Didn’t think it was possible, but I’m pretty sure I hate @TELUSsupport even more than I hated @Shawhelp. Apparently, my expectation of both consistently fast internet speeds & good customer service is completely unrealistic. I mistakenly thought that’s what I was paying for.

@PaulEAndrews @TELUSsupport @Shawhelp I hate them both. Shaw customer service sucks… but at least their equipment works consistently. Telus equipment has been garbage so far.
