    @WayneFougere I got Bluecurve and got the deal, even as an existing customer. Shaw has been reliable for my tv and internet for years. I had TELUS Internet when I first moved back to Vancouver and found it unreliable. Haven’t had any problems with Shaw.

    Dealt with Shaw for forty yrs and thought would give Telus a try on a new service. BIG MISTAKE ! Mon. I called C/ S they told me they would call me in 48 hours or less to deal with problem. No call. @TELUS @Shawhelp Telus customer service offshore. Shaw is in Canada.

    @TELUSsupport I did not realize that y'all replied to this. 13 @telus reps later they had my confirm a second piece of ID and baba-bing bada-boom, it was fixed just like that. But the crazy part was me having to explain my "issue" to every single rep that I was transferred to.

    @AmyBeeman @TELUSsupport @TELUS This actually makes me really mad. I’ve been a customer for nearly 20 yrs...&all I see is pricing going up when other companies are way less. Currently $95/m for 3Gbs of data, like wtf.😳 It’s like MURDER to me. I need to upgrade but don’t have the patience to call & negotiate.

    @JustinTrudeau @bcpremier Please ask the corporates help out like Shaw/Telus internet bills and cell phone bills. Icbc insurance and home insurance that goes over thousands dollars. No bills until the CV19 is over. We trying to use our savings on foods and rent/mortgage.

    I change my internet provider Telus to Shaw on the 15 Feb 2020. Shaw said we fill a form and send it on the 24 Feb 2020, but the Telus said there is no request from Shaw. @Shawhelp @ShawInfo @TELUS . Please talk to each other guys I need a solution. It is your miscommunication.

    Hey @TELUS We @FreeOfViolence need 65 phones for a facility for folx who are recovering from #COVIDー19. Refurbished is cool, just need to be able to contact family & friends for comfort as will be in isolation, & will make contacting staff easier, if they need help.

    @CommonSenseSoc @TELUSsupport @CRTCeng It’s $32 to add 2gb. The TELUS wifi at home is so bad we’ve had to use data with everyone trapped here and now we’ve got 2gb for 20 days.

    Literally actually can’t believe that @TELUS is doing less than bare minimum right now to support customers in this crisis. Literally every other provider is waiving cell phone data overages and you’re like “we know you can’t travel so we are waiving roaming fees”. Do better.

    @Grolsch02 @JasonOnTheDrums @UCPCaucus 2/2 Before that happened, the clinic took 25% of poor people (I’m on AISH, and my family dr moved there). The seller had it worked out in the contract that they had to keep us. Telus wiggled out of it somehow; my dr got sick and I was booted. Have you called a news station?

    So @Telus and @TELUSsupport has been giving me the Kafkaesque runaround since FRIDAY noon and still, nearly 72 hours later I have NO a answers as to when my service will be restored. Absolutely the single worst support experience I have ever had.

    @MooseBeSocial @Shawhelp Careful if you cancel with Shaw. They didn't send me a final bill with a correct total until after they sent it to collections. They said I should have over paid them beforehand so this didn't happen. Telus isn't great but better than trying to screw with your customers

    So the latest in the never ending saga is that @TELUSsupport has been lying all weekend and hadn’t done anything. Got a call this morning from a 3rd party contractor whom @Telus has asked to address the issue. They can’t even get here until Wednesday.

    @yuenpauwoo The fact China Mobile doesn't own any infrastructure in 🇨🇦 and instead uses the Telus network to deliver telecom services doesn't mean it can't access sensitive info from Canadians. It's absolutely necessary to shut down its operation in Canada. You are a disgrace. Resign now!

    @DebHolloway @Shawhelp Aww...that just sucks. I used to have shaw satellite tv, for 25 years. Not once did they ask if I was happy. Then they tell me I have to upgrade my receivers & it will cost me $1000. As much as I hated to I called Telus. I got Optic tv with 5 free PVR boxes. I fricken love it!
