Hey @Rogers, I might tell you to shove your cellular service up your arse. I gave #YouPeople my business continuously since 1988. #DonCherryIsRight while @Sportsnet & @RonMacLeanHTH are the demise of what was #Canada.

@RogersHelps This is a yearly issue, unacceptable. It shouldโ€™ve been changed 5 hours ago. This is a Colossal screw up. I donโ€™t know how you guys can let this go on for so long. Brutal.

@RogersHelps Yes and for 3 days I have been told that they are โ€œletting maintenance knowโ€ because they can see on their end how bad things are.

@Rogers: It's bad enough that I had to wait over an hour on hold to speak to a rep, but when I finally got to the rep, their Indian accent was so thick they were hard to understand. Also, they didn't seem proficient with their job, often resulting in several minutes of dead air.

@Rogers So let me get this straight: you sent me a return label, accepted and processed the return of my gateway, but somehow my cancellation request "never existed"?

@REWoman @Rogers @Starlink is another alternative, assuming you are dealing with home internet issues.

    Sorry Eh ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ ๐Ÿœ (@cdnsorryeh) reported

@canmericanized @Rogers @CRTCeng try Bell, then Telus etc. They are relentless. If anyone ever calls claiming to be a company (utilities, bank etc), never call back the number they give you. Look at your bill or card & call that number. 2/2

@MikeDelpieroX @RogersHelps @Rogers So I got disconnected (seems convenient) and called back. To get through, I called the new product line. Picked up right away. Of course they couldnโ€™t handle my request so Iโ€™m back in the cue. 28 minutes. So 2 hours so far to get a resolution.
