    @RogersHelps So please. Any idea as to what the problem is? And when it might be fixed. This was posted 9 hours ago. Still no service. Our power was only out for seconds but still not able to access cable or internet. Now into Day 2.😣

    @Rogers Well, out of the 3 canned responses you've sent everyone in ontario, you've certainly sent me one of them. Had to go to a neighbor to connect to their wifi to send this. Bell has decent speeds, and didn't completely collapse service after an slightly intense 5 minute storm. Hmmm.

    Haven't had any service with @Rogers since the storm. Try calling @RogersHelps and the wait is greater than 3 hours. It should not take this long to fix an issue, never mind I still am having issues from 4 months ago and STILL have an open ticket for this to get fixed. Just nuts.

    @RogersHelps Our Ignite internet/TV are out but when I check our network status online, it says no issues in our area. I believe we’re out due to the storm and was wondering about an ETA for service restoration. Thanks!

    I'm not sure what's going on in L4H area since yesterday's #ONStorm no power over 18hrs @alectranews & @RogersHelps cell outage. No real updates from both companies. They simply don't have a backup plan!
