    @RogersHelps The TV issues of freezing are across the board. 4 day credit is NOT ENOUGH!!!!

    @markblevis @RogersHelps Couple of things to be aware of. Wifi is shared among all your devices including things like Ecobee thermostats, Ring doorbells, chromecast, smart TVs & smart light bulbs. Wifi will slow down to slowest device on your network which may at anytime to do a software update.

    @RogersHelps Still having issues with my ignite tv . One month on you guys . It's issues after issues all we get is yall working on it . Nope do better

    @RogersHelps It is day 6 and here in midtown Toronto I still don't have ignite TV working reliably - the screen continues to go black repeatedly. Or it freezes. Your five day credit is woefully inadequate. When will full service be restored? Or should we just move on now to Bell?

    @RogersHelps Throwing peanuts? @Rogers should have credited a years worth of service for the trauma we have been through die to sheer incompetence.

    I guess @Rogers figured that firing @BlueJays manager Charlie Montoyo would fix their network issues. I think trying a different outlet or breaker should have been tried first.
