@MacRedacted @RogersHelps They won’t care. They will just charge you a $5 late payment fee and then ruthlessly consider it overdue payment the next month and would harass you to pay until cancellation notices. You can’t fight a monopoly company that way. You just have to cancel / switch providers.

@905Habfan @Rogers @MManagerMike The worst thing about the Rogers outage is my cable only had a Degrassi Rerun, only one episode!, on every channel. I think I’m broken

@RogersHelps Flaw was caused by POOR testing. I have worked in IT for 35 years. Rogers probably applied a Microsoft "patch" which wasn't compatible with another vendor's software. Rogers is totally culpable, as it should have been tested first.

@vote4robgill @Rogers Last time it went down they did the same thing. Call and make a stink about it and they’ll credit $50 on your bill because that’s the max they’re aloud but won’t tell the public that.

@moingshaikh @RogersHelps Rogers may feel they have an option, they don't. It's purely how much they want to lose I'll call the Minister myself so they can keep apprised of how the complaint is handled. As the head office already knows from the past, they don't want to test me

@PaigeVBA @Rogers @RogersHelps Yes service is nowhere near back to normal. TV pauses every 2 seconds, internet strength not close to being fast enough to operate PlayStation or any type of streaming. Basically fixed to minimal levels at this point
