    @RogersHelps Outage at 90 Waller St. in Whitby again where there are many vulnerable disabled people. Since 1:30 AM. Second time in a week. For what we pay for your service you need to do better Rogers. Last time it was out for over four hours and you offered us $2 credit!

    @RogersHelps It is a construction caused outage around 8 am. The call was placed by the paving company.

    @RogersHelps worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Kept me on hold for over two hours to just hang up on me and tell me your closed and to call again tomorrow? After over 10 years of loyal service this is ridiculous..

    Hey @RogersHelps I’ve had both games one and two of the #StanleyCup drop due to issues with the gateway device and can’t get it back in time to enjoy the game. Can I get a basic cable link up again or how about reimburse me for the issues #pissedoffhockeyfan

    @RogersHelps i never got the box nor would i even want one to begin with. The only thing i wanted was internet and the only thing i got was internet. Where did this magical box come from? i talked to your live support and they dont help. Now im on the phone waiting and its been 47 minutes.
