    @Rogers @RogersHelps Is there any update on the resolve for this outage. I have tried the chat feature however no agent is picking up. Been over 4 HRS when original estimate was 2-3. Working from home is tough with no phone or internet (Fortunately I have satellite as a back up but super slow)

    @RogersHelps I think a better description of what’s wrong and the estimated downtime would be a better look here than “some customers are experiencing problems”. Your network is down across the board and people deserve to know what’s happening.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps We pay the highest rates in North America and we get **** on. Having no phone and no way to communicate in this day and age is unacceptable. We Roger's users were walking around with bricks in our pockets today because that's how useful our phones were/are

    @Rogers I've checked the forum and it is not really giving any current updates. I'm asking that once service is restored that you send out a text so we customers are not tied to wifi and Hotspot areas. Is that too much to ask?

    @Rogers Why are you continuing to spout this 'intermittent' outage nonsense. I, along with many people I know have had ZERO service for over 12 hours! and your customers still have no idea what is going on! I've now lost a whole day's income as well! #Telus
