Getting @Shawhelp mobile was the worst decision I ever made. Useless coverage if you want anything even remotely fast for data. Really? 3G at YYZ? Dropped calls all over Barrie area. Great if you never leave the Calgary. Son “ran out” of Data in Vernon after 2 of 25Gb.

@Shawhelp I even offered to drive to Shaw and do the exchange to avoid postage... The rep just kept repeating that same thing even when I asked for a supervisor. I screenshot the whole discussion. Learned from my last bad experience.

Hey @Shawhelp is this intermittent service here in Coquitlam because of the heat, the fires, or just a fun new feature? Asking for my kids who are trying to do online exams which require the internet access to be consistent.

So I'm a little behind on my @ShawInfo bill, but at the same time, numbers do not equal. I just found out they have been overcharging me, and now I am mad because it is 50 more than agreed and quite frankly, the service is barely worth our original terms! They want $150 extra!

Bill, the Shaw Tech Guy, is patient, competent and deserves a raise. There's a chance we'll have all this fixed, and a Service Guy is coming out to check the modem. Phew! Thanks @Shawhelp
