Terrible design approved without proper consideration for longevity and paid for only to be replaced by other waste bins in certain areas with no *****. MAKES NO SENSE. They should just remove the flap on these too instead.

    @Bell_Support I need to know who I can talk to about my Bell bill. I was charged more than $300 in overuse during a week when we lost Internet due to the power outage in mid August. After about five calls, someone in Montreal sent tech support to install a new modum... 1/2

    I was just advised by @Bell_Support @bell that I am being over charged on my current bill by $40 and there is nothing that can be done aside from waiting 1-2 months for the billing error to correct itself. Or long enough until I forget about being home ver charged. #service

    Last week my partner and I cancelled our landline phone / cable TV provided by @Bell_Support. In error, @Bell_Support also shut off our wireless internet. It has now been four days and we have had three calls with Bell staff to resolve the issue. 1/2

    This is so crazy that I have to share it. So my @Bell #DSL line went down about 2 days ago, they can’t figure out the problem over the phone so they send a tech, who comes by today. The reason my line was down? Another tech DISCONNECTED ME to connect another resident’s DSL. #WTF

    @Bell_Support But you kind of do with these “bundle” packages. Without bundling your prices are astronomical. in order to get a good Fibe deal I was forced to take a home phone which I’ve never used and pay $25/month for. 3rd party companies use your digital lines and charge 1/2 the price!

    @ParmSingh82 @FreedomMobile @Bell @TELUSsupport @Rogers I was out west for six weeks and travelled alone, and there times of the trip when I realized @FreedomMobile’s inadqaute service puts people at a higher risk of danger. I wasn’t worried about bears camping, I was worried if I got *****/assaulted I can’t call 911.
