@nataliejolyT8N @Shawhelp @TELUSsupport I am rural, and frequently am on Zoom meetings. I have over the air internet, maxing out at 10 Mbps. Not sure how what you have could be too slow, as I've never had a problem with mine. You may want to check your computer for an issue, or too many users at one time???

@Shawhelp 2/ Its like my modum gives me the blue channel numbers but not the signal & its still uses the factory EST time when I'm on MST time for Calgary. I can't seem to get my Calgary feed since it disconnected several hours ago! Phone me at 4034024566 please & coach me thru?

@Shawhelp Would be a good morning if service worked in south Surrey / white rock - down for 17 hours...told last night a crew on site and should be fixed quickly and this morning told no eta and no other info???
