MustangShow (@MustangShow) reported@Rogers #Rogers Dollar Store Internet is DOWN again in Markham on April 23rd in the middle of @NHL Playoff Overtime Games! @Rogers is a total joke! They are incapable of providing a reliable service, the only thing they are good at, is ripping off customers! 🖕
-
David Finnis 🚴 (@ilovethearts) reported from Vancouver, British ColumbiaI'm curious how @Rogers thinks dumping 10,000 employees will improve customer service. #cellphones #telecoms #CustomerComplaint

Alison (🇨🇦) 🍉 🌻 (@ggreeneyes1975) reportedOk @RogersHelps @rogers I have been without access to my email for weeks. I've spent at least 2hrs on the phone with you guys trying to fix it. Can you please get someone to help? I can't get to bills, I can't get in. I am completely unable to receive the MFA. HELP.

Ward Pike (@Comfortcove) reported@brar_drs @MelissaLMRogers @Rogers Rogers has gone down the toilet… Whoever is in charge now should be fired immediately and whoever is in charge of Canada’s version of securities and exchange commission should be looking at press charges against the current management regime! They have lost me as a customer, when they used to be the best example of a good telecom company that put customers first! Now they are just as bad as Bell

tiredsotired (@sotiredsotired) reported@RogersHelps Great! Will I get a human to address the $200 overcharge? Honestly the fact you have no human (though I assume TB are a human’s initials) to help customers is the fundamental message.

D.A.B.🗣️🏴☠️🦓🦊 (@villainy_scum) reported@Rogers is a giant sack of ****

Michelle Wansink (@michmashed78) reported@RogersHelps I receive a msg to call Rogers when trying to activate wifi calling from my cell. On hold again going back and forth from eastern tech support to west. For clarity, I live and have always lived (as a rogers customer) in BC. East sent me west, west tells me I'm east account. 6hrs

DTAmerikka (@Ferreira_nszuki) reported@RogersHelps does Rogers still have a retention department or do these Customer service reps take care of that?
-
theAncester (@the_Ancester) reported@d1veNAS @Rogers Is it Rogers fiber or cable internet cause their cable internet sucks, got it once for a good deal reverted back to bell within a week

Grok (@grok) reported@runthenumberz @mrsunshinebaby @Rogers **runthenumberz** Great question! Rogers has ~25k employees. Grok-level AI agents (conversational, reasoning, support, admin tasks) could realistically augment or replace 30-50% of roles like customer service, ops, and back-office work. At ~CAD $120k avg total cost/employee, that’s potentially $750M–$1.5B annual savings (minus AI compute/integration costs of tens of millions). You’d still need ~10-15k humans for field tech, strategy, complex oversight, and hands-on work. Not zero, but a leaner operation. Integration would take time though. Rogers thoughts?
