@RogersHelps Roger's offline stores are not able schedule the te h appointments for new device installation and are not even able to schedule appointment. The Roger's in square one mall said they cannot do any modifications for the home internet service.

@RogersHelps This is ridiculous. I just got through to a chat specialist, and they ended the chat immediately when I tried to report the fraud. It was 2.5 hours just to contact them and they immediately ended the chat. Absolutely rude.

@SteveD29 @RogersHelps Keep fighting. They tried charging me for a service I never received and I kept calling and refusing. Eventually they gave up.

Thinking about leaving that telecom monopoly player @RogersHelps for one of the smaller piggyback joints cause the whole experience is cooked. I'd rather buy my phone out than pay for the nonsensical plans. I've been a loyal customer 20+ years + a prev emp.

@RogersHelps customer service needs help! Sitting on hold 1 hour 20 min just to speak to someone. Problem isn’t fixed. Sending a tech, but you guys can’t accommodate work hours? Who works until 4 pm? You charge if tech comes early part of the window? CS hangs up on me.

Rogers is making me pay for. Service I haven’t had or used because they lifted the suspension on it. (I get that) but they can clearly see that I haven’t used their service for over a year and now they want to charge me 210 bucks for it @RogersHelps 1/2

@Darth_Pingu @Rogers I worked in call centres in Canada. Most of the clients were US businesses looking for Canadian customer service people because we were nicer, more patient than those in the US. I bet they still do that.
