Shaw outright lied when I was speaking with them. These 3rd world telemarketers need to be held accountable for there actions. But is Telus any better ?

Mark Sweeney (@MarkSweeney) reported@Shawhelp Unfortunately, this is not a troubleshooting problem, this is a Shaw Cable problem. Closes captions are always on the left side of the screen, even after resetting the closed captions to default settings. Troubleshooting will not fix bad UI where closed captions cover menus.
