Deborah Sanders (@SandersDebz) reportedWatching Global News tonight, I see that @Rogers is still allowing fraudsters to access customer accounts. In 2023, I called a supposed Rogers number and reached a fraudster who either worked for Rogers or had hacked their system. @Rogers didnβt care. Said it wasnβt fraud.

Miranda Loberto (@peaches71_00) reported@Rogers I waited two hours on hold for technical support only to be told by a recording that my call cannot be answered at this time and hung up. Beyond frustrated.
