    Wow so after 3.5 hours trying to help my parents switch to @ShawInfo and having a tech come out to their house, but they didn’t, and talking to the loyalty team @Shawhelp, they will be going back to Telus, haven’t seen service like this ever, and time for me to switch as well 👎

    So @TELUS wifi is awful and now the LTE network is a nightmare on @telusmobility ? I’ve been with Telus since 1995 but this loyalty is over. Customer support can’t compensate for expensive ineffective service. It’s impacting my livelihood at this point.

    @TELUS you need to do better! I watch on average one movie per year... it continues to freeze intermittently. To contact you for support (and wait for a response) is something I don’t have time for. I expect more for what I spend with you! #dobetter #customerservicematters

    Telus knows as well as I do that I only have one other option for internet so they aren’t that motivated to provide technicians that can help with anything outside of plugging in a device. My husband had to troubleshoot for them last week.

    God speed the technician that comes back to deal with these @TELUS network issues because we have pages and pages of notes and screenshots and videos where we go from our 60 mbps to 0 until we reboot the system they fixed Thursday. I have to find somewhere to work tomorrow.

    @lizthegrey Oh, super interesting. What did you use? Right now I have a telus box going into a Google wifi mesh + cat6 off the Google wifi (the house is all wired). Would love to be able to skip one hop and have internet go first to the wired network then wifi from there

    And yes. They customer service people are delightful and always eager to help. I love @TELUSsupport . But their job is made harder by unusable systems. I’ve put hours and hours and hours into trying to keep Telus as a provider but I it’s time to leave the abusive relationship.

    I’ve been with @TELUS since they were Clearnet in 1995 and I’ve always enjoyed them but there is literally nothing they could do to redeem themselves from the year of garbage internet which they charged us $200 to “fix” making bricked unusable internet.

    @reporteremma Telus, Bell, and Rogers played these games in Windsor, Ontario (where I formerly lived) for years. The only solution I found was them adding a note / rule on my account that I wasn’t liable for roaming in Michigan. But it’s annoying having to call to back out charges. Frustrating

In 2023 after election and tech cycle done, investment % goes down. TELUS indicated lowest CAPEX ever at 14%.

    @TELUSsupport Most corrupt service in Canada. Yesterday I witnessed how a friend *** screwed by you. Unexplainable charges, fast talking over the phone and immoral methods of taking advantage of immigrants are new with Telus. Stay away from Telus!

    @TELUS This is the most terrible service I received from a telephone service provider. I got 2 bills from TELUS regarding the same number: -$88 and $41. I am being chased from @TELUS for $41 and they have dented my credit records because of that. Don't use @TELUS
