    @RogersHelps Support agent tells me I can go into store if they have iPhone 13 in stock, and they’ll cancel my online order (before it ships). Go into store and all the phone agents are telling each other complete different things. Spent 1h30mins in store for absolutely nothing.

    @rogers calling in and advised wait is between 1 hour 35 minutes and 2 hrs! Really?!! This market forces the customer to play the ‘look for a deal’ game between the major players and you appear to intentionally make the game harder. What happened to the call back option?

    Pretty standard behaviour from @Rogers but I'm not surprised. Get forced over to #ignite due to a move, and so far we've had our service cut out over 120 times through a hub swap, a 5-day monitor (that wasn't started) AND multiple tech support calls. It's been 2 weeks.
