@RogersHelps received a call from you who kept wanting to change plan even though I said no. I just wanted a quote for a new cell phone and wouldn’t provide it. Furthermore. The call was a very bad connection and person didn’t hang up but sounded like they muttered obscenities.

@Mariamadramme16 @LiamHawksfan Actually my banking isn’t tied to any online services (my phone got jacked a few years ago by a @Rogers employee and we had to sever all online connections). I’d love to help but I can’t really offer funding assistance. 😢

@Rogers wow Rogers way to lie.. I’ve been a loyal customer for years…months ago @TELUS offered me to come back but I stayed with you after a perk of $10/month data for Apple Watch for 24 months but I was billed for it then told it was an error from employee so I must pay goodbye

@RogersHelps That’s ok. The $50 unnecessary charge is more important to you than the year over year monthly payments for the next few decades you are going to lose from what was a loyal customer for 14yrs, keep it, I will be switching to @Bell

@RogersHelps “Frontline staff can’t do anything. It’s such a technical issue that it needs to be done from the backend”.Switching modems back to the one I’ve been using I guess is extremely difficult. Lots of digits in those IP addresses and serial numbers.

had a technical issue with @Rogers and they made me feel like I work for them. It looks like I need to be "thankful" that my internet service hasn't had any issues TODAY, after 10 days of unstable service and uncommunicated cancelation of appointments. #FU #Rogers
