Dear @ShawInfo: I just spent 5 minutes on your website trying to find upload speeds for your plans. I can't find any. URL, please. Or is your Internet so bad you've stopped even giving "up to X speed on uploads" false promises and it's now "you get what you get?"

@TransLinkNews @ShawInfo @FreedomMobile This is great. But what about that non-underground dead zone between Joyce and Commercial-Broadway? Especially bad at 29th Ave station. Very unsafe for us Freedom users.

Interim Executive Directoring at Seniors First BC. Loving it! Helping them get out from under COVID including tracking down absentee service providers like @Spincaster and @shawinfo Guess there just isn’t money in helping small nonprofits…

@Shawhelp @Melkorka12 @Melkorka12 I've never used Shaw, I was told one is as bad as the other. It's time they have some real competition...

  • Melkorka12 ∞🌺 Métis Mel 🌺∞ (@Melkorka12) reported

@LandryLes @Shawhelp I had a terrible experience. I called several times to renegotiate when I was a struggling single mom & was treated like crap. I had to take the equipment back & stand in line for 3/4 hour w/ kids only to be asked why I didn't call & renegotiate. If the kids weren't there... 🤯🤬

@Shawhelp Check your dm inbox, I have sent you multiple with no help over past few years. Looks like next course of action is to get news organizations involved because maybe then you will take this seriously

For the record: - @CityofVancouver says it's a private property tree and they won't touch it - @bchydro says it's not on their line so not their problem - @Shawhelp noted the tree is on the line, but it's not actually touching. Not their problem
