    @Rogers I have spent over 12 hours on chats and calls with Roger’s to move my services. Guess what? Still not handled!!! Roger’s - do better! A system outage wasted another 1.5 hours yesterday on the phone. Maybe @bellcanada can do better with valuing my service?

    @Rogers I bought a Samsung Flip 3 Phone from rogers. * months in it stopped working. The screen goes black when you open the phone. Futuretel says there is not a problem even though it is clear as day. I have been told this is escalated but no one from Rogers will talk to me.
