@Rogers Hell no- I was forced to switch to Rogers because they bought out Compton. I was told everything would remain status quo with my bill- not- my bill is now over $200 a month and I’ve lost a lot of channels AND your customer service is terrible- Always wait minimum 1 hour

@RogersHelps I’ve scheduled a new service and I’ve spoken to 2 agents to send me a confirmation email stating the order is placed and service will be installed on the said day...how hard is it to send a confirmation to a new customer?

@Rogers Friday switchover to Ignite ended up with no service whatsoever. After many phone calls, the only solution was to book yet another appointment for Tuesday.... I don’t understand why you wouldn’t fix what you started before taking on new installs!!!!
