@ShawInfo I have no idea how you stay in business! I’ve been on hold now for over 30 minutes waiting for an agent to upgrade my internet and nobody is answering the “live chat”. Tough to stay loyal when your coverage AND service both suck!

I haaate ShawOpen wifi networks. I’m not a #Shaw customer but my phone always finds the networks in public places & obviously can’t connect.. so then websites etc won’t load & I have to turn wifi off & then forget & then use all my data. Gah. @ShawInfo you’re driving me crazy.

@Shawhelp @ShawInfo 's chat support on the website has to be the worst think I've ever experienced. Requested to restart modem, asked if it'll auto reconnect to us, they reply yes. Come back and agent closed conversation. Open with new agent, ask if he can read the previous convo
