    @M_S_Fricker @ShawInfo @RogersHelps The average time I've been on hold for tech support is 45 min+. Rogers doesn't want you to get any help from a human being - they want you to do everything online yourself despite the fact most tech problems can't be helped online. And the music sucks!

    @Shawhelp Like, I really had no reason to upgrade from 1 gigabit to 2 and this “delivery experience” and the subsequent support “experience” has me kind of convinced to just keep what I had and unwind the upgrade.

    @Shawhelp Well I guess your app guys heard everybody yelling at them. They just released another update - and this one works. But #getitrightthe1sttime and save yourself trouble.

    PSA: Filed a CCTS complaint against @Rogers & Shaw (@ShawInfo) today. Shaw/Rogers has stated that their internet infrastructure in my community is unable to provide the 2Gbps download speeds during peak times. 50% to 70% bandwidth loss in peak times. But charging people for it.

    @Shawhelp is there an outage in Strathmore, AB for Rogers / Shaw internet service? What is the estimated time for a fix? Your outage map says no problems.

    @Shawhelp my packet loss is 50% 7.8Mbps down! Screaming fast. Chat said it's too busy to help me... literally. Standard every 6 ish month problem

    @Shawhelp We did it all. It turned out Shaw hadn't properly registered the devices. 2 hours spent on the 'easy swap out' new modem (1 hr w tech support). Worse problems with the TV swapout, still unresolved. 1 hr trying everything, 1 hr waiting for tech support, 1 hour w it. New box needed
