    Shoutout to our @Shawhelp's service tech. Arrived a few minutes after the start of our window, was wearing a mask as asked and fixed the signal issue.

    @ShawInfo You need to add a zoom option for Troubleshooting. This would make it much easier to help people and break the language barrier.....or accent barrier!!!

    @Shawhelp why does your internet service suck so bad in Sherwood Park? Constant packet loss at home, constant packet loss at work. Good god, Telus Fibre can't come here fast enough.

    @Shawhelp hey the shaw app is very bad. Someone from backend developer needs to fix it. The loading time takes too long. It should be an easy fix.
