@Shawhelp in #yql and out Shaw box just went down. Now we have military time displayed on the front and no guide. Also box is completely unresponsive.

@Shawhelp, the signal for most channels in North Vancouver is pretty bad. Some satelitte channels (eg CNN, Knowledge) ok but locals & Seattle unwatchable. Picture & sound breaking up. Happens periodically but worse today. Shaw used to be rock solid. What's up?
