  • sliver9754 feels like Groundhog Day (@sliver9754) reported from North Vancouver, British Columbia

@TELUSsupport @pattibacchus Telus is brutal! They convinced us that their service was better so we went to them after many happy years with Shaw, then instantly had issues they wouldn’t resolve and now we are stuck with them unless we pay 3 years of penalties! Counting the months to go back to @support_shaw

  • 1RovingNomad Ameer Z. (@1RovingNomad) reported from North Vancouver, British Columbia

Worst telecommunications company in the world >>> @Rogers and Canada has one of the world's highest telecom rates.....and no competition you basically have two to choose from and more often than not Telus is not the choice (for some reason)

  • _hudsonny miranda hudson (@_hudsonny) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

Who is better than @telus for home WiFi? Currently paying for the most expensive internet that is slow, intermittently down, and has the worst customer service.

  • punkrokk65 johnny V. (@punkrokk65) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@TELUSsupport Was on hold for the ‘next available’ customer service agent at TELUS for just over 3 hrs today and finally gave up… (they said when I called my wait time would be ‘up’ to an hour)… guess they work on a different time clock then most.

  • kikithekrakra99 Kiefer Abram (@kikithekrakra99) reported from Delta, British Columbia

@RogersHelps is ****ing rogers down again!!! You sucks Rogers! 🤟 Goodbye rogers here I come telus next week Tuesday

  • MsYouDoYou BdblE (@MsYouDoYou) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

@TheFalconer @TELUS Also **** off. As a business owner who processes transactions, I pay insane fees for everything I do. And so do the clients. And probably the staff. Pay your own fees you dumb *****.

  • kikithekrakra99 Kiefer Abram (@kikithekrakra99) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

@TELUSsupport @pgib That wont help! You suck telus and rogers @RogersHelps

  • d_esiree_______ freelance cyberbully (@d_esiree_______) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

In Telus cause I lost my SIM card cause I’m really stupid and this woman ahead of me just told me she’s been a customer since 1969. NINETEEN SIXTY NINE.

  • MsYouDoYou BdblE (@MsYouDoYou) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

@PaulthePedalist We had to ditch Telus for Shaw and so far, it’s good. Their service is better.

  • Test123Do Langley (@Test123Do) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@TELUSsupport @TELUS #customersupport Is Telus shutdown? There is no customer rep to pick up customers calls to get cell phone support. My God! I disconnected phone after 2 hours

  • BLeeLoganberg Bobbi-Lee Loganberg 🌻 (@BLeeLoganberg) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@Solidchick4life August billing cycle, not the bill I just paid... It will not be enough to cover the inconveniences. I’ll be switching to TELUS as I no longer need TransCanada service.

  • camcavers Cam Cavers FKA Cam Cabers (@camcavers) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@infil00p I think they fixed it late evening, but I’m not sure; wife and I are on Telus and I actually just finished moving both my kids’ phones from Speakout (which uses Rogers network) to Public prepaid sims, which is obviously Telus as it was bought out in 2016.

  • EmptyUK Mat Thomas (@EmptyUK) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

The inane @TELUS 1.5% credit card bill charge is just another gouge. I pay them so much money already; it’s time to look elsewhere. Also, my actual cell phone coverage is pretty terrible even in my apartment. #CashGrab

  • ImJustPrinceA Prince (@ImJustPrinceA) reported from Port Moody, British Columbia

I hope Telus goes bankrupt. They call me the day I’m moving to tell me “we can’t provide services until Nov 8.” What ******** am I supposed to do for 2 weeks with no internet? Worst part is they knew it needed to be postponed a week ago. They just didn’t say anything.

  • Eni_gs Bernardo G. S. (@Eni_gs) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

Anyone having problems with @TELUS ? No internet on #Burnaby #BritishColumbia. Please help @TELUSsupport

@TELUSsupport is there an outage of telus home services in the crescent beach area of #SurreyBC? Dads tv not wrking.. Not near him too

  • MsYouDoYou BdblE (@MsYouDoYou) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

@NoLogsNoCrime I will try this. We had Telus internet, too. But my strata won’t let fibre and Telus makes the other service useless so you’ll upgrade and we couldn’t run the business so we had to switch. Pretty sure that’s not solved so no going back.

  • paul_wb_wtf Paul Barraclough (@paul_wb_wtf) reported from Delta, British Columbia

Hey @TELUS @TELUSsupport Stop billing people for wireless service from the time you ship the SIM cards and then put them in regular mail. I’m not paying for a week of service on 4 lines while Canada Post gets around to delivering them.

  • kerricoombs Kerri Coombs (@kerricoombs) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@pattibacchus @TELUS @TELUSsupport I use Lightspeed and have been paying about $40/month for years, as a very heavy internet user. Not sure how the service is because I've almost never needed it. I replaced a modem once and they were fine. Streaming is fine but YouTube uploads are kinda slow. I'm happy with them.

  • jamespmcleod 𝙅𝘼𝙈𝙀𝙎 𝙈𝘾𝙇𝙀𝙊𝘿 (@jamespmcleod) reported

@chadcrichton No, they dangled the possibility of a ban long enough that the companies had to make other choices for their capex, but the ban never came. Wonder what would've happened if Telus or Bell called Ottawa's bluff and announced a purchase contract with Huawei for radios.

  • Ryan_Tweets_YYC Ryan Schreiber (@Ryan_Tweets_YYC) reported

@MelaneeLThomas The worst part is if you go to Bell, Telus, Roger's sites they all have the exact same $80 plan right now. Sure it's not fixed pricing. They all just happen to offer the same services at the same prices at the same time and raise them roughly the same time by the same amounts...
