-
Tim (@TimJArmstrong) reportedThis is what happens when you do business in an monopolized environment. @rogers and @bell have horrible customer service because they do not give a **** about customers. They are only concerned with quarterly profits!
-
May Daze (@DJMayDaze) reported@RogersHelps Other companies don't do that. It's too bad you are the only service in my area.
-
GQTREBOR (@gqtrebor) reported@RogersHelps your phone system sucks #feedback ******* just hangs up on me time to switch to Telus
-
East meets West (@KeeperOfSheep) reported@Rogers why do you keep calling from 18552526995, but never leaving a message... With scam calls at an all-time high wouldn't it be more productive to leave a brief voicemail and a note on file as to why you're calling ?
-
Clino (@_clino_) reported@Rogers fix your internet wtf
-
Dave (@Goodwaaan) reportedWhat is the next step to resolve an issue @Rogers ? I literally cant even get on hold in your queue . Is the next step filing a complaint with the CRTC ?
-
Mark (@thesaleshole) reported@RogersHelps Actually almost 2 hours before I spoke with someone. It’s not professional for your customer service representative to say “yup” instead of “yes” or “correct.”
-
Irene-Irka😺🇺🇦🇨🇦 (@Irene_NoKillTO) reported@alancross @Rogers The call center was moved to India. Calls are dropped. There is interference on the line and with the quiet tone and thick accents the reps are not understandable. It has never been like this in the last 20 years. Make sure you fill out the survey. Rogers needs to know.
-
East meets West (@KeeperOfSheep) reported@RogersHelps If you can definitively state it is or isn't a scam, that is the problem.. your processes should give clients a clear way of determimimg why @Rogers is calling. Or a log on our online account that shows When, How, and Why a rep tried to contact the customer.

Shawna R (@shawna_r80) reported@RogersHelps @jame69956 If you’re saddened, do something about it. I don’t know…maybe answer our calls for starters? I’ve never had 24/7 tech support ask me to “just call back later”
