Cell coverage in rural Manitoba is horrible. The worst of any state or province I've travelled in. I depend on making phone calls for my business. Unfortunately, both @Bell_MTS and @Rogers both suck equally.

@RogersHelps No home phone still, two days now, amongst the other outages and some seniors in families only have the phone as their source of communications. Never, ever had an issue with Bell phones. Something definitely needs to be addressed in this whole issue!!

@RogersHelps Y’all also have some audacity to gobble up most companies and then take this long to fix things when there’s an outage. You shouldn’t have this monopoly since you’ve essentially brought the whole country to a standstill for last 36 hours and haven’t even given us an ETA.

@RogersHelps Bring a Roger's customer for more than 2 decades the last 2 outages and company not coming out and providing a ETA or what went wrong did the privacy of the customers safe/not! Is making me think to switch! You guys Suck!

Yesterday's Rogers outage in Canada is demonstrative of why a @ShawInfo and @Rogers should NOT be able to merge. #Canada needs MORE competition - not the continued consolidation of oligopoly telco providers.

@Payneleonhart @RogersHelps Sorry to hear that. It worked for me from about 10pm till 2:30 when i went to bed. But now things connect, slow mind you, but when you load a game it says not connected to the internet even though the test went ok. Except psn test is slow or fails. Probably due to bad upload spd
