    @MJohnso51022309 @Novusnow Two major outages in a month sounds real bad. Two major outages in five years sounds a lot better. If you think TELUS or Shaw are going to be more reliable though, I’m not sure you’ll find that’s the case.

    I believe that there is someone in @TELUS @TELUSsupport that can help my inquiry. I don't think it's fair that you cut service on your paying customer and your system cannot process the glitch on your side.

    @TELUSBusiness hoping you can help, I have two cell phones and internet through Telus business and I've just had my cell bill and been charged $120 in roaming which is ridiculous for sending a couple of texts. Considering taking my business elsewhere

    @stuhunter Sounds awful!! Hope it works out! Once, someone walked into Telus & bought 2 new phones + plans on my account Telus store even had them on camera but gave me a really hard time about my dispute. I suspected it was maybe store employee or friend. #frustrating

    @FEEZYDoesIT Struggles, it now “slows” down my data and doesn’t cut it off But let’s be honest this data costs TELUS nothing. Verizon has unlimited for cheaper than my 90$ 10 gigs cost... I’d add a gif but i don’t have the 10 min it will take to load @TELUS

    So my wife and I were speaking about the fact we turned down multiple requests by @TELUS reps to connect our home with fiber optic “for free” 😒 Their doubling down on Huawei tech this week makes me think we made the right call.

    @hellofisher I’ve had really good experience with the speeds and reliability of TELUS in my building (which is newer). Customer support is mediocre but has helped when I’ve needed them.

    @CraveCanada hello, my crave apps on smart tv and iPad are not letting me access any shows, and it says to contact service provider and that I’m not subscribed. I am subscribed and was literally watching a show yesterday. It also still working on my Telus on demand.

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS - Issue # 4 - I called on support number. After selecting options, automated sys said wait for more than an hour & option of call back. I sub # with area code 825, it did not accept & asked me 2 provide North American #. Last I checked, Calgary was in N.A.

    @TELUS I called to get data on my watch reset since it wasn't working. Support not only fixed my problem, but upgraded my data plan at no extra cost. Really happy!

    @cselley Likely more bad than good, it's a platform that started off as an independent before being swallowed up by Telus. So likely all of that Walmart data going to the Telus overlords.

    @telus I have been a Telus customer for 40 years - and now I hate, hate, hate Telus after this migration to Google! I have had to call Telus three times today an hour each call. I hate being part of Gmail I hate everything about this transition - screwed up so much stuff!
