    @Shawhelp your techs are just awful. Just hook a modem up and leave while insulting my parents. Sounds like you guys hire the best and brightest. Over the last 5 years, Shaw customer support has taken a giant leap forward into a giant pile of manure. Do better.

    @Shawhelp hi shaw! This is a mobile issue. Is this the right place? If not, I apologize. I’m an ex-shaw employee on Shaw Mobile. My roommate is also an ex-shaw employee on Freedom. We are having major issues with SMS. We both have wifi calling on. We both did a network reset.

    Ahh good ol @Shawhelp nice guy on the phone let me know the earliest they can send a tech out to look at the problem with the drop box is maybe Sunday evening. I know it’s not out. Bit spotty service makes it hard to work or stream when it goes out randomly

    @Shawhelp @Shawhelp Hello! Yes I tried reaching out and got connected with the Shaw technician employee ‘Ben.D’ from my area who was extremely helpful. However he said he didn’t want to go to saw con in order to fix the issue…?
