@CdnPressNews @Rogers =Robbers DO NOT work with this crooked fraudulent company. Staffs are awful liars. They steal your money and waste your time. By charging u extra @Rogers /Robbers compensate for its loss of costumers due to its misconduct.

Still no power in my area in @City_of_Vaughan and @RogersHelps cell service is very spotty. @alectranews doesn’t have any updates on when electricity is going to be restored. I’m hoping my fishes and turtle in the tank are still alive and I have some food in the freezer.

@Rogers Thanks for the reply but why should customers have to send you a DM? It’s 2022 your company should know one would think Where are all the service interruption are located. How come you just don’t put a link with the map see where they are ?

@RogersHelps @Rogers have sat on hold for 30+ minutes your online assistant is useless. How about at least a regularly updated recording about progress and timelines for restoration. Services were fine until 10pm last night so how come problem hasn’t been rectified?

@RogersHelps I've dm'd but haven't heard anything yet. I know it's super busy but perhaps an overall notice to all areas affected instead of trying to deal with every request personally might help. My WiFi and cable are still down? Any ETA for eastern Ontario?
