@Rogers come on, the lagging internet is lame at this point. If it’s not temporarily offline or a black out, it’s always lagging. The service is getting worse.

@RogersHelps Thanks for the reply; I haven't checked yet today but to answer your question I'm connected directly to the modem/router with CAT6 The Modem is about 4-5 yrs old, perhaps an upgrade might help?

Let me take a moment to actually praise @RogersHelps customer service over chat. A rep helped me suspend my service and lock in a deal within my budget for another year after, with no fuss, no muss. It went so smooth. Give Patricia a raise!

@RogersHelps poor customer service even on the day I am cancelling my cable service. I’m at over one hour waiting for your folks to get it together. Worst customer service EVER!
