@The_Mrs_Ward @Rogers @ShawInfo When I spoke to Shaw Customer service I was told it was a Disney issue & Disney was investigating/fixing. However he didn’t seem to comprehend that my Disney was working just fine on my iPhone app. So if it’s a Disney issue then both wouldn’t be working. Poor customer service.

@Shawhelp YOU guys have been great, I have done everything that I can at this point. Even going so far as completely wiping and reinstalling my own computer after line tech came and ran a new line from box to my modem. It's either throttling, or an infrastructure problem at this point…
