  @RogersHelps how much more difficult and time wasting can you make it for a customer to reach a live person. Already explained issue to your bot and then a rep who cannot help me so has to transfer me to the person I asked to speak with 87 minutes ago! Still on hold

  PSA for all travellers using E-SIM cards overseas. Make sure you read the terms and conditions and change your carrier to the new SIM card otherwise @Rogers will still charge you roaming even tho you have an overseas SIM card installed. Immensely terrible service. Canceling everything today.

  @georganneb @Rogers Our old home alarm stopped working. We wanted Rogers to quote us a price for a new alarm system and monthly service fee for new system. Took weeks of calls with different people at Rogers. They don’t know what they are doing. Finally got it done.
