    @Shawhelp @Harleydadd There are literally DOZENS of us with the same issue. It is not very likely it is a separate issue with each of them.

    @Shawhelp Any outages affecting St. Albert right now? Shaw TV boxes are stuttering, freezing, losing audio sometimes. Happening across 3 Shaw wireless TV boxes. Rebooted all boxes, rebooted modem repeatedly, reset settings across the board... problem continues.

    @Shawhelp can’t wait to take 20 years of my business to @TELUS and maybe be treated with respect. I tried to stay with a BC Company, but your lack of caring about your customers shows how terrible of a company you are. Shame on you.
