    @Shawhelp wasn’t much. My contract with shaw expires Oct10/2020. apparently in shaw world I live 2 months in the future so my contract actually expired September 10, and my new bill (oct-nov) is without a contract and twice as much! Wtf?

    @ShawInfo You lot are taking the mick.The service you've given us for 3 years is abominable. First you tell me on Friday that I'll get a new modem on Saturday. Then i call on Monday to say I still haven't got it. Then you tell me to call @PurolatorInc or speak to @PurolatorHelp.

    FINALLY HAVE INTERNET. Shoutout to the @ShawInfo technician who stayed longer than he had to to help us get the house's wiring worked out to get internet in the basement suite. Man had 2 extra appointments crammed on him and was working like 8 hours with no break.

    @ShawInfo I just experienced to worse possible customer service. A long time customer. Always an advocate for Shaw support. After 2 hours on chat, 5 agents, no continuity, not only is my problem unresolved, it’s worse then when I reached out.
