I hope they have a look at it then earliest, my phone services are surviving on wifi at this moment . Calls are dropping, and it’s cellular data is not working at all.

Her mantra was that she didn’t care about solving problems. Her only measure of success was that phone calls were answered promptly. Nothing else. No other metric mattered. She was useless.

They always tell me that a tech representative will visit my area but this never has happened. And funny thing is, 5g symbol shows on my phone screen wen calls are dropping and data is slower than 2g. This looks like a scam. Plz look into it

We’re getting no help from @Bell (our provider) or @Rogers who the hole is under contract. 6 months with a 6’ x 6’ hole that is well over 6ft deep is NOT ACCEPTABLE for a street filled with kids. Switch to bell at home they give you 3 boxes and just bring 1 to the cottage saving $300. Never switched over. Wen they tell you there service call could be 8 hrs.Well no thanks. Then spent 6+ hours with agents. 1 problem wasn't solved & turns out your receiver is faulty. We've been paying for a service that doesn't work. For all this they gave me $20. Truly insane!
