    Cell coverage in rural Manitoba is horrible. The worst of any state or province I've travelled in. I depend on making phone calls for my business. Unfortunately, both @Bell_MTS and @Rogers both suck equally.

    @Rogers trying to get billing support via your app. Keeps telling me to sign-in when I’m already signed in. Called the number on my bill, punched a zillion numbers in for it to finally tell me your offices are closed! WTF??? Customer service is atrocious! **** you!

    @RogersHelps Many times over it went to the CCTS and I'm still waiting and I sent an email to the ombudsman. 10 years as a loyal customer and this is how Roger's treats its customers. I left and went to bell and now they want to charge me an early termination fee for a phone they lost.

    @RogersHelps I’ve been a victim of what appears to be a fraudulent transaction on my Rogers Bank Mastercard. I was forced to withdraw cash from an in-store ATM due to a “digital payment not working” situation, and ended up being charged excessive and undisclosed fees. @Rogers

    @RogersHelps thank you, I rebooted my phone twice and it eventually went away. I'm located in the Fraser Valley in BC, close-ish to the border, however this isn't a problem I've had before.

    Just received another email asking me to pay $834.86 now on top of $333. New customer with 700+ credit score and solid payment history, yet @Rogers & @Redwireless keep asking for unexpected down payments. Order showed $0 down, then $447.50, then $333, and now $834.86 more. This is extremely frustrating and feels misleading. Requesting urgent resolution. #Rogers #CustomerExperience #Canada
