@RogersHelps y’all should really at least make data tethering on your phones free until there’s an another outage on your home internet services fixed. Lots of us work from home and you are almost always down. Embarrassing. (Downtown Toronto📍)

@RogersBiz Good idea. How about putting your wireless and internet core services on different hardware in different buildings? That way when the internet goes down your customers don't lose cell phone coverage. My solution is to move to Bell fibe.

If a mobile phone is attached to an apartment building front door entrance can phone calls be accidentally shared, can it increase phone bills, etc? I have this service but nothing was explained to me, I didn't receive an information package. I'm a Rogers customer @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps Pretty ridiculous that you want to triple my monthly cell phone charges just to be able to have the ability to add a plan I can use in the US. Roam like home has gone WAY up in price in the last few years. The US providers don’t charge for roaming in Canada. #fail

So I'm on the phone with @Rogers because my service got interrupted. Both my partner and myself work from home and cannot go in to the office on such short notice. No one at @Rogers knows what the problem is and now we both lose salary for not being able to work.

@Rogers, it has been over 3 days since your company has cancelled my Ignite Service (TV, Internet, Phone and my Email Acnt) because of a glitch in your system. It was supposed to be fixed in a couple of hours from the backend team, and now we are approaching 80hrs. FIX IT!
