@Shawhelp why does your rewind functionality fail all the damn time? I'll rewind 2 or 3 minutes, and it just goes back to live instead of playing from where I rewound to. This happens way too often. No, my HD is not full.

Thanks @Shawhelp for all the help today. 22 years with @telus and @TELUSsupport literally told me how to switch providers without even asking why. Now THATS how you retain customers. Will switch my wife’s plan from Telus too.

Hey @Shawhelp tried phoning the number on my business account invoice, which is the same as the website and it's going to some poor guy in Houston. He says his cell is getting over 100 calls a day. What's the right #? How can we help him stop getting your calls?
