Sad that I have already wasted 5 hours on hold between the last 2 days. Quite disappointed as a loyal customer.

Absolutely the worst internet service ever, the customer service team are very impatient, and the prices are terrible. I am a Rogers user and do not recommend anyone to use @Rogers

b ☾ (@brandobrennan) reported@Shawhelp No, the live chat people sent me to the phone number. I am trying to cancel my service as I have MOVED and no longer need my own internet. I don’t know if one single person is working the line, but this is ridiculous. Even in-store wouldn’t help me.

They are optimizing cost over service. What is the maximum tolerance for a customer, etc. it’s obviously worse for oligopoly
