    I think I’ll move all my IT company mobiles to Rogers. That’d *actually* be faster than getting a call answered by @TELUS client “care” to fix a plan change they screwed up.

    @timberFox1123 I'm with Telus and having the same issue. I can't even run a speed test with the Telus app cause the internet capability is apparently non-existent.

    @telusmobility Telus is currently bidding on a RFP for my company’s mobile contract for 220 line which I oversee. I’m not impressed by your teams customer service. I would of preferred “Our call centre made a mistake by telling you to come here, but let us ship it for you”.

    @AllyBertamini @BarbSchmidt4 @TELUSsupport @DebraPurdyKong - As someone who works in related technology field, I can imagine Telus is putting a momentous effort in. These failures can be so complex that restoration can take longer than even the IT techs expected. Telus for sure working hard with no sleep on this issue.👍

    @MelissaLMRogers @jstweedie Post a sign ShiftWorker Absolutely No Canvassing or Solicitation Used to work shift work, if some one ignored sign it was sometimes worth it to give them hell (and see who/what they were hawking) Telus and Shaw cable salesmen were the worst.

    I'm in the 2nd day, heading into the 3rd with no email service which means all the documents I need & memories which are being shared with me for this weekend's race aren't accessible. You're one of the largest telecom companies @TELUS get your crap together and fix this!

    @stuhunter Sounds awful!! Hope it works out! Once, someone walked into Telus & bought 2 new phones + plans on my account Telus store even had them on camera but gave me a really hard time about my dispute. I suspected it was maybe store employee or friend. #frustrating

    Got home at 3am after a long shift only to find that I have no internet and no TV. Luckily @TELUS has 24/7 tech support! Gotta say that their phone operator Christian was the most pleasant voice I've ever heard @TELUSsupport! Too bad my Fibre problems can't be fixed remotely.

    Over the past couple of days I've experienced the best & worst of customer service & support. @lululemon has killed it yet again with their planning for @SeaWheeze - great customer support. My experiece with my @telus webmail & @TELUSsupport has been quite the opposite.

    25 hours without internet, tv or home phone! Come on @TELUS you need to improve your repair service. Can’t leave your customers in the dark for so long. Our whole neighborhood is without service since 10:30pm Wednesday night.

    I believe that there is someone in @TELUS @TELUSsupport that can help my inquiry. I don't think it's fair that you cut service on your paying customer and your system cannot process the glitch on your side.

    @TELUS Why does your service technician Aswani say he will here today to finish the installation 2 ago and confirms that I don't need to book with Telus. But then today is a no show and says i need to book with Telus

    @bmdoucet I'd much rather have a 30min travel time from Kitchener to Union without cell signal than a 130min travel time with cell signal. Maybe Bell, Telus, and Rogers could build us a high speed rail line.
