    @megstoll @Shawhelp @TELUS I still have PTSD from dealing with Shaw. It was just awful. When they finally laid the fibre optic lines I couldn't have been happier to go to Telus. Yes, they've overly expensive, but they always deliver what they advertise. Which is a lot more than I could say for Shaw

    @Shawhelp Ok shaw.. really what is going on in thompson with the internet??? 3 days same **** in an out all day then fine don't say you don't know it is obvious you have a hand in it

    @megstoll @Shawhelp @TELUS I had 4 years of paying for their internet 75... on a good day, you might get 5-10... about half the time it was practically dial up. They didn't do a damn thing until Telus upgraded and ate their lunch, then seem mystified why so many people dumped them

    @Shawhelp tv down, 6:45pm. Same thing happened last night. Not exactly a trend, but not necessarily a coincidence.

    @Shawhelp I won't be increasing my package under any circumstances. If you can't pull things together I will be leaving for another company. I have been a long time customer of shaw and I'm no longer willing to put up with the bs.

    @Shawhelp our internet has been cutting out constantly yesterday and today seemingly for no reason. It has never done this before. Can’t help but wonder if it’s being throttled to try and push us to upgrade? Can’t imagine why else this is happening now
