@Rogers Since 02:00am can’t call or use my data, how can you say it’s intermittent service interruption? #rogersoutage #rogersdown

  • rossrader Ross Rader (@rossrader) reported

Good thing Canadian's have lots of choice, low switching costs and pro-consumer mobile contracts otherwise @rogers nation-wide mobile network outage would be really inconvenient. /s #rogersoutage Who really needs 911? Rely on SMS to confirm your vaccine appt? Meh.

  • Priyanthn Priyanth Na (@Priyanthn) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps @jennaamxo It's not intermittent. Intermittent means "occurring in irregular intervals" and my signal bar disappeared at 9:00AM EST today and has been very consistent at that. It is not intermittent. This is exactly what your customer service does. Clients aren't idiots 101 Rogers 😐

  • MoSingularity Mohit AK (@MoSingularity) reported

@RogersHelps I have no service since midnight(April 19) and I am also not able to enable WiFi calling as enabling the feature needs an OTP verification through SMS. #rogersoutage

  • BlardonyMartin Martin Blardony (@BlardonyMartin) reported

@Rogers my phone is down? Need it for an appointment call with my doctor that took a month to book. How much longer till it up and running.
