    @rapsdiehard @RogersHelps Dude your only inconvenience is that you can’t access TikTok while sitting in the park collecting CERB. Chill. No one in the world is worse off with you not having your pay as you go service not working today.

    Let’s be clear @Rogers Today’s outage was not intermittent, but rather it was a full business day. There was no heads-up to customers whatsoever about the Ericsson software update.

    @RogersHelps What do we get? Any compensation ? If we donot pay our bill due to our personal service interruption, do we just apology and pay after 24 hour? No right? Huge fine or service discontinue ..You better provide us compensation ..Rogers, fido and chatrs all affected..
