    @Rogers @RogersHelps "Regrettably, from the Social Media Team, we are unable to make or receive phone calls. If you prefer to speak with an agent, in that case, you need to call the Call center." Done that 4 times already @Rogers they put you on hold or hang up on you.

    @RogersHelps No thank you. The account holder (landlord & owner of equipment) has already spent 20+ hrs on the phone this week w your "technical help" dept. Spoiler alert : no help was found. The SINGULAR issue is that you refuse to adequately maintain your own equipment.

    @RogersHelps Rogers had the wrong date; plus wrong phone number. you had another customers information on my account. Then refused to honour the date. The Concierge team was the most incompetent, abysmal service ever. Your management team refused to honour the date as well.

    @RogersHelps I have noticed lately my Rogers ignite services stop working frequently throughout the day and I can’t access the modem when it’s not working. Was there any updates done to the modems as it was fine for a while and now it’s not. #intermittent #frustrated

    @RogersHelps Not to worry. It's a well known issue in non-urban NB. There simply isnt enough "market penetration" for your company to actually care. You offer services that you are incapable of maintaining.
