@Rogers I just wanted to say that I personally didn't care about the outage, I didn't even notice it because I'm not glued to my phone like a zombie.

@Rogers is pathetic. I cancelled my cable/internet for June 22. They “accidentally” cancelled it last night and refuse to turn it back on. Glad I cancelled. Ignite sucks anyway.

@Rogers In order to re-gain public trust with Rogers (there is none now), they need to re-name and re-brand their image. I will never even consider Rogers with their history of poor customer service, poor networks, and high prices.

@Rogers Going back to Bell on Monday. Seven months of slow internet, frequent intermittent outages and lousy Rogers customer service was all that I could stand.

@rogers does'nt address customer problems. We've had cable across our front lawn, draped around trees & across our neighbour's driveway, then draped around their tree. Rogers told us it would be solved by end of May...then mid-June. Now end of June. Our neighbours hate us.

@Rogers I just got of the phone with management support (IT). They had nothing to offer. They didn't care that Rogers has ruined our relationship with our neighbours. Told us no one should have said we'd have it fixed by mid-June (but Rogers told us end of May; then mid-June). Blamed us.

@matt0126matt @RogersHelps Assisting in espionage and enabling other criminal elements access to my network of devices because of your softwares leak points exploited. Zero concern for my and my daughter of 12 years old safety with cooperation of other communication companies and federal agencies is crime.
