Mandi (@justthemandi03) reported@Shawhelp Except I never heard this. It was a recording played to me. Sounds fishy that I’m expected to hold up my end of a service agreement but you can have a clause to not hold up yours. It’s fine. @TELUS is giving me a $200 bill credit to compensate.

Sam Nimchonok (@Nimhon) reported@Shawhelp Of course it’s wifi. It should be higher. I’m not expecting 900 for numbers, but my iPhone and Mac systems support up through wifi6. Expectations are when you upgrade your TV and Internet, you should feel that difference.
