They have all this network outages and connection issues and still if you keep it they don’t appreciate the business. Customer service/sales are rude. Better cancel instead of calling them. I told them when they get the service that I have actually working and stable, I'll consider upgrading.

OLASEGA (@olasega) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Bell_Support So my wifi at home is bell and today they sent 2 of their technicians around 1pm to come bury the wires underground as I moved to this house in the winter. After they left I noticed that the wifi shut off completely and I called them to resolve the issue.

A day later, Bell was calling me at least once a day for three weeks, bending over backwards to resolve my issue and get me back.
