    The Shaw Tech appointment was missed (no show) and now have rescheduled for Wednesday. Come on Shaw this is really💩 customer service. Shaw has lots of techs and would it have been a big deal to get another one to come by and check our line. I highly doubt it. @Shawhelp

    @Shawhelp why is it when I call in and request a call back rather than wait on hold then I get an auto call back, told I'm number one in the queue and am still waiting on hold over 40 minutes? This is awful service. A call back should be a real person.
