@niallison23 @RogersHelps @Rogers The vast majority of wireless customers are on a contract if they want that fancy new phone "free." Our company was released from contracts after Rogers made a big booboo with our account so we have $35/mth service. And we have backup providers for everything. So we're good!

@RogersHelps Amazingly, our Rogers internet has started working. (east of London, ON) It was NOT working a half hour ago. I rebooted the modem; don't know if that was necessary. Just checked for a connection and, surprise: It is working.

@MattMelv @RogersHelps Or they managed to introduce a common mode failure into their network topology by accident. Probably a centralized control function that directly overrides the Internet's built distributed control feature set.

@foreverlys No kidding. I had to wait until this morning to e-transfer, but I didn’t get mad at the bank. It’s @Rogers system that caused it. Also don’t get mad at the CSRs that answer the phone for Rogers. It wasn’t their fault it went down.
