@Victor_Cidade @RogersHelps We’ve experienced exactly the same issue every evening since the outage. All Rogers can tell me is “everything looks good. Let us know if it happens again”. Have restarted the box each time. Doesn’t help. We will also be switching services.

@RogersHelps It’s showing something like “please contact Rogers to allow wifi calling” and when I spoke to a tech specialist on the website they said it’s a “known issue” and that people are working on it. Calls and texts are fine when I’m in service but I’m not in service when I’m in my apt

Sadly government didn't listen to us when they auctioned spectrum for a 4th national player without strings attached then later allowed it to be bought back up by the other 3...

@TrevorNose89 @BlueJays @Rogers We were all affected by the outage. But only a very small percentage of people affected are going to the concert. We’re all getting a refund. People going to the concert don’t deserve anything more. Hospitals, 911 and thousands of businesses were affected as well.

@AboutRogers @Rogers Rogers is the biggest POS service I am currently paying for. With the most recent outage my family missed a concert in Toronto which is an overnight trip for us. I’ll be docking hotels and meals from my Rogers bill. Turn my service off if you want. I’m going to Bell anyway.

@RogersHelps despite your constant outage issues; your customer service is absolutely horrifically pathetic. I've been on hold all day and your reps keep dropping the call and hanging up. All I'm trying to do is to see why my monthly bill is $50.00 more than usual

@RogersHelps I’m reporting a problem that has been ongoing since this morning with my cable. Many of the channels are not coming in and others are pixeling. The address is 5 Golden Appleway Toronto. Is there an issued today?
