  • oralpholiveira
Ralph Oliveira (@oralpholiveira) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Two of your agents are in my house right now installing a new order that I put of pure fiber, @Bell_Support Jesus Christ, why those guys have to speak on the phone all the time while they are at customer's house? This is completely inappropriate!

  • mobeenlalani
Mobeen Lalani (@mobeenlalani) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support your new fibetv update has been horrible. Freezing for the last two days. Rebooted. Restarted. Re everything. Still sucking.

  • KerrEteach
Kevin Kerr (@KerrEteach) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Not usually one for these type of tweets but DONE with @Bell @Bell_Support. Into day two of no phone, wifi or TV. ZERO outreach, only info is from us calling or DM. Vague details of a fix by 10 pm tomorrow. Unacceptable. Rogers, here we come.

  • TyrellLisson
Tyrell William Lisson (@TyrellLisson) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support internet has been down 10 hours and no ETA on the outage. Ridiculous.

  • carolinegodin
carolinegodin (@carolinegodin) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@louford1 @Bell_Support If it makes you feel any better, @Rogers told you to do that and then when it doesn't work they try to up-sell you to Ignite. I told them when they get the service that I have actually working and stable, I'll consider upgrading.

BuddhaKnows (@buddhaknows24) reported from Toronto, Ontario

  • Bucky_5000

Ok @Bell_Support four texts, several emails and app updates are appreciated during an outage but the outage was like seven minutes. I’m ok.

  • tonkotsuchashu
pickle (@tonkotsuchashu) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support network/system reset, but still my fibetv lags/buffers every few minutes. This is the new fastest service? Unbearable.

  • alstillo
Alessandro Stillo (@alstillo) reported from Vaughan, Ontario

@AmazonHelp @Bell_Support - Be advised, a multitude of newly "refreshed" network names/items continue to mask their own digital identifiers (IP/MAC) to my network's integrities, accessing and serving remotely for their unauthorized accesses to my devices...

  • OleanderFloral
Oleander Floral (@OleanderFloral) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Good morning @Bell_Support When can I expect support to contact me and tech to arrive. Small business, no internet, no phone lines = $$$ #helpplease #smallbusiness #shopthekingsway

  • AmandaRisser1
Amanda Mae Risser (@AmandaRisser1) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@UniforTheUnion @Bell why would an employee that doesn't get the same pension, etc. vote yes to strike to support people they don't even know and possibly lose money(income) and/or their job? They have nothing to gain from it. They aren't 'brothers' and 'sisters' as u say.

  • stepz168
Stephan Chan (@stepz168) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support Horrible. You guys sent me back to call and waited another 2 hours with no resolutions

  • CharLehLi
Charlie Li (@CharLehLi) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell already regretting for being a new customer with you guys. Way to go with false advertising and tricking your customers with your incentives that never happened. #getittogether #falseadvertising

  • VictorFAnjos
Victor Anjos (@VictorFAnjos) reported from The Beaches, Ontario

@Bell long time business customer here. Why don't you like your customers? Your CSRs try to scold me and hang up on me for weeks. I'm paying you $200/month and my internet hasn't worked properly for THIS business for 3 MONTHS! Trying to lose me?!? @beanfieldcanada @rally

  • digitech777
    Digitech (@digitech777) reported

@Bell @Bell_LetsTalk you have pathetic sales reps. I spoke to a sales rep mentioning I’m coming from another service provider and he didn’t even let me finish and talking in between. Very rude behaviour. Asking me to be with the current service provider.

  • BradCAD79
    Brad Canada🥷 🇨🇦 (@BradCAD79) reported

@Bell_Support Giga Hub 2.0 with Firmware version: 2.14.1 has a major flaw with the DMZ Advanced mode. The Internet drops every few hours, requiring toggling the DMZ mode on and off. So annoying and unacceptable in 2026. When is the fix coming?

  • ArtPultz
    Art Pultz (@ArtPultz) reported

@_9m4j @Bell @Bell_Support Stated facts and my frustration with the service or lack of service I experienced. Maybe it'll help with their customer service. Operative word - maybe. This call/post may be used for training purposes. Operative word - may. LMFAO.

@nath_beauregard @Bell I cancelled Bell a year ago. They give you a good 2 year deal and then screw you when its time to renew. After i cancelled they then want to give you a deal. Screw Bell. Never again

  • stemvox
    stemvox (@stemvox) reported

@Bell_Support Placed a call to @Bell today about our internet Fibe service. It was down. After the typical questions and quick fix scenarios offered it was determined the issue was outside our house. I checked the exposed fibe line outside the house. No breaks. So we book a technician to come. No one available outside of normal work hours. Simply hilarious. Next move? @Rogers

    josh millar (@joshmillar52891) reported

does @Bell_Support think we dont notice when they dont have enough bandwidth to broadcast all MLB NBA and NHL games in their out of market packages when all 3 sports active? and they spew rhetoric about blackout rules that dont apply

  • flop78

Landed in #Portugal and grabbed a Vodafone SIM card with 60gb of data, unlimited calls and even some international call minutes for $25 Euros. Meanwhile plans from many of Canada’s telecom providers would be well over $75 dollars for the same service. @Rogers @Bell
