@Shawhelp We cannot have the modem fail during work. I cannot be waiting 30 mins on hold for support then unplugging and plugging in modems. I need an it internet connection at ALL times.

@Shawhelp I can’t access my TV guide on my gateway portal, and I can’t record any TV programs because of it. Please advise as to when this problem will be resolved as it is very inconvenient

@TELUS I’ve had the worst customer service from your company in the last 8 weeks trying to set up my home internet and I’m not alone. 6 failed installation appointments and 4 hours on the phone, mostly on hold. I’m now sticking with @ShawInfo

So frustrated with @Shawhelp today. Cable and Internet both went down for over an hour. Internet back at 50% speed and cable is still out. Earliest appointment for a tech to check it out is January 16th(!!). Service outages apparently get slotted into “standard” service calls 👎🏻
