@RogersHelps My rogers net stoped at 12pm today and I saw cable going to nxt 2 nxt house. They trespased my house and aftr calling them one technician comin to fix and called that i dont hv expertise to fix, and some guy will fix tomrow at 12pm. switching to Bell. @cityofhamilton

Called @RogersHelps for the umteenth time about a #visualvoicemail issue that has persisted since 2020. And for the first time I was told it is a known @Apple issue and that @AppleSupport have been troubleshooting it all along. Bonkers to hear that.

@RogersHelps Why rogers have 3rd party contractors?? I used my data and i m not goin to pay for this mnth bill for my net and cell phones plus what i lost due to ur pathtic service. It took me 3 to 4 days for ported the numbers , usually it took 20min. @cityofhamilton

@RogersHelps I saw one technician came infront of my house for new connection but not for my complaint. Plz take some action on ur staff and manager who didnt call me back and rogers have no info what dispatch is doing. Dont reply with sugar coated message. Improve your company structure.

@RogersHelps More messy bill problems which evolved from the Global sound distortion in my area at the end of August. On phone with Rogers 2 hrs and 25 mins just now. Hard to get staff to listen to me and I kept getting chastised and talked down to for "interrupting" when I didn't understand.

@RogersHelps The guy spoke too quickly and there were so many numbers. He finally understood my one credit. He was going to further complicate things by saying I got it and didn't get another one when it was the opposite for Jul 8 outage. Mayby in 2 months my bill will be fixed and normal.

@RogersHelps I keep repeating you can't help with technical issues if a ticket is open. I'm very upset about the number of problems that arose which I was then told were fixed but they weren't. Sometimes outright lies. You should listen to my last call with 2 people. I was crying.
