@duke_garry @cmcdavid97 @Rogers Agreed. Whether he can refuse the script or not, it’s sad and tells us marketing people for Rogers, Apple, Honda etc. are incompetent or target audience is those with low-self esteem. Brings trust and likability of all brands down a tad.

@Rogers My husband is on the phone again to your Park Royal, West Van store because they have essentially stolen his previous phone! He was told he could trade it in and receive a credit on his bill. This was never received! #Theft

@RaginRonic @Rogers We just had a friend who lives in Ontario go to the site and had no issues. She used her phone. Try accessing the site from phone. Just trying to narrow it down
