Obviously can't call for support, either. To make matters worse, in order to get a covid shot, I need to be able to receive an SMS confirmation!!!!!!!

As a former Rogers employee who dealt with corp. accts I know your internal teams are getting updates, why not the public? I fully expect some form of compensation.
