It shows my account number but all other info brings up errors saying it can’t be retrieved with a retry option that doesn’t do anything. Not sure if there’s work being done on the backend or a server issue but it’s making it impossible to pay online.

Dani 🇨🇦 🕊️📿🇻🇦 (@Dani_NFLfan) reported@Shawhelp every week for like the last year since switching to Rogers, our tv cuts out lforcing us to plug and unplug the little black box & plug it in. It doesn’t happen with our downstairs tv. We also lose the sound and the way to fix it is to rewind and then ff.

Lindsay I.R Wiebe (@LindsayWiebeRD) reported@Shawhelp - I pay internet just to have it cut out for close to an hour every day when I come home from work. If this continues, I’m going to ask for a discounted rate, or change providers to either @Bell or @TELUS. $110 dollars for this kind of service is uncalled for.
