@Rogers That's to late @Rogers , you've been making too many mistakes on my account and bills. That's why I will never go back to you. Furthermore, this add is shady af. It really sounds like unlimited data. Borderline false advertising.

@RogersHelps I have been trying for 3 days to reach customer support. The recording on every occasion indicated that Rogers is very busy and to try calling back again. This is not customer supports. It is impossible to speak to a live agent. Please help!!

@Rogers you have horrible customer service: 1. Your AI is utterly useless. 2. I call in and have to go through your AI and other prompts only to be told that you cannot handle the call at this time due to high call volume. BS. You don't make people do all that only to tell them that you can't do your jobs. 3. I receive a discount through your Rogers Preferred Program as I'm a veteran. It's through the CF One program. I received not one, but four emails recently to confirm that I am still eligible for the program. Well duh, I'll always be a veteran! 4. I've been trying for over a year to change my address with your various systems, yet you still have my old address. 5. I went into one of your physical stores to try to resolve all of these issues and was told that there was nothing that they could do for me. The gentleman wanted to help, but he showed me where he was restricted by your own systems to fix the problems. 6. This is all on top of your complete and utter failure to safeguard my phone number from being stolen in May 2025 at one of Chatr Mobile kiosks in the St. Laurent Shopping Centre in Ottawa. The thief then went into multiple bank locations and stole $75,000 from me. Police were contacted and have an arrest warrant out for the thief. Get better customer service and protect our privacy.

@cbcmarketplace @RogersHelps now being told it is 24 hours. Agent will not send me through the supervisors because there are “too many customers”. Sign of the times for Rogers Customer satisfaction?

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers A terrible experience every time. You're right. Why doesn't Rogers stay in Canada and use Canadian labour? Because they are greedy and not loyal to their customers. Their loyalty is to the dollar, money is everything.
