Getting tired of @Rogers and @Apple @AppleSupport bouncing me back and forth for every iPhone or Apple Watch issue I’m having. Wish someone would just take responsibility already instead of laying the blame on each other! 😡 #customerservicefail #CustomerExperience

  • BlueCedarAngel #IndianStatus531 (@BlueCedarAngel) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

@RogersHelps After being with Rogers, about 30 years, since Rogers landed on uunceded Coast Salish Territory, I'm Switching to @TELUS ASAP.. When you treat me badly, sorry and aid works. When you profile my kid and treat us like criminals, you can go to hell with your loved one's 😚

  • BlueCedarAngel #IndianStatus531 (@BlueCedarAngel) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

I pay an average of $4000 annually to @Rogers for my phone bill. I've been with them for over 20 years, or when they set up shop in Vancouver BC 1/4 of the time we get treated like ****. I always think about switching then family crisis happens. #NotHappy #badservice

  • JayGarfs Jason Michael (@JayGarfs) reported from Richmond, British Columbia

@jeffgroat @Rogers Let them be buddy. I did the same and never looked back.

@RogersHelps a serious security breach occurred on my family members phone recently. Fraudster did a SIM swap - phone number ported to another company. No compensation from @rogers, no customer service . Seems they dont care

  • golfercruz CC (@golfercruz) reported from Richmond, British Columbia

@imAnewbie @RogersHelps Rogers Internet is horrible. Great prices and deals but the service falls flat compared to Bell or Telus.

  • MorganeOgerBC Morgane Oger (@MorganeOgerBC) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@RogersHelps Oh dear I'm so sorry, I see to have missed your message today. Twitter needs more bandwidth than your throttled service allows for all customers. I'm hearing grumbles about the some way mobile carriets throttle customers. Is there better equality than in a race to the bottom?

  • kikithekrakra99 Kiefer Abram (@kikithekrakra99) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

@RobairreG @RogersHelps Now restarted it again back again lte plus... Maybe ur os updates are broken... Lmao #samsunggalaxynote9

  • jodyvance Jody Vance (@jodyvance) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@Post_Brodie @RogersMobileCa I plan to go to @RogersHelps customer retention tomorrow. If not .... I'm switching. today's discovery of top up charges remaining for ages (years) is not cool. I'm done with shady.

  • Rparmarr89 Vasily Podgoalzin (@Rparmarr89) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@MonikaGul @NEWS1130 @canantifraud True story. Happened to me last month as well as I thought the text was spam. Got into my PayPal account as well. Luckily @AskPayPal and @Rogers rectified the issue within a couple hours and got my phone number back.

  • MorganeOgerBC Morgane Oger (@MorganeOgerBC) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

  • j_holtslander Jay Holtslander (@j_holtslander) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@RogersHelps btw your recommendation to enable Wi-fi calling didn’t help me at home in my Vancouver apartment. Was already on.

  • CoachDhillon Jessy (@CoachDhillon) reported from Richmond, British Columbia

@SatiarShah Touche Sat. My bad. Pretty furious with @Rogers at the moment.

  • BlueCedarAngel #IndianStatus531 (@BlueCedarAngel) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

@RogersHelps That's just great! Why not tell my son the first time at the store?! Never before have we had to go through all this bs!! Why have codes of your not going to use them?! The manager got me to yell my code to her in the store?! A simple call for authorization? #badservice

  • sheilamoris Sheila Morissette (@sheilamoris) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@RogersHelps Yes I am pretty sure that you would rather talk to me privately but I am so disappointed in @Rogers & lack of any customer service that I am ready to go very public about this incident

  • fighting4ttytc Helzer (@fighting4ttytc) reported

@Rogers. I only just got my service back. Has been off all day.I read it was “intermittent” & mainly out East. I’m in AB?R u going to be transparent about what happened?

  • Manny1235813 Manny (@Manny1235813) reported

@RogersHelps **** you @Rogers, this is unacceptable. You better give everyone a discount after you clean up your mess!!

  • keithwattsradio Keith Watts (@keithwattsradio) reported from Welland, Ontario

Oh, boy, is this @Rogers and @Fidomobile outage ever going to make it into my radio show on Thursday. Nothing should take almost 24 hours to fix when it comes to a wireless network.#fidodown #rogersdown

  • xlittletalks Kash A Falling Star 🌠 (@xlittletalks) reported

Hey @Fidomobile @Rogers how do you plan to reimburse people for this outage? I may not make many phone calls but my dad's work relies on his phone and ???? Nothing???? all day ?????

  • Stubblejumper09 Suz (@Stubblejumper09) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps @jennaamxo This is not “intermittent” when it’s been down all day. Dismal attempts on keeping the masses updated on restoration progress. Your website update is embarrassing. What are the chances our bills are going to reflect a credit to our business revenues lost today?

  • kevrevrun Kevin Revelle (@kevrevrun) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps @Rogers needs to issue a statement. Everyone needs to bombard Rogers with call, tweets messages until they answer. Contact the CRTC your MPP and MPs this should not be happening. This company has a responsibility to issue a statement to its paying customers. #rogersoutage

  • itjeepguy Big Al (@itjeepguy) reported

@RogersHelps A major system outage wether it be cell and/or Internet seems to be an annual thing with Rogers. Seeing as Rogers never seems to miss billing their customers, fully expect some sort of compensation for non-delivered services.

  • rainbow_amanda Amanda Leliever (@rainbow_amanda) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps @Fidomobile #rogersdown #rogersoutage all the customer service reps deserve a few drinks once this gets sorted out. Please remember that it's not their fault, they are working from home & having issues themselves. Remember 2 b kind, even tho it's frustrating

  • rodleland Rod Leland (@rodleland) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers Can you please pass on to your comms staff and operations staff that this level of communication (almost none) about outage causes and timelines is completely inexcusable for this scale of event. "Status: Ongoing" is on a forum post is wholly inadequate.

  • yangontar1980 David A (@yangontar1980) reported

@rcmayer13 @Rogers @RogersHelps Well, if we have over our download limit, we have to pay. Then it's fair when service is downtime of 6 to 12 hours = 1 day cost of pay service each day.
