@RogersHelps Internet is down in Toronto area? Contacted Rogers chat and got automated replies asking me to unplug and replug the modem. Thanks for that surprising and insightful help that clearly I didn't try already. Then I got no help afterwards. Can I get some help?

Manager at support @rogers says they already started working on it which was a lie, when asked when it would be back up, another 3-4 days, when asked for a wireless hotspot so that we have internet I was told it’s not their policy #cancelrogers

@Rogers To be clear, no one has started any work or even visited the site to fix the problem, ITS BEEN 6 DAYS! Service address is 21 Spring Cress in Nepean Ontario, explain why no one has done anything to restore our service in 6 days

@RogersHelps @rogers Between Twitter and the phone, I have spent an entire day trying to correct a service issue, only to be bounced from wrong dept to wrong dept with no resolution, and in the process of transferring again, got hung up on. Really?!?
