@Rogers That's to late @Rogers , you've been making too many mistakes on my account and bills. That's why I will never go back to you. Furthermore, this add is shady af. It really sounds like unlimited data. Borderline false advertising.

Dear @Rogers, Took an hour and forty minutes to finally speak with a customer representative and, in the end, there was nothing she could do. Apparently, there’s no customer loyalty for loyal customers. Guess I’ll start looking elsewhere.

The best feature of calling @rogershelps to change my account is how instead of waiting on hold they take your number, call you back later, and then completely hang up on you.
