@RogersHelps myself and other ppl in my building are facing a weird internet issue were most internet access works fine but a few fail to load in the last day or 2. Using the 4G everything works fine. My upload speeds are pretty slow as well.

@RogersHelps Hey, not sure what I can do about this. A line attached to my Rogers box has come detached from my home and is sprawled across my yard. I am not a current Rogers customer, so I can't get through the tech support line as I have no account number.

@RogersHelps In being advised that I was paying for the same service twice, I was told the best Rogers could do was provide a 2 month credit. I hope you do a better job of valuing your other long term customers. #customerexperience
