Cell coverage in rural Manitoba is horrible. The worst of any state or province I've travelled in. I depend on making phone calls for my business. Unfortunately, both @Bell_MTS and @Rogers both suck equally.

@RogersHelps It's been 6 years and you keep offering up the same 'solutions.' I'm on the phone right now with a new provider. Funny thing, this new provider knew what my issue was before I told them. So Rogers must know that internet keeps dropping. But you don't fix it. byeeee

@RogersHelps seriously I got ignite on Tuesday- abd the internet was down at 7 am, called and got a tech in, tech ‘ fixed it’ and left … then at 6 there is no internet again? I’m gonna lose my mind

@Rogers, I had an issue with my account which was your fault not mine. Took in excess of 75 min to resolve and had to explain to multiple parties as I was sent around the organization. This was a complete waste of my time and left me extremely frustrated. You need to do better

@RogersHelps You had 6 years to help. I've wasted too many hours scheduling around technician visits only to have the very same problem. Maybe try a different approach with your remaining customers. #rogers #rogerssucks
