@Rogers I’ve been pretty patient with Rogers, but so tired of the ****** service. Not only do I lose connection and have poor connectivity but their service technicians think it’s okay to swear and follow minors home. When the company is told about it and they do nothing about it

@Rogers will not unlock an old phone my kid is giving me to replace my broken one. Unless I involve the old account holder. My ex husband. Which I told them. Who was my abuser. Thanks for that Rogers. Appreciate you vicariously trying to perpetuate family violence.

@TennisCanada @Rogers Maybe use some of that money to hire customer service staff. 30 minutes to an hour if you're lucky average hold times means you have nothing but contempt for your customers.

@RogersHelps Thanks for the offer. After over 2 hrs trying to sort out what I'd been told 2 yrs ago vs now & the mess of confusion over charges - I don't have the energy. After 25 yrs with Rogers I'm now a Bell customer.

@Rogers Can a single day go by where your trash internet provider doesn't go down? People over here paying $112 a month for your trash service that doesn't even stay up.

@camcharronyvr @Rogers 4k cable has been garbage too. I record the games and the 4k channel had the first half of the first period of Sportsnet one. Really disappointing. You expect cable to be flawless.

@RogersHelps Where can I get information on the maintenance outages in the Clarkson area of Mississauga? Service keeps going down (like now) on days we have not been warned about and I'm trying to work from home.

@Rogers after 4 hours in hold, talking to 5 people on the phone, and 2 people in store, no one has been able to solve my problem. They just refer me to each other in a big cycle. :( #customerservice
