Issue is the same on my laptop as well. Even went to my sister’s and tried her wifi (also Shaw) and it didn’t work there either.

I then spent 40 mins talking to an agent who, in the end, couldn’t help me. I am moving I wanted to close my services @ my current address and start new services @ my new address. My problem was the lady on support said nothing about bew hardware or when it might come, just the email with the QR Fed Ex label
