Hey @ShawInfo - how about hiring more service folks for the evening shift? It’s taken more than an hour to try fix our issue via ‘message us’ bcs our tech keeps vanishing, and now they’ve remotely disconnected our WiFi on top of everything else. 🤬

@Shawhelp okay so normally your wifi is fine but day is annoying me, I usually can play League of Legends with no issue but today for some reason your wifi here in South Edmonton has been super slow today. My ping as been in the 1700ms range at times.

5 repair guys, 2 months and still having serious issues with shaw internet and tv. why pay when we are supposed to be getting 600mbps down and we consistently get 15… @ShawInfo @Shawhelp

@Shawhelp I’ve been down that road many times and recently too. So far it’s that waiting game. Still being asked to upgrade my system, but always more cost.
