@rhythmteacher I’m with Telus for everything. Bundles. Service is ridiculous these days though. No matter what time of day o call in (odd time when I need to) on hold for an hour. Who the f**k has time and patience for that?

@2muchcoffee4me @BretInVancouver @TELUS Yep. And it’s just poor client care. Because I’ve had issues since we got it. And I’ve tried but half the people I talk to don’t understand what I am saying. I don’t need to be told how wifi works. I need troubleshooting beyond google. They are so busy assuming I am confused.

@toddnickel @TELUS @TELUSsupport Lemme know where you go because if it’s Shaw you’ll have the same issues so then what? I find it so odd that Telus’ solution is for you to find an independent 3rd party they can’t recommend to come in and fix their crap work that you’ll pay for.

I think next billing cycle I’ll withhold payment @TELUSsupport @TELUS. Make you wait until the funds are available (even though they are) like you make me wait on hold. Your level of customer service/tech support has dropped significantly these past few months. Unacceptable.

telus health used to help with this issue 2 years ago, but now the earliest available appointments are routinely 2-3 weeks away. and if they refer you to their clinic for an in person exam, you can expect to get an email saying "sorry we're at capacity, try somewhere else"

It really feels like the govt is waiting for corps like Telus/Maple to fix this. Switching to a hybrid system like in OZ/NZ/EU may be the only way out
