@RogersHelps @Rogers what caused the problem in the first place

  • JeremyDBradley Jeremy Bradley (@JeremyDBradley) reported

@niallison23 @RogersHelps @Rogers The vast majority of wireless customers are on a contract if they want that fancy new phone "free." Our company was released from contracts after Rogers made a big booboo with our account so we have $35/mth service. And we have backup providers for everything. So we're good!

  • Sagewright922 Sage (@Sagewright922) reported

@RogersHelps Thanks for the ******* break guys go down forever money and the internet are the route of evil

  • PKB_Canada Peter K Burian (@PKB_Canada) reported

@RogersHelps Amazingly, our Rogers internet has started working. (east of London, ON) It was NOT working a half hour ago. I rebooted the modem; don't know if that was necessary. Just checked for a connection and, surprise: It is working.

  • JohnHansenCa John Hansen (@JohnHansenCa) reported

@MattMelv @RogersHelps Or they managed to introduce a common mode failure into their network topology by accident. Probably a centralized control function that directly overrides the Internet's built distributed control feature set.

  • MilkFiend17 Jay (@MilkFiend17) reported

@katiewatt1992 @Faweezy @RogersHelps You have no clue what losing service for a day can do to someone's life. Try calling 911. Don't be a stupid person.

  • heartmindalign Kelly Chase (@heartmindalign) reported

@RogersHelps Service is NOT back in Vancouver.

  • 79PapaPalpatine PapaPalpatine79 (@79PapaPalpatine) reported

@foreverlys No kidding. I had to wait until this morning to e-transfer, but I didn’t get mad at the bank. It’s @Rogers system that caused it. Also don’t get mad at the CSRs that answer the phone for Rogers. It wasn’t their fault it went down.
