    @RogersHelps I’m still open to being a customer if something were to pop up. Sadly, the way I was treated also factors into my decision. I want something around the 70-80 dollar range.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers I have rogers home internet and also mobile plan however after current situation of rogers pathetic customer service, I have made a decision of deactivating both and requesting everyone in my community to do so. Because a company which doesn't care about

    @RogersHelps @jitenderk304 I’m having the same issue. I figured maybe I’ll try guest login on the app. It sends me a confirmation code. I put it in right away, but it’s already expired somehow. My username and email is unrecognized for the regular login. I just used it last month. Your system is broken!

    @RogersHelps Yes and also tried Live Chat several times. Always number 100 in wait time queue. Tech support can’t assist.

    @MattCundill @Rogers I switched majority of my lines to @telus because of this and I’m a lot happier with their customer service. Sadly my business lines are still with Roger’s currently but I totally agree with you

    122 minutes on the phone waiting for @Rogers technical service and the call on their end disconnects. Wait another 1 hour on the line call disconnects a second time on their end. Now currently at 37 minutes.. worst customer service in the industry hands down
