    @RogersHelps @hsgreen If you haven’t figured out yet that you have a major outage in a large area, I think that’s a real problem. We don’t need you to tell us we have no connectivity, we need you to fix it. Then again, try people responding and not bots

    @RogersHelps it’s a neighbourhood issue it might take 4 to 8hrs to fix the west toronto internet outage. Worse case scenario it can take up to 24hrs. I just called!!
