Vivere sine timore (Live Fearlessly) (@Joseph2653) reported@RogersHelps Over 2 hours late to meet a 4 hour service window + over an hour on hold 4th event in 5days @Rogers A total service failure every step of the way. Maybe accept that you don’t want me as a customer…multiple services and Businesses since I started with you in 1994

Vivere sine timore (Live Fearlessly) (@Joseph2653) reported@RogersHelps Rogers Service Message: Your technician is nearby and scheduled to still arrive between 10:50AM-12PM.

Georgiana Balanica (@GeorgianaB83826) reportedHey @Rogers you need to do a much better job at dealing with your customers! I’ve been waiting for more than 15 minutes today to be transferred to talk to a supervisor after dealing with a customer service representative for more than 30 minutes that couldn’t understand my request for a service upgrade! You can’t put customers on hold for that long without resolution so I had to drop the call! Train your employees and train them how to properly help customers meet their needs! I know I’ve been working in this industry for over 15 years! I’ve started in customer service however it’s not what it used to be! Now it seems you want to get rid of customers as fast as possible instead of helping them and ensuring they remain loyal to your business!

Jeff Jones (@thewiredserf) reported@RogersHelps We’ve spent hours queuing to speak with your teams in the last week. We’ve had two technicians come by and leave without resolving our issue. How do we escalate today without waiting 2 hours to speak to someone and then wait another day for a tech to arrive?
-
chillbro (@chillbrobaggins) reportedEvery person I dealt with at BMO today, on the phone or in person knew nothing of respect or customer service. Felt like I was talking to @Rogers

Margaret ✨️ (@margarethughson) reported@RealDonBradshaw @BlueJays @Rogers Should post this comment on all other teams as well. They are doing the same damn thing.
-
Ryan Hibbs (@rhibbsy) reported@RogersHelps People calling me pretending to be Rogers to get me to upgrade my device. I was promised a free phone, which happens, so it sounded legit, but when I got it, they insisted I not call Rogers. Now I'm just trying to return the phone and cancel the order. I have their info.

Chris Thorne Art (@christhorneart) reported@FierySharky @Rogers @Sportsnet Sportsnet continues to make bad after bad decisions regarding hockey and hockey coverage. Why buy the license if you are just going to kill the coverage? And in turn the fanbase?
-
Matt Goldberg (@MattyGold7) reported@KellyHrudey This sucks! @Rogers sucks. I’ve already cancelled my SN+ and they continue to validate that decision.
