@RogersHelps So it appears @RogersHelps did a software upgrade to the legacy cable boxes and have broken them. Now I wait days for them to figure it out since they won’t admit that their 3am software upgrade crashed the.

Dearest @Rogers @Sportsnet .. you guys should really address your Android App for Sportsnet Now. Web version is great... pretty flawless, but the Android App is bad. Choppy framerate.. video quality not up to *****. Tried multiple devices, wireless + wired connections.

@Rogers Yet they seek to place half the responsibility on me for not making follow up calls during the period when there was an open ticket and they were texting me saying they were working on the problem. The arrogance of this company is breathtaking.

@Rogers #ServiceFail I ordered a NextBox 3.0 in late March 2022. It never worked properly, despite numerous phone calls and two service visits by technicians. I was ultimately told to upgrade to Ignite.

@RogersHelps When I try to pay my bill on the Rogers app, it says "Something went wrong," and when I try to pay on the website, it says "We're updating our site to make it better." Is this a problem that only for me, or is for everyone?

@RogersHelps @DragoonLowell Lol, it has been a known broken *** trash app since your big release last fall, and no one knows that better than you poor folks on the support team stuck dealing with it. @Sportsnet should troubleshoot what your Dev and QA teams did, or whichever manager approved the release 🚽

@RogersHelps Problem though- your tech is not your own but licensed to you by Comcast (Xfinity). So you would be limited to the amount of adjustments you can do to their software/hardware. So unless you get everyone, including me on Rogers FTTH & turning up the speed to boxes, its futile.
