@RogersHelps Will you be reimbursing my family business the money we lost entirely because of the service you did not provide for an entire business day? Absolutely ridiculous that you are one of the biggest companies in Canada and you couldn’t resolve this quicker or prevent it.

@chethosahalli @RogersHelps @Rogers You realize this happened because Rogers refuses to invest profits into new equipment? They made a good decision 14 years ago to go colex vs dsl. And have ran the same **** since. It happened twice this year because it’s being overloaded. This is their fault. Souly. For profits.

@RogersHelps The question is though will you guys stop pinching profits and start updating lines and servers? You’re stuffs old. Your upload and ping at terrible. While bell is investing all theirs into full new lines for way faster speeds. This is twice now. Because you can’t handle it

@AmeyNo @RogersHelps @Rogers So I guess since you have fully restored service I should be happy and rogers job is done? Myopic point of view eh. Not sure what you thought your little response was worth but now I will turn my ire towards the ridiculous comment by you

@ConsumerSOS Really, @RogersHelps? Haven't received a single update directly, by text, email, DM or carrier pigeon. Yet you don't seem to have any difficulty contacting us when you're pushing a new product or service... 🤨

@IronOmie @dm_tats @Rogers Things don't magically happen. There is a cause to what happened and more than likely, it was an innocent error that snowballed into something bad. It doesn't mean the person won't be blamed for it. Right now there's too many variables to say with certainty what happened.

@dunebud @funlover1999 @RogersHelps It’s truly an impressive fix. Could have very easily lasted days/weeks if they didn’t have an EXTREMLY up to date backup of the database. They must have suspected the update could break things. All in all, they deserve a bonus and paid time off.

@ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers They turned $300000 into 3 million. My guess is they’ll be passing on to customer.

@KevinFrankish @RogersHelps It's funny that they put out these tweets when none of their customers can see them as the service is down. Seeing them when service is restored is funny.
