Hey @rogers, next time you decide to replace equipment in my neighborhood and cause an all day internet outage. Have some decency and respect for your customers and give them advance notice. Now I will loose a whole day's work because of your lack or communication.

@RogersHelps My wife returned her cellular device to one of your physical locations. Her bill still shows $457 owing after 4 phone calls! Two months later! And after a representative confirmed Rogers received the phone! Terrible customer service. Please rectify.

@Rogers our entire neighbourhood has continuously since October had spotty internet. It took 10+ service calls due to incompetence to repair. Saturday again we had a 5h outage, the internet is now dropping AGAIN with an outage this morning. Why do you refuse to provide services?

@RogersHelps It seems to be exactly what Rogers wants. It keeps happening ? With no solution, tech support reading from generic scripts and third party techs coming out with no idea how anything works. DO BETTER

Is anyone else having issues with @RogersHelps wifi? Mine’s down, which means ALL of my services are down. They told me that it was a widespread outage, but a few neighbours I asked aren’t have any issues…weird.
