    Shocked @ShawInfo. Do not use them! service is always dropping. I’ve dealt with #techsupport 5x #CustomerService 10+x, new router and all. Can’t even have a meeting w/ out serv drop. They want me to pay them to cancel serv I dont get. @cbcgopublic

    @Shawhelp how come your chat agents suddenly disappear and then no response. Are you phone wIt time is 3 hours? Shaw has no customer service at all it seems?!
