    @Shawhelp your website only shows outage in Burnaby but there's no internet in Aldergrove (Langley) either since at least 8:30am this morning. Please fix, I don't see a way to report it on your website.

    @Shawhelp It picked up after a while. But I have to say, I've never, ever, gotten anywhere close to 1.5Gbps. Pretty shady advertising guys.

    What is the point of maintaining a status and outages page if it's not updated in a timely manner @shawhelp? Obviously a massive outage in Saskatoon from tweets, discord, and wait times for chat and nothing at all on the status page over 50 minutes in to it.

    @Shawhelp why is getting follow up on a ticket where you are “fixing” your own equipment so hard? SE YYC random drops and no follow up when your techs have “fixed things”. Over this endless cycle of garbage. And why don’t you have techs that do business calls after hours?

    Hey @TELUS - your Customer Service is atrocious. Been trying to move our service to our new house and have been on hold for over FOUR HOURS. Any chance of retaining us as a customer is completely gone. #SwitchingToShaw (@shawinfo got us all hooked up during the 4hr wait with you)
