@RogersHelps Well if you were actually sorry how about a small discount on everybody’s bill? As we all paid for a service we didn’t receive for a day with no real explanation

  • 3Code3Red3
CodeRed333 (@3Code3Red3) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

DEAR @Rogers Yall Gotta Get Your **** Together. THE Worse Customer Service Experience I Have Had In The 15 Years Of Being A Customer.

  • 604kev
Kevin (@604kev) reported from New Westminster, British Columbia

@RogersHelps you're claiming service has been restored, but I cannot receive SMS messages. As a result, I cannot log into my bank because @TD_Canada solely supports SMS MFA (which is also a joke). When will your services be fully restored including SMS? Thanks.

  • Meanchef
Jeanne (@Meanchef) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

I have no service currently @Rogers and @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions currently NO SERVICE try to connect me with messenger or whatsapp

  • P2_602FM
Patrick Pemberton (@P2_602FM) reported from New Westminster, British Columbia

@Rogers Don’t worry about it. @SpaceX #starlink will solve that problem. That oligopoly has to go.

  • EastvanTrev
Trevor (@EastvanTrev) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

Scam calls are getting out of hand. Over the past couple of days, I've had 5 calls for missing packages from DHL, CRA is sending someone to arrest me three times over and as of 5 minutes ago, my fourth covid emergency and I need to call back ASAP... Hey @TELUS and @Rogers , I bet

  • MarshallsMills
Marshall Mills (@MarshallsMills) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@RogersHelps I've been on hold for over 2 hours now. Is there someone that can help me with my bill? I have roam like home and was charged an extra $250. 😭

  • stuffapproved
Ronald Swizzler (@stuffapproved) reported from Richmond, British Columbia

@RogersHelps I’m pretty sure it’s your job to BS your customers. #telus never had these issues, but #rogers is horrible in the #canadaline tunnel section, especially towards Richmond. Of course I have roaming on.

  • StampieRuns
Bryan Cogan (@StampieRuns) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

@HeatherInNVan @Rogers @RogersHelps I’m w/ Fido that piggybacks the Rogers network. Have not seen any discrepancies today, but this been an issue in the past. Wifi competing with data, have to turn of wifi to get data to work.

  • juadog
Jua (@juadog) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@gmbutts @Rogers I did that once, years ago. Never again.

@RogersHelps @Rogers YOU GUYS SERIOUSLY SUCK AND HAVE THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE A 45 MIN WAIT DUE TO HIGH CALL VOLUMES TURNS INTO 2.5HRS AND STILL N0 ANSWER ? **** OUTTA HERE WITH THE "OH WE ARE SORRY" BULLSHIT

  • travelcanucks
Cam & Nicole (@travelcanucks) reported from North Vancouver, British Columbia

Very disappointed that @Rogers no longer offers #travel plans. For our 3 week trip to Europe, Rogers will charge me $15 per day ($300) even if I only use the data for 2 minutes to call an Uber. The solution I was given was to use a different mobile company. Seriously! You suck 👎

  • dustykelly
Dusty Kelly (@dustykelly) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@Ccressman87 @RogersHelps @680NEWS Hardly intermittent! This is a major outage.

  • MorganeOgerBC
Morgane Oger (@MorganeOgerBC) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@RogersHelps Oh dear I'm so sorry, I see to have missed your message today. Twitter needs more bandwidth than your throttled service allows for all customers. I'm hearing grumbles about the some way mobile providers throttle customers. Is there better equality than in a race to the bottom?

  • Abearinger
Alli Bearinger 🇨🇦 (@Abearinger) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

    @alwaysfreshstef @Rogers @MapleLeafs The worst!!!!

  • MrBennyYau
Benny Yau (@MrBennyYau) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

And then I spent the next 2 hours trying to reset my phone and another 30 minutes with Apple support troubleshooting to no avail... until I checked the Rogers website on advice from the Apple specialist. Damn it, Rogers. Get your act together. @RogersHelps

  • jodyvance
Jody Vance (@jodyvance) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@Post_Brodie @RogersMobileCa I plan to go to @RogersHelps customer retention tomorrow. If not .... I'm switching. today's discovery of top up charges remaining for ages (years) is not cool. I'm done with shady.

  • imthedarkknight
    Rocco Signorile (@imthedarkknight) reported

@RogersHelps Yes and the transfer fee of $80 is completely RIDICULOUS! How would I know if they did it by mistake. I CLEARLY asked him AND my son as well. He responded on more than one occasion “ YES NO PROBLEM” Yet he did. So he is now a @Bell customer & will be joining him. “Sorry 2cu go”

  • o0CyberFreak0o
    CyFr 🇨🇦💙💛 (@o0CyberFreak0o) reported

@ModernAgri_Tips @Bell @Rogers As much as setting up cancelations early is peace of mind that you've taken care of incidentals. The truth of the matter is you almost never want to call in order to cancel until the new services are ready.

  • GrahamHaigh
    Graham Haigh (@GrahamHaigh) reported

@RogersHelps Boo… that’s been the problem. It’s so hard to navigate to get to the tech support team.

  • Puff23138399649
    Jax (@Puff23138399649) reported

@ModernAgri_Tips @Bell @Rogers Both are terrible. Just tried to switch services and the amount of ***** both companies dropped is unbelievable. Wasted probably 10 hours of time between calls and failed installations.

  • GrahamHaigh
    Graham Haigh (@GrahamHaigh) reported

@RogersHelps Oh thank goodness. I’m a Rogers/Shaw internet customer. Was on the phone with a rep about a month ago. We’d agreed that I need a tech to come out and look at the installation. The service to the router is about 60% of what it should be. I was told a call was coming to schedule.

  • Earthoak01
    Rhaimon (@Earthoak01) reported

@SportsnetPR @Rogers and @Sportsnet never cared about Canadians and this should confirm it for even people with their head in the sand.

  • Kevin_Salmon12
    Kevin Salmon (@Kevin_Salmon12) reported

@RogersHelps That’s fair and I did call but I was on hold. For the cost of service + my needs it’s not performing. I never had any issues with cable until the galaxy boxes were introduced and now this happens. Maybe wifi signal for cable isn’t the way to go

  • umakant_saini
    Umakant Saini (@umakant_saini) reported

@RogersHelps I got connected and all the agent said he can’t help it. What should I do now, use consumer form or CCTS?

  • ohsoobvious
    ms.mom (@ohsoobvious) reported

@jodyvance @TELUS Seems like @Rogers or Shaw is just as bad. They both suck.

  • LYF38
    SaintHavoc🇺🇦 (@LYF38) reported

@RogersHelps @Bratt_world Or even more reason to just find free streams online and not to have to pay for gouged monopoly pricing that delivers a bad product for sake of maximizing profit
