@RogersHelps I’ll having issues. I received a text saying I’ve used 90% data, MyRogers says I have only used 60% and Rogers website is down so@I can’t add data?

@0hSheanBreeze @ChuttonTwitch @RogersHelps Whatever the reason for the extended outage, Rogers/Fido should compensate consumers with a significant Bill Credit as it has cost a lot of people money, being unable to use their cellphones for so long. If I don't see resonable credit on next bill, will change provider for sure.

@RogersHelps @ardito_david I don't think it's just some customers. It's country wide and a large percentage. My husband is in fort McMurray, I'm in Edmonton. Neither of us have any service. It isn't just Toronto!

We're struggling because of delivery, not procurement. But yes, if we had domestic production like the US it would be nice...

@Rogers I'm self employed & live and work through my phone. I had an important meeting today and due to this outage, I have been unable to communicate. I know that this won't impact me and the outcome because of the exposure through media but not everyone can say the same. #fail
