On day three of the internet going down every few minutes with zero explanation from their customer service people. This is unacceptable especially when two of my household work from home and require internet access. Horrible.

Patrick Joseph (@KPJo) reported@RogersHelps I tried to use App on my ipad and, it asked for Apple credentials which enabled it to load But, when I start it up It requires me to log in to my Sportsnet Now account. The only “login credentials “ I have are the Apple one and, it won’t accept that.
