Gaia Consulting Ltd. (@GaiaResearchMB) reported from Portage la Prairie, ManitobaCell coverage in rural Manitoba is horrible. The worst of any state or province I've travelled in. I depend on making phone calls for my business. Unfortunately, both @Bell_MTS and @Rogers both suck equally.

Norm Ally (@Norm_Ally12) reportedWhy is @Rogers so bad lately . Dropped calls, slow data, late/delayed incoming messaging? Despicable considering the cost of their services
-
Darren Gudmundson (@BrianOakely) reported@RoastedKeyboard @Rogers Their actual product is also the worst. 20+ drops a day, Cable Internet, Winnipeg, for only $100 a month. They have stated their cable needs to be replaced, yet refuse to do so. "Screw you, we have regulatory capture!"- xoxo @Rogers
-
LVNTHEDRM (@Adams11Colin) reported@RogersHelps I need to speak to somebody in customer care as I am having issues with my Wi-Fi and I was told to get pods because the ones I have do not work with my modem, but I can’t get through to anybody.
-
Nadalie (@nadaliebardo) reported@Rogers why are yall incapable of providing the internet I pay for? Down twice this week.
-
CanadaSam53 (@canadasam53) reportedGotta say The new @RogersHelps technical support AI actually makes calling for help more difficult. A simple request to exchange equipment took me repeating the request 6 times
-
🇨🇦mathien17_ (@mathien17_) reported@Rogers your customer services sucks.
-
Mike Jones (@Mike_Jones_1) reported@lamphieryeg @Rogers @RogersHelps Customer service in telecom companies in Canada is practically nonexistent, their monopoly allows it. The threat of taking your business elsewhere is a joke and they all know it.
-
Gary Lamphier (@lamphieryeg) reported@Rogers Picture it: You're a longtime Rogers customer. One day you get a spam call from Morocco. You don't pick up. Then you spot a $24 charge for a call to the same number on your July bill. You contact Rogers to complain. It's rejected. No explanation. What gives, Rogers?🙄
-
Kevin Torgrimson (@TorgrimsonKevin) reported@FierySharky @Rogers @Sportsnet I’ll say….they don’t give a **** about western Canada.
-
Lynn Without an E (@Moon_River05) reported@Rogers You got greedy and claiming GM Place but that wasnt enough you have to overtake Shaw. But what you didnt do was increase your staff to match your accounts accumulation...to the point where, I heard "Sorry, we are too busy to take your call, goodbye" Over and over and over for more than a month. Pssst It's Business 101 to NEVER EVER let that happen. Oh and Ive switched to Telus. Am I one lost customer, or 1 of many? 🤔
