill. Very cut-throat & as a longtime Rogers customer, so disappointed. Help!
