    Oh, sorry, let me correct myself here, I did get contacted by @Bell, multiple times, from their billing department asking when I plan on paying, wherein I told them to shove it until my service is restored. And then they sent me this month’s bill.

    24 hours without any further contact from @Bell and another day without any Internet. 5 days without service, 2 days of lost work hours & inability to finish planning and communication for my wedding in 4 days. This is the treatment you get for 16 years of service and $300/month.

    @Bell shittiest customer service ever!! Catherine employee id AZ413 and then decided to disconnect the call!! Since she wasn’t providing the right information and did not want escalate the call! Ongoing Billing issue for over 2 months and no result! Seriously get you act together

    Hi @RogersHelps I’m a bit miffed that I could not secure your new price of 79.99 for #gigabyte internet. As I’m an existing customer I’m only entitled to receive that package at the price of 94.99. Not cool to treat existing customers this way. 20 bucks is 20 bucks #fail @Bell

    @Bell just hooked up internet. Doesn’t work. Called but support is closed. Keep getting accounts receivable and then system hangs up. Thanks Bell for horrible service. Need $ back and pu your stuff. Installation guy threw garbage all over bedroom. RUDE!

    So my house got robbed because @Rogers didn't want to fix my home phone till Thursday been down since Monday even though Its an essential service and we couldn't call for help Not really but this could have been the case @Bell wouldn't treat me like this

    @Bell I have been a long time customer and I would love to enjoy ur new internet but because I won’t change my phone plan I can’t upgrade my iPhone I’m not asking for the newest one.. just a 6s which is technically the oldest one now cuz I have a 5s ..

    @yhzlindsay @Bell As a kicker when I moved out & cancelled it, kept receipts of everything being returned & paid for, they hounded me for 2+ years for a non-existent bill & modem under the old acct holder's name. Somehow got my partner's #. It was awful & credit damaging. Never again.

    @yhzlindsay @Bell In uni I inherited bell wifi when moving into a flat. It was changed to my name, price was fine, etc. Every damn month I got charged an extra $60 because of a lost modem that didn't exist. I spent 1 day/month on the phone getting it removed & noted on my acct.
