Her mantra was that she didn’t care about solving problems. Her only measure of success was that phone calls were answered promptly. Nothing else. No other metric mattered. She was useless.

Switch to bell at home they give you 3 boxes and just bring 1 to the cottage saving $300. Never switched over. Wen they tell you there service call could be 8 hrs.Well no thanks. Do you think that the service along that corridor could be upgraded to allow for a simple phone conversation from end to end? It’s only 100km yet calls drop constantly.
