    @RogersHelps I have spent more than 3h trying to get support today. After long waits, hung up on once and incorrectly sent to tech support another time. Countless chat on web too. This is awful ๐Ÿ˜ญ

    @RogersHelps Everything started working again 1.5hrs after it started. I managed to get into chat in the app with someone whose name I donโ€™t remember as the app crashed and erased all the chat history. Told me there was an outage in my neighbourhood. I was about to thank them when app crashed

    @RogersHelps I want to terminate my account with Rogers. I can never get a hold of anyone on the phone. I am not at all satisfied with the service and the exorbitant prices for my products. I am going to a cheaper service provider.

    @mattsekeres @Rogers @CorusPR They don't see it, they never saw it & I am sure the unfortunate people being laid off some how accept their sacrifice for their more Enlighted Toronto comrades. The irony is Brian Mulroney's talk show is probably the last thing left that gives Corus any relevance.

    @RogersHelps Yes and for 3 days I have been told that they are โ€œletting maintenance knowโ€ because they can see on their end how bad things are.

    @RogersHelps I did and I talked to a Philippines who couldn't help me. Twitter is my last resort option after every oversea person I reached never understood the problem or worse thought they fixed it but didn't. They are not too smart in my experience.
