@Bell_Support Noticed my Fibe 50 internet seems painfully slow for quite awhile. Speed test says my download speed is only 24mps, 1/2 of what it should be. Not impressed at the moment.

John Downs (@downsdispatch) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support - my Fibe box isn’t able to load most programs. Intermittent signal, with no video. I shut it down and restarted. No luck. Missing several programs and sporting events I intended on taping.

  • lisajryder
Lisa Ryder (@lisajryder) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support oh hey Bell. You are making it incredibly hard to stay with you as a provider. I am moving and have been on the phone for more than an hour to make this basic service happen.

  • greggtilston
Gregg Tilston🍷🥘🤘⛷🏎✈️🇨🇦🐾👩‍👧‍👦👨‍👧‍👦 (@greggtilston) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support @simplegearle It’s a rough number based on annual average increase. But it comes out to fifty four thousand ******* dollars. Service fees, not hardware. Just let that sink in for a second.

  • SparkAlMac
AlMac (@SparkAlMac) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support I want to cancel my service without getting hung up on after 45minutes of waiting for confirmation. Unless you can give me a 24hr line where I can cancel my service, you are of no use to me. A complaint with the better business bureau of Canada has already been filed.

  • SparkAlMac
AlMac (@SparkAlMac) reported from Toronto, Ontario

This is what @Bell does when you attempt to cancel your internet. They put you on hold for upwards of an hour, then hang up on you and make you call back and go through entire process again. What a bull shit scam artist company with nothing but a criminality and fraud mindset.

  • tedgraham
Ted Graham (@tedgraham) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support Also waiting for communication about the interruption during the final minutes of the game. Such a bad customer experience at a crucial time...

  • kiranjoyv
Kiran Varughese (@kiranjoyv) reported from Vaughan, Ontario

@YRP @AMBERAlertONT You spend millions of taxpayer dollars to set up any system to help the community. Not burden it. Its also clear there was no coordination with @TELUS, @Bell, @Rogers, etc when developing the system since same message is delivered different number of times for different providers

  • AustinNewdick
Austin Newdick (@AustinNewdick) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell this is the second time that #FibeTV #AltTv failed when it absolutely mattered most. It’s sad that I had to use an illegal source because my paid service is clearly not “Canada’s most reliable network” And $10 is not at all going to cut it. #divorce

  • ioverherder
Michelle Herder (@ioverherder) reported from Toronto, Ontario

What a shame that @Bell is about to lose a customer who has used them exclusively for 24 years. They really need to improve how they treat customers. It brings me no joy to be looking for a new provider.

  • FitzDrum
Michael Fitzgibbon (@FitzDrum) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Of all my AppleTV apps, @Bell Fibe is the worst. Of my Android TV apps, @Bell Fibe is the worst. Of my steaming services, @Bell Crave is the worst. Of my Fibe TV channels, @Bell Media channels are the worst. Being at the bottom of everything is a quite an achievement.

  • arthurmorgqn

  • kiwigaarden
    The Arcade Fire-extinguisher (@kiwigaarden) reported

I would appreciate an explanation regarding the increase in monthly bills. Not only did Bell post short of 800 Million last quarter (albeit down some percent), Bell took over 100 million in wage subsidy from the Canadian government and plans to layoff employees. @Bell_Support

  • MattPetrovic

    Brad (@Brad66285865) reported

@00Jaclyn00 @Bell @top_employers They really don't care. They ran fibre optics through my rural area on my land to power their towers which they overcharge. The stupid thing is there's trees blocking abojt 90% of the homes in the tower radius making it impossible to connect.

  • Phiguel
    Popo zow (@Phiguel) reported

@Bell Wow! Just the worst. You take $122 MILLION in wage subsidies. INCREASE dividends and then LAYOFF 210 employees. Just terrible. Ashamed that you're a Canadian company. Never felt soooo good about canceling your services.

  • cutpee

  • j_brockbank
    Joel Brockbank (@j_brockbank) reported

@sulemaan @Bell @Bell_LetsTalk Taxpayer money should NEVER go to public corporations because the corporate director's fiduciary duties are to the corporation and the shareholders. Not the public and not the employees.
