    @freedomsupport Sure, if I live in a basement or somewhere rural, but I refuse to believe this while I have excellent @Rogers and @Bell cellular service in the same condo unit which is located on a very prominent street in the city. My network is not even at half status as I type this.

    @Bell I have a billing issue, I spoke to CSR on Sunday they escalated my issue for further investigation and assured me I'd receive a call within 48hrs I haven't heard back

    @Bell I’ve been a customer for 3 years. I made a new order at my new place on Oct 9 and I am STILL waiting for the installation to happen. I’ve had SEVERAL really frustrating phone calls with your staff, promises of technician coming but noone showing up or even calling to cancel

    @Bell your customer service is horrendous. I had to speak to 10 different agents before I finally got working internet, not to mention some of them straight-up lied to me. It was also a real pleasure to be hung up on. Hire people who actually give a ****/can do the job.

    @CR9090JK Get dropped calls everyday. Used to be w/ @TELUS back in the day. Switched to @Bell. Same ****. I can remember (10yrs ago) when it was good coverage, when they upgraded towers to 3-4g before my area population upgraded their phones to the current available cell service
