@RogersHelps @suefarah_ You don’t have a phone support team. It’s insanely difficult to reach someone at @RogersHelps (insanely is putting it mildly).

I've spent 3 hours (2+ hours on hold) with @Rogers today to try and change our Shaw internet service to their 5G Home internet. They seemingly cannot do it. Apparently their Shaw team can't do it, and neither can their wireless team. Not ok Rogers.

.@Rogers @RogersHelps I’ve been trying to get through to a customer service rep for 3 days now to register a move. I’m told the call volume is too high and drops the call after being on hold for hours. At this point, I want to cancel my service.

Wonder if @rogers will ever have a customer service department? Anyone know? Might help their business if they actually hired some customer service reps.

@RogersHelps I’ve been on the phone with multiple Rogers Business agents since 12:30 pm, today. It’s now 2:49pm, multiple agents, long holds and callbacks, all trying to establish a case number so I can report suspected fraud. That’s the issue I’m trying to highlight

@RogersHelps Your new AI virtual assistant is absolutely terrible. It took me three phone calls and at least four if not, five times as long to simply pay a bill today than it used to take me when I used to just go through the phone prompts using my keypad. What are we doing here
