@RogersHelps You guys are so full of it. I've checked about six forums and across Ontario and parts of Canada do many cities still with no or intermittent service. Don't pat yourselves on the back just yet posting lies about a majority of people being restored. Oh and shove your auto reply.

@CheriDiNovo @Rogers Our mayor only wanted people to call 9-1-1 if it was an actual emergency the 9-1-1 line is not meant for people to complain about having no internet

  • Raps_fan84 Samuel Clemens (@Raps_fan84) reported

@Rogers how are you an hour late for a service call with a 3 hour window? #rogersoutage #rogers

@RogersHelps Hi fellow @Rogers customers: I reset my modem this morning (as I've done many times through this 💩 without success) and can now connect to wifi just this morning. Hopefully this helps for someone else. Just trying to help where Rogers isn't. 🙄

@DossierCom @Rogers After they had a “router upgrade” fail last year I believe, you’d think they would have learned their lesson about needing redundancy. Apparently not.
