    @RogersHelps it’s 7:45pm. I have been on the phone for hour and half. 45 min with a rep then called dropped after pulling my credit. Now with another rep who can’t confirm the order. She gets errors. I just want tv and internet. Is it to much to ask?! Trying to switch here!

    @RogersHelps what kinda technology do you guys run. Can’t even get the products ordered. Does customer service even exist anywhere anymore? Shouldn’t be a difficult process as this has been offered for many years now. Get it together Rogers! Do you want the business or not?

    @RogersHelps trying to order a new service, on the call for 28 min now, I opted for call back service, they called but then put me on hold, what is the point then? You need to do better!

    Hi @Rogers , already 7 hours with no internet and no coming back scheduled. The bad news to me is that I’ve ran out of my cell data … the good thing for you is that as I’m using @Fidomobile , you will get twice the earnings for a lousy user experience.. not a bad treat

    @RogersHelps Our replacement Nextbox is having the same problems as the old one. Won’t record shows properly
