Small business relying on phone and internet. This isn’t acceptable. We need help!

They have all this network outages and connection issues and still if you keep it they don’t appreciate the business. Customer service/sales are rude. Better cancel instead of calling them. OLASEGA (@olasega) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Bell_Support So my wifi at home is bell and today they sent 2 of their technicians around 1pm to come bury the wires underground as I moved to this house in the winter. After they left I noticed that the wifi shut off completely and I called them to resolve the issue.

I was paying 50 cad per month, tax inclusive for 5GB data. When I was frustrated and called them, their customer service person did not care. I had to port to Telus to get 60GB data for same price.

He’s saying another week to fix it and you have today at 10pm - that’s after saying Sunday at 10, Monday it was fixed, yesterday expected to be fixed in 3hrs or today by 10pm. You’re all liars.
