@Rogers @BindyaJilka That’s ok... when your tech arrives he can just pick up the crappy ignite setup. We’re through with this constant interruption of service and the lack of will to back it up. I hope to God any emergency services don’t use your stuff. People would literally die waiting for a repair

I asked her what part of "I won't pay" doesn't she get? I was put on hold for 2 hours when someone finally got to me and said bc I'm a "great customer"...

I still remember when @Rogers charged me $250 for "roaming" in 2011 when I turned on my phone as I landed at Heathrow. I quickly tuned off the data. They said too bad, my phone auto-downloaded 7KB of data...

@RogersHelps I got your Ignite and pay a lot but it is rubbish as it freezes for 5 seconds and changing stations is slower - I was sold that WiFi was better than Cable. I have done everything on the App, called / live chat Can you help? as I am fed up
