@bell @Bell_Support even though the game is still on I can’t play from the guide. This is v disappointing and I’ll be calling tomorrow to cancel all my Bell services. ALL OF THEM. I’ve had enough of your terrible support and garbage service.
-
AlMac (@SparkAlMac) reported from Toronto, Ontario
@Bell_Support I want to cancel my service without getting hung up on after 45minutes of waiting for confirmation. Unless you can give me a 24hr line where I can cancel my service, you are of no use to me. A complaint with the better business bureau of Canada has already been filed.
-
Kevin Frankish (@KevinFrankish) reported from Toronto, Ontario
So my @Bell goes down and won’t reconnect with 4 minutes left. Switched to @Rogers on my laptop thank goodness.
-
Michelle Herder (@ioverherder) reported from Toronto, Ontario
What a shame that @Bell is about to lose a customer who has used them exclusively for 24 years. They really need to improve how they treat customers. It brings me no joy to be looking for a new provider.
-
Tracy D (@tracylyn44) reported from Toronto, Ontario
@Bell 1 (877) 487-9570 is your number. Keeps calling me but never leaves a message 😐
-
AlMac (@SparkAlMac) reported from Toronto, Ontario
This is what @Bell does when you attempt to cancel your internet. They put you on hold for upwards of an hour, then hang up on you and make you call back and go through entire process again. What a bull shit scam artist company with nothing but a criminality and fraud mindset.

marlee (@arthurmorgqn) reported from Toronto, Ontario
@Bell_Support why my wifi so bad lol
-
Wayne Rodrigues (@WayneRodriguez) reported from Toronto, Ontario
@Bell I'm having the worst #CustomerService right now chatting with a Bell rep on the Bell website. He was desperate to call me to discuss "the best deal" and when I said I don't want to have a phone call, he's making me wait while he finds the deal. Pathetic service.

Sarah Avarell (@sarahavarell) reported from Toronto, Ontario
@Bell this error message could not come at a worst time #WeTheNorth

@Bell_Support I know, I read your copy and paste response. As a support agent myself, not cool bro.
-
Ted Graham (@tedgraham) reported from Toronto, Ontario
@Bell_Support Also waiting for communication about the interruption during the final minutes of the game. Such a bad customer experience at a crucial time...
-
Kevin Vuong 🇨🇦 (@KevinVuongTO) reported from Toronto, Ontario
@jellerton @Bell_Support It's infuriating, this upsets me beyond belief as a customer and is extremely concerning as a shareholder. It's not like #Game6 was a surprise, they had time to prepare...
-
Casey E. Palmer (@CaseP) reported from Toronto, Ontario
@mommydoing @Raptors @Bell Maybe it's a local issue. Oh well. On to Game 6....
-
Jessica Zita (@jessicazita) reported from Toronto, Ontario
You did it again, @Bell. Game 6, cut out in 4th quarter. $10 and a “hardware issue” explanation won’t cut it this time. This is pathetic.
-
Austin Newdick (@AustinNewdick) reported from Toronto, Ontario
@Bell this is the second time that #FibeTV #AltTv failed when it absolutely mattered most. It’s sad that I had to use an illegal source because my paid service is clearly not “Canada’s most reliable network” And $10 is not at all going to cut it. #divorce
-
quinn 🏳️🌈 (@quinnpalmerr) reported from Toronto, Ontario
Hey @Bell your Fibe tv network cut out with 22 seconds left in Mondays NBA game 5. Thought it was a fluke. Game 6 has 5 minutes left and it happened again. Explain & also.... rude
-
David Sewell R.Kin. (@LvilleKin) reported from Toronto, Ontario
Dear @Bell your Fibe TV service is down... again... during the end of a Raptors game...
-
Jessica Zita (@jessicazita) reported from Toronto, Ontario
@DavidASmithLaw @RogersHelps It’s no better on the other side. @Bell fibe cut out completely with 35 seconds left in the game...#wtf what a joke.
-
Wayne Rodrigues (@WayneRodriguez) reported from Toronto, Ontario
@Bell I didn't subscribe to your service for me to miss the dying minutes of the #NBAfinals last night. I thought it was my connection at home but it was on your end. Horrible #CustomerExperience

2/5 So I called @Bell_Support, who told me that because it wasn't my number, no ticket could be started and no action could be taken. I suggested that good businesses take proactive steps to help their customers. The customer service rep was unwilling to take any information.

Karen (@Karenpiets) reported
Hey @bell. Just had a sales rep from Mississauga at my door in Niagara. Thought that area was still under a stay at home order??? Staying at home does not include coming to Niagara for sales!! Ty to at least look like you’re trying to be part of the solution!

-

@LeafsMaz20 @Bell @Bell_Support Prob is what other choice do you have? Rogers is the same and the other 2nd tier providers like techsavvy have to use bell/Rogers infrastructure which bell/Rogers then throttle so their service looks better... gotta take the ******* kick and move on unfortunately
