@RogersHelps Our service up in Ahmic Harbour is still very spotty. Sometimes it works, other times no

  • AxisVeroPI Axis Vero (@AxisVeroPI) reported

@Rogers, it appears that your internet just went down again. Luckily, I can still tether our office to @TELUS...again!

  • NayantaraTalki1 Nayantara Talkies (@NayantaraTalki1) reported

@RogersHelps If someone looses one day salary then your 5 day credit is not worth it. My husband lost hundred of dollars due to outage. You have to credit for full month otherwise be prepared for lawsuit.

@RogersHelps Rogers is not giving enough credit for those two days that everybody did not have service Rogers is a very big disgrace personally speaking nobody in this world likes Rogers people are leaving Rogers just to go with Fido and other companies but Rogers forget about it

  • asideofpees Matthew (@asideofpees) reported

@RogersHelps If @Rogers wants to keep its vast majority of customers, they should really sit down and credit everyone who was affected a full month. Crediting 5 days is a slap in the face to everyone affected. It’s an easy decision when it comes time to renew contracts #switchnetwork

  • RayBNadon RBN (@RayBNadon) reported

How is it that my phone data is faster than my gigabit internet connection? Since the outage, @Rogers internet has been awful. 70% of the websites I need to do my job won't load for me. They just spin endlessly. I'm a damn web designer, who can't load the web in order to design!

  • asderth8000 mr WROng (@asderth8000) reported

@RogersHelps how much is a 5 day equivalent service actually? I don't have any idea, please can someone enlighten me, thank you.

  • dsinanan43 dennisofthenorth (@dsinanan43) reported

Imagine, just days after an epic service failure which prevented debit transactions nationwide for millions.. the @Rogers centre accepts zero cash on-site for food/beer @BlueJays games. Smh.. Why? #rogersdown

@BakedBee420 @RogersHelps Get some serious help. And please for your own sake, stay off social media...let alone the internet.

@ContryLover96 @shelly05328985 @RogersHelps I heard Bell was next to go down.
