    @RogersHelps Oh dear I'm so sorry, I see to have missed your message today. Twitter needs more bandwidth than your throttled service allows for all customers. I'm hearing grumbles about the some way mobile providers throttle customers. Is there better equality than in a race to the bottom?

    I pay an average of $4000 annually to @Rogers for my phone bill. I've been with them for over 20 years, or when they set up shop in Vancouver BC 1/4 of the time we get treated like ****. I always think about switching then family crisis happens. #NotHappy #badservice

    Very disappointed that @Rogers no longer offers #travel plans. For our 3 week trip to Europe, Rogers will charge me $15 per day ($300) even if I only use the data for 2 minutes to call an Uber. The solution I was given was to use a different mobile company. Seriously! You suck ๐Ÿ‘Ž

    Husband works for @Rogers. Day off. Heโ€™s adding a number to his line and has to go to a store thatโ€™s not his own because contractually he canโ€™t & all, so we go to the one close to home. HE JUST HELPED ANOTHER GUY WITH AN ISSUE STOP WORKING DAMMIT Rogers u got a keeper value him

    @REWoman @Rogers I just switched to rogers 5g internet. Did it through an actual sales rep who put signs up. Left me with his email and cell phone number if there are any issues. So far so good, but having a contact may be usefull in future.

    @RogersHelps Thats great but can I not wait on hold for 2 hrs? Ive had this service for less than 2 months and already ive spent almost 5 hrs on hold. This is unacceptable for a huge company like Rogers. It tells me everyone is having problems and also not enough people to answer calls.

    @RogersHelps Yes and for 3 days I have been told that they are โ€œletting maintenance knowโ€ because they can see on their end how bad things are.
