They have all this network outages and connection issues and still if you keep it they don’t appreciate the business. Customer service/sales are rude. Better cancel instead of calling them. Internet outage started on 8:00 AM July 21st, and every time the agent just tells me it will be resolved in the next 4 to 6 hours. After 48 hours & 6 calls I am getting another 6 hour estimate. Horrible service Bell!
