First they were not creating a ticket and kept telling me that ticket can’t created because it’s a ongoing issue in brampton. Support says we have to wait until tomorrow with no service for internet/TV w/fam of 7.And I work from home. Not good postinstall service Coworkers are asking how the Fibe is working... how should I reply?

I cancelled @Rogers for issues half this bad. Worked great for a week. $149 a month gets you 4 work days of access and 2 hours with Support.
