    @RogersHelps Amazingly, our Rogers internet has started working. (east of London, ON) It was NOT working a half hour ago. I rebooted the modem; don't know if that was necessary. Just checked for a connection and, surprise: It is working.

    @MajSiddiqui @RogersHelps Power on in the following order Modem (wait until all lights are on), router (if you have one connected) When fully booted start turning on your devices one at a time. If this doesn't work it is likely still Roger's.

    @MattMelv @RogersHelps Or they managed to introduce a common mode failure into their network topology by accident. Probably a centralized control function that directly overrides the Internet's built distributed control feature set.

    @RogersHelps waiting on the support line for 2 hours finally someone picked up, she transferred me to other department and the system just said too busy and cut my line. Thank you rogers for making me wait 2 hours for nothing
