Amazing game. Regrettably due to a horrible @ShawInfo feed, we missed much of the #WeTheNorth frenzy as we had to watch an American channel. But wow @Raptors WELL DONE! #RaptorsIn6

I seriously recommend that people NOT get services with @Shawhelp. They don't keep their word and customer service is atrocious. Telus is your better option.

@ShawInfo There's a reason behind the generic design of a thin rectangle in electronics. It's to allow the heat to spread and disappait. This unit is not designed as such so no wonder it sucks at regulating it's internal temperature.

Word to the wise- don’t use @ShawInfo - they added charges to my bill and I’ve been bounced from messenger, phone and now “email” customer service reps each time I’m told “sorry I’m not able to help me”. Careful - don’t sign a contract. #shady

@GraemeFreeman @ShawInfo You would not trust an ISP with your home network so it's not like that's too much of a concern. I cannot imagine ever operating my home network via an ISP's Modem's router features.

@Brian_Bancroft @ShawInfo Shaw is pretty solid on customer service. We’re pretty spoiled out here on the west coast.

I have spent 45 mins waiting for @ShawInfo to call me back. I then spent 40 mins talking to an agent who, in the end, couldn’t help me. I am moving I wanted to close my services @ my current address and start new services @ my new address. It was a painful experience.

@Shawhelp Do you have a direct number for your Customer Retention dept? Also, if I don't get what I am paying for, can I cancel the contract you locked me into? And, did you use the pandemic to lay off good staff? Why no overnight tech help while you advertise that you have it?
