    @Shawhelp okay, so I've been having internet connectivity issues in Beaumont. On two separate times I was told it was either my router or wifi interference. Just found out all my neighbors had this issue. It's happening at peak times during a heatwave. Is that a coincidence?

    @Shawhelp internet outage in Victoria. The phone service says it's a known service interruption but no updates on the website. Any info? Not great for WFH.

    @ShawInfo I am very disappointed with Shaw's customer service. I had good service on my initial call. Now, more than half an hour into a call with one of your service reps, I have asked multiple times for the matter at hand to be escalated so I can speak with a supervisor,.

    @Shawhelp yea, I have a question, why the hell doesn't your service dept answer their damn phones (over 25 minutes on hold!!) or the email's submitted in via the website? NOT even a call back feature? Come On!

    @VincentRule @DebRule65 @Shawhelp I had their older system before blue curve. I had to unhook both boxes...the plug the main one back in and let it reset fully. Then plug in the other box. Only solution I found to their crap system.

    @Shawhelp how about an option to shut your damn voice assistant off. Bad enough that you have to wait forever for some help. I don’t need to be reminded by how annoying your customer service is please and thank you

    @Shawhelp Thanks for responding. It must have been an issue with my PVR. I rebooted and everything is working now. So strange....
