@Shawhelp modem just went down. Living downtown Calgary on 17th Ave SW. Any idea what’s up?

  • TheDaveCA The Dave! 🌈 (@TheDaveCA) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@Shawhelp There isn’t really anything DM will help with, this isn’t my account, just trying to come up with the right advice for him when I deliver his phone.

  • Bitgasmm AK (@Bitgasmm) reported

@ShawInfo @Shawhelp are scammers. They aren’t refunding a deposit for opening a line with the 3 months after 3 on time auto deposit payments were made. I’ve been chatting with “support” for over 30 minutes

  • tyscona Tyson Turner (@tyscona) reported

@lilboops1971 @Shawhelp Thanks Carlene, unfortunately this mimics exactly what I was told when I chatted in with them, that all they can do is transfer to my current address. Or pay a 3 month early cancel fee of $285. Since we don’t know if we will be back in under 3 months, not a viable option.

@Shawhelp I signed up for two more years, shaw shipped a new device.Everything on the old device worked perfectly but I'm having trouble with the new one.Chatted to tech support and was told sucks to be you, nothing I or anyone else at Shaw can do to help, figure it out yourself.

  • breesorley bree sorley (@breesorley) reported

@Shawhelp There's always troubles with your services. Got new boxes, they all do it..... We pay too much for so many issues. My mom's is the exact same. Get tired of calling,messaging.....nothing ever gets resolved.

  • tyscona Tyson Turner (@tyscona) reported

Hey @Shawhelp pretty disappointed that after being a customer for years and having a house fire that your company will do zero to help me out. All I wanted was to press pause on my current value plan while I am forced to live somewhere for 2-6 months but was essentially told

  • tyscona Tyson Turner (@tyscona) reported

@Shawhelp too bad so sad. Is that seriously how you treat customers loyal customers who’ve been through fires? If so, consider me no longer a customer once this ordeal is over.
