Gaia Consulting Ltd. (@GaiaResearchMB) reported from Portage la Prairie, ManitobaCell coverage in rural Manitoba is horrible. The worst of any state or province I've travelled in. I depend on making phone calls for my business. Unfortunately, both @Bell_MTS and @Rogers both suck equally.

Chris P Bacon (@pozpiggy86) reportedSo @Rogers promised me IN WRITING that my price was guaranteed for 999 months. Now, only a few months into having the service, and I get my bill only to find that Rogers has raised their prices, directly in violation of the contract. #CRTC #CCTS

Cheryl (@CCintoronto) reported@RogersHelps No one answers tech support on the phone?!

💫 5iveThaGoddess 💫 (@BellaChanelT_O) reportedI need assistance and I literally called 13 times within the past 2 hours, only to be given the runaround and get hung up on. I don't call Roger's for this exact reason. I need one simple question answered and your AI cannot help. What's going on over there? @RogersHelps

Gun Gnome (@GunGnome) reported@Battleship63 @Rogers Starlink would be better, yeah. As much as I'm annoyed with this 5G unit having frequent service interruptions I have to give it credit for being inexpensive. It's only $40 a month. It's also convenient because it's relatively small and I can take it anywhere with me.

Blacktop Cowboy (@Blacktop_Cowboy) reported@UberJumper @Rogers Honestly Rogers and Telus are such a **** show, I'm just gonna get starlink, and if they ever make a phone I'll get that too
-
Chris P Bacon (@pozpiggy86) reportedSo @Rogers breached their contract. They promised my price was locked in for 999 months. 5 months later, they're trying to raise their prices without notice. Their customer service won't accept phone calls, and their chat is no better. I think it's time I went to the #CCTS

FK (@dagdakiayaz) reportedHey @Rogers, I requested to move my internet service last month. A technician came out and told me that the Telus cable currently in use is provided by my landlord, while the Rogers cable is buried behind the drywall. Apparently, I now need to hire a third party to demolish the drywall and access the Rogers cable just to get my internet installed. Is Rogers going to help resolve this, or should I just switch to @TELUS?
