    @RogersHelps .. so to get my plan down to affordable reasonable ethical rate with @Rogers i may end up with no connection for a week or so while the equipment switch (by mail) occurs? if i need to do that, i might as well just sign with another carrier.

    @RogersHelps @_slime_man Your outages are everywhere and your online chat sucks. Agents refuse to file an outage case. My internet has been out for 3 hours and it shows no outage. Outrageous service!

    @TPS_32Planner @Rogers Why are you paying that much for Rogers? That's literally more than 2x what I pay for their 2Gbps service
