@RogersHelps It's been cutting in and out for the last few weeks, especially during the Blue Jays games, I've tried a variety of devices both wired and wireless. It's almost certainly on your end, since the recent "updates" the service became highly unreliable.

@Rogers up until now, I bragged about Rogers and the ability to watch tv anywhere, something IPTV cannot compete. And the service has been stellar. But taking this option away from me really doesn't leave me any value with tv service from you.

@RogersHelps Thanks! That's who I was on the phone with, before being transferred to Technical Support (cold transfer, happened very randomly) and then disconnected on another hold. Finally got through again, and my file is locked. Someone is looking into it though.

@Rogers AnyplaceTV allows me and all your digital subscribers to access their package on the go. Taking this away eliminate the value of being a customer. Trying to force is to switch over to igniteTV and pay more for it is wrong. Why are digital tv customers getting punished.
