Called @RogersHelps for the umteenth time about a #visualvoicemail issue that has persisted since 2020. And for the first time I was told it is a known @Apple issue and that @AppleSupport have been troubleshooting it all along. Bonkers to hear that.

Each move appointment has been an issue with the vendor. This system of communication between you all HAS to change!
