Support says we have to wait until tomorrow with no service for internet/TV w/fam of 7.And I work from home. Not good postinstall service Coworkers are asking how the Fibe is working... how should I reply?

Switch to bell at home they give you 3 boxes and just bring 1 to the cottage saving $300. Never switched over. Wen they tell you there service call could be 8 hrs.Well no thanks. Her mantra was that she didn’t care about solving problems. Her only measure of success was that phone calls were answered promptly. Nothing else. No other metric mattered. She was useless.
