I cancelled @Rogers for issues half this bad. Worked great for a week. $149 a month gets you 4 work days of access and 2 hours with Support.

They have all this network outages and connection issues and still if you keep it they don’t appreciate the business. Customer service/sales are rude. Better cancel instead of calling them. Appointment was made at store level by Sales person on the phone to Appointment desk. Yes, between 8 and 12. Up early...waited..no show. We had to go back to @Bell because @Rogers took 2 months to call us to say did we want someone to come out to assess the problem, with the contract we signed up in march or cancel the order. We kind of had enough. Missing out on the stanley cup games , my only regret.
