    @RogersHelps I have a service install scheduled for September 14th. The landlord has given me the go ahead. Does the landlord need to sign a form beforehand? Or is contact information (phone number) sufficient.

    @Ansovald @Rogers Is $50 really gonna change any of those things, relying on tech that fails sometimes is our own fault. My bank card wouldn’t work, should I blame Rogers because interact using one ISP? **** happens unfortunately and $50 won’t fix it or a month of service free.

    @Rogers gotta love how rogers does customer service you call up answered in about 2 minutes and when you say ur calling to cancel something they don't listen just put you in a holding queue for it's been hour and 20 minutes SO FAR but if I want to sign up bam they are right there

    @Rogers what’s going on with the internet constantly going in and out? I’ve been with rogers since May and have never had so many issues with an internet company in my life. I’m in Ottawa and I pay for the best internet package you have and need it for my job. Wtf is going on
