    The @Shawhelp support and chat in the shaw website legit feels absolutely like your being scammed. The unbelievable incompetence of the agents just adds to that. This is why I stick to month to month contracts. Sure I could have saved money, but I love the ability to LEAVE

    Umm @shawhelp, your releasing of the US channel after the football game not only caused my TV box to lose that signal but _EVERY OTHER CHANNEL AS WELL_. Does Shaw even know how to TV?
