Shaw Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • JPMainville1 JP Mainville (@JPMainville1) reported

@Shawhelp how do we get compensation for today's loss of service? We were without TV, internet and phone. Our security system is also dependent on the phone and was not functional as a result of the outage.

  • Badgyalbabya Angel (@Badgyalbabya) reported

@ShawInfo this is outrageous wifi been down for hours I hope you guys will make up for the lost time #shawdown

  • JigReeper Code Red 🇨🇦 (@JigReeper) reported

Hey @ShawInfo My internet has not yet been restored, despite the tech website saying the widespread outage has been fixed

  • WhoseBacon WhoseBacon (@WhoseBacon) reported

@Shawhelp Is the Edmonton area outage fixed now? My Internet seems to be back; but I don’t want to schedule meetings if it’s still having issues

  • jamesheuman james heuman (@jamesheuman) reported

@Shawhelp this length of outage is unacceptable. Better be a bill credit for this

  • bradhussey Brad Hussey (@bradhussey) reported

@Shawhelp also, there are no other providers in my area other than subpar satellite solutions. You guys sold me 1Gbps down in your contract. I’m paying for that service, you won’t let me cancel unless I buy out my contract (that I JUST resigned for 2 yrs). See what’s wrong here?

  • inFokusDesign Shane Kuhn (@inFokusDesign) reported

How long does an outage have to last qualify for a rebate?🤷 #nointernet #nocable @Shawhelp

  • GBHthree GBH III (@GBHthree) reported

@Aerohip @Shawhelp You (and I) should be expecting more than being reimbursed for the day. It should without question, at minimum be a months bill compensation. This is beyond garbage.

  • thefons1982 Fonzie (@thefons1982) reported

@Shawhelp any updates? If it’s not working by tomorrow I need to start looking at alternate plans (aircard etc). Thank you

  • stickle_geoff Geoff Stickle (@stickle_geoff) reported
