Switched to Telus which was a great choice. We sent equipment back it had wrong address we notified Shaw of this and they said they would call us back in 48hrs to help. Instead sent to collections with no phone call. Manager said too bad. Leon #WZR9. @TELUS @ShawInfo @Shawhelp

.@Shawhelp I'm on to you. You give me a 10-day trial to renew my services at a higher speed after I complained about my horrible wifi, but during the trial you really jack up the speeds only to reduce them after the 10 days are up. I did speed tests. Now I'm locked in for 2 yrs
