@RogersHelps It was supposed to be but it snowed so they didn’t now I have to wait a week. Plus I was on the chat for over an hour and a half just to re book it. Terrible customer service

(2/2) Gramps' friend is an electrician. He agrees. The technician starts cursing at them and gets in his little van and calls them idiots. Didn't realize this is what constitutes as wealthy customer service nowadays. @Rogers
