We’re getting no help from @Bell (our provider) or @Rogers who the hole is under contract. 6 months with a 6’ x 6’ hole that is well over 6ft deep is NOT ACCEPTABLE for a street filled with kids. Help!

Her mantra was that she didn’t care about solving problems. Her only measure of success was that phone calls were answered promptly. Nothing else. No other metric mattered. She was useless.

Switch to bell at home they give you 3 boxes and just bring 1 to the cottage saving $300. Never switched over. Wen they tell you there service call could be 8 hrs.Well no thanks. Their casual response while our patients wait is incredibly frustrating. This keeps happening.
