    **** Telus money grubbing ********!!!!

  • SamGorC SGC Dream a little. Dream a lot. (@SamGorC) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

I swear, putting me on hold for so long when I phone you to cancel my internet service just reinforces the fact that I want to leave. Like do they think it's a tactic so people get impatient and hang up? Really Telus?

  • FriesenPatty Patty Friesen (@FriesenPatty) reported from Richmond, British Columbia

@RogersHelps Please piggyback your service to Bell or Telus STAT!

  • dave_pasin Dave Pasin (@dave_pasin) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@entwistled is CEO of @telus perhaps worst company in Canada. More interested in PR & virtue signalling than actually serving customers. Inept, bureaucratic, misleading, hopelessly horrid customer service & actually bankrupt of purpose & direction. Avoid this clown show of a co!

  • dave_pasin Dave Pasin (@dave_pasin) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@kboyd05 Good luck. Took 1.5 hrs to deal with @TELUS yesterday to deal with an over billing issue. On any given day, Telus is possibly the worst company in Canada to deal with. Bureaucratic, unresponsive, inept, and that’s just the start.

  • sapessi Stefano Buliani (@sapessi) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

I get that there's a new version of the Pik TV app for Android and you are excited for the to update, @TELUS. But unless it's absolutely necessary, forcing me to upgrade or quit when I launch the app is the worst experience!

  • StrategicThghts David Schreck (@StrategicThghts) reported from North Vancouver, British Columbia

@marchaslam1 @TELUS Not sure fault lies with the install tech. He did a great job, everything worked but it took time before voicemail disappeared. Two years ago I had similar problem. Was told I’d have to switch to fibre to fix voicemail, I said I’d go to Shaw, then they miraculously fixed it.

  • CiaraHempseed Ciara Hempseed (@CiaraHempseed) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

I’m just far too exhausted. I’ve exhausted every option other than going to Er st Paul’s And it’s just blah The doctor on Telus health app felt all bad last night

  • dave_pasin Dave Pasin (@dave_pasin) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@PaulDoroshenko Except @Telus is far from an expert at much of anything. Their reputation is horrid at most everything. Even their own employees acknowledge how bad they are.

  • MsYouDoYou BdblE (@MsYouDoYou) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

@hurrrdurrr @juliekrobe I mean, Copeman still exists, though owned by Telus now so not entirely. Also, you know full well the Canadian health care system would treat her and presumably she’s got travel insurance.

  • rxstephanie Stephanie Hahn (@rxstephanie) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@steeletalk I found out via media...I am so very upset as we have been asking to be included and “radio silence” and then “boom” media drops this important info? We don’t have unlimited staffing and people like @TELUS to help us man the phones...why no notice to supposed front liners ! Sigh

  • SamGorC SGC Dream a little. Dream a lot. (@SamGorC) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

I love how Telus wears "we have the best customer service" on its sleeve and it still billed me AFTER I CUT MY SERVICE. I hate your service even more without even using it. That's a new low for a company in my books.

  • Aanshik1 aanshik1 (@Aanshik1) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@TELUSsupport I have sent you a DM about my ongoing internet connection dropping issues with Telus internet with my case details, kindly respond to my DM, thanks.

  • StrategicThghts David Schreck (@StrategicThghts) reported from North Vancouver, British Columbia

@TerryPlatt5 @TELUS @Shawhelp I had a similar problem when I had Shaw. Turns out old cable has impedance that isn’t compatible with modern digital equipment. Not all technicians know that.

  • mmgreid Mark the Teacher (@mmgreid) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@CBCStephenQuinn just last week I had another awful call with @TELUS over the the 50% hike in my monthly home services bill. Loyalty discounts just don’t exist in the #telecom sector and they REALLY should.

  • naidoo_emmanuel Emmanuel Naidoo (@naidoo_emmanuel) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

@Telus and @TELUSsupport please can you explain the cause if disruption of service on 26 May2021 at 13:30 PST on the Burnaby area? #PoorService

  • dave_pasin Dave Pasin (@dave_pasin) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@keithbaldrey Good for @Telus to remedy the issue with the call centres and finding ppl to man the phones. Just curious why Telus can’t respond to actual customer concerns that quickly & remedy issues that arise. Funny how that works.

  • BlueCedarAngel #IndianStatus531 (@BlueCedarAngel) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

There has been a lot of theft on our Gitxsan Indian Reserves due to drug dealer invasion. I have #Ring and @TELUSsupport Security because both are lousy. No parts for Ring flood lights; and Telus doorbell constantly has problems 😩 Bands are useless with nepotism & no ed.

  • dave_pasin Dave Pasin (@dave_pasin) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@maxfawcett You haven’t lived until you’ve had to deal with Telus customer service. A vacation in hell would be more pleasant than dealing with the abomination that is @Telus

  • hornscallywag Lori Foster (@hornscallywag) reported from West End, British Columbia

Telus sucks so hard their movies to their programing!!!!! They charge so much during a pandemic and keep young their price need more choice in Canada than this ****!

Telus Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • danie_bagel Danie (@danie_bagel) reported

@hufflepuffia My brother still has a house phone because every time he tries to cancel it Telus just makes it free for several months. Recently it started ringing constantly and when they finally answered it was the Census people mad the hadn’t done the census yet.

  • YardPlots Yard Plots Landscape (@YardPlots) reported

I can't keep making long distance calls to your tech. Let her know the building manager says @telus has always been able to get into the electric building. Send a Telus tech to meet your 3rd party tech, I don't work for you and shouldn't have to pay extra to get service

  • GornofPlenty Gorn Of Plenty #JeSuisPepe (@GornofPlenty) reported

@PeterVogel Good lord Peter! How do you burn off 89GB of storage ? I've been a Google/GMail user since 2006 - and I'm only now approaching 15GB of my 17GB limit! Also - Telus blows large chunks. Landline less than $10? Not a bad deal at all from an ILEC. Though my VoIP runs < $ 2/mo..

  • cptbfy Shawn (@cptbfy) reported

@TELUSsupport Yes...and it's not just my phone, all our work phones in the office are with Telus and all are having the same issue. You seem to have a problem right now

  • paintapictur Neila Eisenkiesel (@paintapictur) reported

@TELUS do you do sponsorships to help schools update their technology?

  • geoffharris_re Geoff Harris Real Estate (@geoffharris_re) reported

@TELUSsupport @TELUS Unacceptable wait times for support this morning. 40+ minutes and no help in sight. Online support and going through MyTelus is a joke. Continuous loop of extremely annoying music and reminders that their support is “busy helping others” - not good!!!

  • Paul_Mansell1 Paul Mansell (@Paul_Mansell1) reported

@Shawhelp @ShawInfo I am hoping someone is working to try and fix my problem of no internet, only 33 hours and counting. It I’ll good by #shaw and hello @telus once it’s fix and I can recover the damage.

  • LocutusWolfe Wolfe of Locutus (@LocutusWolfe) reported

@desneiges987 It's what they do. As you wrote this, I was thinking of how I told Telus to keep my loyalty in their @$$ where they clearly put it off the bat. Too bad, because they blew 2 contracts from a loyal and long time customer. Now, I'm thinking it's time to bring back AGT!

  • fordlynxrs Michael Hunt (@fordlynxrs) reported

@macfaisal @eddydaud Telus or not, do you think it should be done? Never mind Saddiq's opinion, what's yours?

  • koficrisp Kof. 🅴 (@koficrisp) reported

@Purge321 Are they robocalls? If so, see if your provider has a feature that allows for screening calls. Pretty sure Telus has one where they have you press a random number after dialing to get it to connect to whoever you want to speak to to cut down on those
