Greatly disappointed in the service and customer relations of @RogersHelps Particularly in the midst of a pandemic when internet services are pivotal. 😪 I’ve missed an entire day of lectures and additional days of significant interruptions during class time.

@RogersHelps Why am I being charged a $30 tech fee for a move despite never being told about this? All I was told was that my appointment would be confirmed via email and that was all. Now I see an account change email with a $30 fee on there.

@Joyhenderson78 @Rogers Even though a lot of tekksavvy calls end with "unfortunately we're waiting on Rogers" it's still totally worth it to avoid Rogers customer service
