@RogersHelps That's just great! Why not tell my son the first time at the store?! Never before have we had to go through all this bs!! Why have codes of your not going to use them?! The manager got me to yell my code to her in the store?! A simple call for authorization? #badservice

@RogersHelps Oh dear I'm so sorry, I see to have missed your message today. Twitter needs more bandwidth than your throttled service allows for all customers. I'm hearing grumbles about the some way mobile carriets throttle customers. Is there better equality than in a race to the bottom?

Any ETA on service restoration @RogersHelps ?

And then I spent the next 2 hours trying to reset my phone and another 30 minutes with Apple support troubleshooting to no avail... until I checked the Rogers website on advice from the Apple specialist. Damn it, Rogers. Get your act together. @RogersHelps

  • 1RovingNomad
Ameer Z. (@1RovingNomad) reported from North Vancouver, British Columbia

Worst telecommunications company in the world >>> @Rogers and Canada has one of the world's highest telecom rates.....and no competition you basically have two to choose from and more often than not Telus is not the choice (for some reason)

  • BlueCedarAngel
#IndianStatus531 (@BlueCedarAngel) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

I pay an average of $4000 annually to @Rogers for my phone bill. I've been with them for over 20 years, or when they set up shop in Vancouver BC 1/4 of the time we get treated like ****. I always think about switching then family crisis happens. #NotHappy #badservice

  • MattBishopL3
Matt Bishop (@MattBishopL3) reported from North Vancouver, British Columbia

@alankcwong @RogersHelps Why are you still on Rogers? Haven’t they proven their inability to run a reliable network?

  • Sia_Adjudani

  • stuffapproved
Ronald Swizzler (@stuffapproved) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@Rogers I’m trying to use my data in the #CanadaLine but most of the time it doesn’t work. I’m using an app called #OpenSignal to test the signal and it shows how bad it is. #Vancouver #BC

  • Wasgo
Cameron Williams (@Wasgo) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@RogersHelps Fix your replies. Because you keep replying to tweets that don’t start with a mention, all your Remind tweets end up in the timeline.

  • 604kev
Kevin (@604kev) reported from New Westminster, British Columbia

@RogersHelps you're claiming service has been restored, but I cannot receive SMS messages. As a result, I cannot log into my bank because @TD_Canada solely supports SMS MFA (which is also a joke). When will your services be fully restored including SMS? Thanks.

  • kellymanloves
kelly (@kellymanloves) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@RogersHelps can you confirm if 18008289828 is your Cantonese/mandarin customer service line, because my mom got from them saying they’re from Rogers not sure if it’s scam or not because online it says the # is 18007877953 and when you phone both of them

  • Tak_Tkk
#GoldBlooded 🏆Warriors💙💛WON the 🏆 (@Tak_Tkk) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@RogersHelps Do you ever update your socials when you have an outage? It took me a minute to realize that I was having a Rogers internet issue. I would appreciate a heads up next time

  • kikithekrakra99

@RogersHelps is ****ing rogers down again!!! You sucks Rogers! 🤟 Goodbye rogers here I come telus next week Tuesday

  • travelcanucks
Cam & Nicole (@travelcanucks) reported from North Vancouver, British Columbia

Very disappointed that @Rogers no longer offers #travel plans. For our 3 week trip to Europe, Rogers will charge me $15 per day ($300) even if I only use the data for 2 minutes to call an Uber. The solution I was given was to use a different mobile company. Seriously! You suck 👎

@RogersHelps my spouse was scammed by someone that had her account info, and she was convinced to order a phone and hand it over to a fraudster claiming to represent Rogers. Her existing device was black listed/blocked instead of the stolen device. Can't get help.

    Carolee Herbert (@Cherbert50) reported

@Rogers Too bad you folks never pick up the phone! Tried to get a hold of Roger’s/Shaw for 3 days with wait times on hold of 2-3 hrs finally giving up each day! Cancelling services if I can ever get a hold of someone. Customer since 2005. So sad!!!

@Rogers @Rogers I purchased the Africa Travel Pass and it doesn’t work. I was promised an update within 24 hours and received nothing. I then waited 2 more hours for a specialist, only for the chat to be ended without resolution. Can someone help before I escalate this to the CCTS/CRTC?

  • katsass1
    alleykat (@katsass1) reported

@JayGenXer @Rogers Im wlakinf away form them after multiple years their customer service has gone to **** and they'll pricing is unreasonable

  • jmb_photography
    JMB (@jmb_photography) reported

How does @Rogers thank a person for being a customer of 20+ years? They tell them that in order to upgrade their phone and add it to their contract, they have to pay double the amount for their plan. “Cheaper” plans don’t allow for phone upgrades. Do better, Rogers. Such a joke
