@RogersHelps rogers down again, and only getting worse... of course on a holiday. They might as well shut down their costumer service pages too because they can't actually do anything today anyways. #rogerssucksthebigone.

  • jasonbilling97 Jason Billing (@jasonbilling97) reported

@RogersHelps Yet it's September and I'm still having g outage issues your unless help page is annoying

  • jasonbilling97 Jason Billing (@jasonbilling97) reported

@RogersHelps Individual account information won't fix the wide spread issue in my Ontario region but thanks for nothing 😑 I'll give you it and you'll say there is nothing you can do... just like every single time... costumer service is a absolute waste of time here.

Anyone else experiencing problems with their @Rogers phone? All my outgoing calls are not reaching the people I'm trying to talk to, and all calls to my phone don't even RING!

  • glonkable Glonkable🍁 (@glonkable) reported

@RogersHelps When I say same network and location, I mean same network and location. My phone is newer. There is absolutely NO REASON they should have gotten the alert well before I did

  • AlexPasek Alex Pasek  (@AlexPasek) reported from Oakville, Ontario

@Dadwith1Pack @DanielVyner @Rogers Please stop… this argument was debunked as nauseam. Canada has 80% of unhabitated land and poorer countries with less density are very able to offer unlimited mobile plans at $10. People making excuses for monopolies are the problem, not population density.

@RogersHelps I think you misunderstood. My TV isn't down, I just don't have Ignite TV on my plan; just Ignite internet. While you're here though, can you confirm that the issues with Ignite Internet in Mississauga are solved as well?
