@RogersHelps I’ll having issues. I received a text saying I’ve used 90% data, MyRogers says I have only used 60% and Rogers website is down so@I can’t add data?

The folks @Rogers Comms seem to be taking the day off. Workers need a break, no doubt - so why doesn’t the Exec team / CEO get online (lol) and start providing some answers and estimates for restoration. We are on day 3 w/o the ‘most reliable’ service. #rogersoutage

I’ll tag @Rogers as @RogersHelps has not responded. 3 days and service still interrupted in many areas. Can’t imagine how long I would be on hold if I called. Would love to hear if anyone has tried and how long they were on hold.
