@Shawhelp I was told this was a known issue. Please let me know when this known issue will be fixed.
But tech support insisted that was the case and I’d be able to login again later that afternoon. Went to login just now and surprise surprise, still not fixed. When will this ACTUALLY be fixed @Shawhelp ?

@Shawhelp Update they responded. After 25 minutes the person didn't even understand the issue and repeated the same FAQ answer back to me. For $200 a month maybe it's time for me to look elsewhere
@ShawInfo Now requires an app to do port forwarding instead of allowing on a browser. Actually ******* horrible.
I DM'd the misnamed @Shawhelp who sent me to their online chat which is a bot that spits out garbage information that is entirely not relevant to this situation.
